Abstract

【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係固定在軸轂上用來支持輪胎之輪箍，及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。;本新式樣輪箍，基本上呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型，表面上具有7組複合輪輻並成輻射狀排列跨越在其輪徑表面，該每一組輪輻由一對位於高點之V形主輪輻和一對位於該V形主輪輻內側低點之U形次輪輻所構成，兩者之間具有落差形成高低階狀，且在該輪輻組與輪輻組之間交互地形成一個略呈梯形狀的鏤孔。其中，該每一V形主輪輻包含一對細長、外張、互為對稱的左、右輪輻，該左、右輪輻之寬度分別從中心向徑外方向由寬微微變窄，且朝彼此相反方向微彎曲；該每一V形主輪輻之內側端各自向中心方向逐漸沉潛，並匯集在一個低窪略呈多角形的軸心部之外周，外側端則向徑外方向逐漸上揚並沒入輪圈之外緣部上；又，該每一U形次輪輻包含一對細長、彼此靠近、看起來像髮夾般的左、右輪輻並介於該V形主輪輻的左、右輪輻之間，該U形次輪輻之左、右輪輻的內側端從上述V形主輪輻之基部角落的低點向徑外方向近乎平行延伸，外側端則搭接在輪圈內側的更低點等。整體觀之，形成一種非常特別的視覺效應。;如上述之「輪箍」表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。
