【物品用途】;本創作係一種汽車救援電池之設計，其目的用以便利救援電池的攜行設計，方便救援蓄電池乾枯之車輛。;【創作特點】;本創作係為一汽車蓄電池之設計，像是後現代感的極簡風設計，提供一種免除繁雜線路的乾淨設計。;請綜合各圖所示，本創作係由一方正帽蓋體遮罩起電池線路部位，帽蓋體頂面設有一可摺疊收納之把手，讓使用者方便收納本創作。;由前方可正視得帽蓋體設有一圓形偏設的LED發光源模組，其左側設有一橢圓形凹槽，該凹槽中設有一充電孔與LED發光源模組的開關，開關上方設有三顆能量指示燈，橢圓形中帶兩大圓與三小圓的圓中圓設置，以此簡約設計帶給使用者乾淨簡單又極為高雅的設計風，猶如日本極簡風般的高尚。;本創作其左右兩側係各設有一個耳袋槽，係為設有斜邊開口的容槽，由兩面靠後方電線出口延伸出具有一定長度的火線與水線兩救援線，分由各邊纏繞各耳袋槽與帽蓋體之連接間縫，環設一圈後，兩救援線端末之鱷夾紛紛置入耳袋槽內；以此設計就好像是管家機器人一樣，兩救援線捲起隨時可對主人伸出援手，啟動主人的汽車電池，整體造形精巧別緻，具獨特風格之視覺效果及創作性。;綜上所述，本創作精心細膩構思設計之造型，可產生極為新穎的視覺感受，誠屬難得之創作，且從未見於任何刊物或公開使用，完全符合專利申請要件，爰依法提出新式樣專利之申請。
