【物品用途】;本案係有關一種手錶新式樣，尤指一種可提供計時功能，並可供配戴之手錶。;【創作特點】;如圖所示，基本上，本創作之手錶係由一錶殼及一錶帶所組成。其中，該錶殼為一圓形框體，其外圈形成一環形軌道，該環形軌道內套設複數個圓形滑動裝飾體，且各裝飾體內頂面嵌鑲由玻璃或水晶製成之寶石，而該環形軌道內圈另設有一由複數個寶石排列成環形之飾圈，其中各寶石之冠部表面具有刻面之設計，且該飾環內則具有圓形視窗之設置；其中該錶殼側面突設一調整時間之錶冠，並於上、下端面相對突設一對凸耳，以便裝設該長形錶帶之兩端部，進而構成本創作。;整體觀之，本創作造型新穎，高貴典雅，尤其是，本創作錶殼外圈之環形軌道內設有滑動裝飾體之設計，極具視覺變化之美感訴求，使得整體呈現出新穎且獨特之視覺效果，且其首先創作，在符合新式樣專利要件，爰依法提出專利申請，並祈　貴局明察，予以詳加審究，進而准予專利，實感德便。
