Abstract

【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一汽車組件之「汽車前側護柵」的新式樣設計。該汽車前側護柵可用於全新及更換應用。;【創作特點】;如附圖所示，本創作概呈一傾斜的梯形框體風貌，並於該框體近下方有一橫桿設置而區分框體上、下兩部分。當由二立體圖觀之，該框體內緣上部亦銜接一較小梯型框體，內設有三道傾斜板體；而在框體內緣下部則銜接一較長形之梯型框體，其內則設一道傾斜板體。再由前視圖觀之，並參酌立體圖二所示，各板體表面上鋪設有多數個小圓形凹面飾紋。另於框體之橫桿中間段呈現出一凹面，並於該凹面上，設有一圓體凸件。再由後視圖觀之，本創作層與層間係由一至多個連接部件所連結而成，整體展現出連貫性之美感。;整體而言，本創作造形獨特美觀、且式樣新穎具獨創性，實為一特殊且實用之新式樣設計。;上述說明僅供輔助瞭解本創作而非用以限制其內容；理應明瞭，新式樣專利範圍係以圖面所示者為準。
