【物品用途】;本創作係為一種可供病患或行動不便人士，於病床側邊以坐姿排便之靠背可調式便盆椅。;【創作特點】;如圖所示，本創作所提供之靠背可調式便盆椅，其主要形狀特徵係在於以多數圓形或扁形金屬管件相互連接組合成具有椅背、扶手、椅墊及椅腳之座椅結構；其中，鏤空椅墊上放置有一便盆；而二側椅背均分別向上延伸並連接一手推握把；而四個椅腳的底端均分別樞接有一附剎車器的輪子，使該靠背可調式便盆椅可被推動至病床邊供病患使用，或推至他處收藏；該剎車器可由分別位於手推握把及後輪的手動及腳踏操作部進行操作。椅腳與扶手間係使用一多孔槽形構件相互連接，使椅腳可調整其連接於扶手上的前、後位置，且椅墊與椅背間則分別以一U形構件及心軸相互樞接，使椅墊與椅背間可相對轉動，改變其角度者。藉由該多孔槽形構件及以U形構件及心軸組成的樞接構件，使椅背可被前、後擺動成如立體圖所示的坐姿使用狀態或如使用狀態參考圖一所示的臥姿使用狀態。坐姿使用狀態時可供病患以坐姿排便，臥姿使用狀態時則可供看護人員對採取臥姿的病患進行例如洗髮等護理動作。該靠背可調式便盆椅亦可被摺合成如使用狀態參考圖二所示的收折狀態，以減少其收藏時所佔用的空間。另外，前側椅腳間亦以U形構件及心軸樞接有一腳踏板，該腳踏板近前緣下方亦以U形構件及心軸樞接有一大致呈U字形的踏板支架；當病患使用該靠背可調式便盆椅時，該腳踏板及踏板支架可被展開成如立體圖所示的使用狀態，供病患將其雙腳踏置於該腳踏板上，增進其舒適性；當收藏時，則可將腳踏板及踏板支架收折成折合狀態，較不佔用空間。本創作在整體外觀上已展現出與習用便器完全不同之新穎風貌，爰依法提出新式樣申請。[Item Usage];This invention is a potty chair with an adjustable backrest that can be used by patients or people with limited mobility to defecate in a sitting position at the side of the bed.; [Design Features];As shown in the figure, the main shape feature of the potty chair with an adjustable backrest provided by this invention is that a plurality of round or flat metal pipes are connected to each other to form a seat structure with a backrest, armrests, cushion and legs; a potty is placed on the hollow cushion; the backrests on both sides extend upward and are connected to a hand-pushing handle; and the bottom ends of the four legs are respectively connected to a wheel with a brake, so that the potty chair with an adjustable backrest can be pushed to the side of the bed for the patient to use, or pushed to another place for storage; the brake can be operated by the manual and foot-operated parts located on the hand-pushing handle and the rear wheel respectively. The chair legs and armrests are connected to each other by a porous groove-shaped component, so that the chair legs can be adjusted to the front and rear positions of the armrests, and the chair cushion and the chair back are pivoted to each other by a U-shaped component and a spindle, so that the chair cushion and the chair back can rotate relative to each other to change their angles. By means of the porous groove-shaped component and the pivot component composed of the U-shaped component and the spindle, the chair back can be swung forward and backward to a sitting position as shown in the three-dimensional diagram or a lying position as shown in the use state reference figure 1. When the chair is in the sitting position, the patient can defecate in a sitting position, and when the chair is in the lying position, the caregiver can perform nursing actions such as washing the hair of the lying patient. The backrest-adjustable potty chair can also be folded into a folded state as shown in the use state reference FIG2 to reduce the space occupied when it is stored.
