【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係配置在引擎室側面的表面鈑件及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用，使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種擋泥板的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用前擋泥板」之新式樣。;本新式樣前擋泥板，外觀主要特徵包括一個成三維方向延展之薄型的鈑件主體。該主體的一側包含一個位在高點之細長、微彎曲並成橫向延展的水平部，另一側則形成一個寬闊並成縱向延伸的垂直部，彼此構成一個像ㄏ字形般輪廓，及在兩者間的上角隅形成一個傾斜、凸出略呈平行四邊形的延伸部；又，在該水平部和垂直部的夾角之間形成鏤空且界定一個圓拱形的輪弧部，於此輪弧部的外緣伴隨著一道圓脊及周邊鼓起的圓丘。前視時在該水平部的前端側形成一個彎曲、尖突略呈鳥喙狀的端部，特別的是，一道位於高點的上脊線緊挨著該;水平部的頂端邊緣橫越過該延伸部；一道脊線段位在該上脊線的下方略低點，從該垂直部的側邊向輪弧的上緣方向延伸且逐漸變淡；及，一道下脊線位於該垂直部的底端緊挨著下邊帶，高於此下脊線的部分則相對凹進，並與上述脊線段之間形成另一個鼓起的圓丘，看起來顯得肌肉感十足。;如上述之「汽車用前擋泥板」，展現在該主體外部上藉由洗鍊的輪廓造型、稜角稜線分明的脊線和摺線、流暢的凹凸飾面等元素都是聚集目光焦點所在。
