【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種「LED燈」之新式樣，用以照明。;【設計說明】;    如附圖所示，本創作之LED燈，係由一燈罩、一散熱殼體與一螺旋底座所構成，特點在於燈罩的外型為光滑的四分之三圓弧球體，可增加光的散射範圍，而散熱殼體具有鰭部，且鰭部具有數段曲率變化的曲面，並於散熱殼體下方連接一螺旋底座，整體採錐狀設計，使本創作呈現一種簡約與美觀兼具的外形。;    綜上所述，本創作之外觀造型設計，不僅獨具創意，亦深具美感，亦為全新獨特造型設計，完全符合新式樣專利之要件，爰依法提出申請，並祈貴審查員明察，早日賜予專利，實感德便。
