【物品用途】;本創作係有關一種騎乘童車新式樣，尤指一種可供孩童騎乘玩耍之騎乘童車。;【創作特點】;如圖所示，基本上，本創作之騎乘童車係在一撐桿上方設有一L形座椅，該撐桿前方樞接一軸套，其上方樞接一軸桿，並於該軸桿頂端橫向連接一兩端各套接一握套之弧形手握桿，該軸套筒下方連接一弧形前輪蓋，並樞接一前車輪，該前車輪軸向分別伸出腳踏蹬片，供孩童腳踏之用；而該撐桿後方垂直連接一橫桿，並於該橫桿兩端樞接一對後車輪；該軸套後方之撐桿上跨設有一連結柱，該連結柱頂部圓柱朝向座椅背面環設一護欄，且連結柱之底勾則接裝於座椅底面；其中該座椅之椅背背面對稱地斜向伸出一對固定臂，該對固定臂可樞接一可收合與展開之骨架；而座椅後方進一步斜向樞接一可伸縮之Y形手推架，並於該手推架頂部一對呈斜向設置之握把各套接一握套；該對後車輪間之橫桿上方設有一置物箱，且該置物箱頂面設有一可開合之掀蓋，進而構成本創作。;整體觀之，本創作造形典雅，體態優美，除頗具童趣之外，且不失線條變化之曲線美感訴求，使得整體呈現出新穎且獨特之視覺效果，且其首先創作，在在符合新式樣專利要件，爰依法提出專利申請，並祈 貴局明察，予以詳加審究，進而准予專利，實感德便。
