Abstract

【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係一種佩戴在手指上裝飾用以凸顯出高貴華麗氣質及風格品味之指環。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種指環的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「指環」之新式樣。;本新式樣指環，外觀主要特徵包括一由一個圓形的環框部和一個具有圓珠形綴飾之冠部所構成的主體。其中，該冠部具有一個由扁平、細幅線狀的金屬基材以不規則盤捲、環繞成像鳥巢般的座部，刻意展現出金屬流動的延展性；及，在該座部的中心包含一個凸出例如真珠或寶石類之圓珠狀的綴飾。該環框部則藉由上述座部之金屬基材向垂直方向捲繞所構成，支持在該冠部的下方；側視時呈複數細邊框併列從該座部的一側向下傾斜延伸，且彼此在冠部的相對側相交後併列向該座部的另一側反向上揚等。整體觀之，形成一種非常特別的視覺效應。;如上述之「指環」，整體的構成方式及富有動感的組成，尤能表達細緻的視覺美感與具體的內涵，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。
