【物品用途】;本創作係一種「瓶蓋」之新式樣設計，其係一種可組裝至一容器的頂端，以避免容器內的液體濺出。;【創作特點】;本創作係一種造型獨特的瓶蓋，其由一上蓋體與一下蓋體樞接而成，其中該上蓋體之頂部的前側朝中間位置略微隆起延伸，又呈一傾斜面朝下延伸至後側，以表現出起伏變化的層次感，另，該上蓋體之後側鄰近樞接位置尚設有一卡扣部，該下蓋體之後側鄰近樞接位置尚設有一凸塊，該卡扣部能扣合至該凸塊，以形成一緊密且彷如一體之結合感，而非如同習知設計中會將卡扣部與樞接位置相對應，令該瓶蓋能營造出迥異於傳統樣式的設計氛圍，再者，該上蓋體與下蓋體間的銜接處，係由前側逐漸向上延伸至後側，使其異於上蓋體之頂部的線條起伏變化，充份表現出衝突又對稱的視覺感受，整體觀之，本創作之造型予人俐落又暗藏豐富變化的觀感，完全合乎新式樣專利要件。[Use of the item]; This creation is a new style design of "bottle cap", which can be assembled to the top of a container to prevent the liquid in the container from splashing out. ; [Features of the creation]; This creation is a uniquely shaped bottle cap, which is formed by a hinged upper cover and a lower cover, wherein the front side of the top of the upper cover slightly bulges and extends toward the middle position, and then extends downward to the rear side in an inclined surface to show a sense of undulating layers.
