Abstract
【物品用途】;本創作物品係有關一種「潤滑器」,係將潤滑油噴霧至壓縮空氣等壓力流體中,並利用壓力流體之流動,將潤滑油供給至流體壓機器之滑動部分等潤滑對象部分之潤滑器。在使用之際,利用未圖示之連接手段將未圖示之壓力流體供給源連接在壓力流體導入口,同樣地將未圖示之流體壓機器連接在壓力流體排出口。接著,將潤滑油從供油插塞注入至殼體內。然後,在壓力流體供給源之驅動作用下,將壓力流體供給至壓力流體導入口。所供給之壓力流體係對殼體內之潤滑油進行加壓,並且至負壓產生在滴下窗之內部。於是,潤滑油係流入導油管,並通過滴下窗,從未圖示之噴嘴噴霧至壓力流體中。結果,包含霧狀之潤滑油的壓力流體會經由壓力流體排出口供給至流體壓機器。潤滑油之殘餘量係可藉由透明之殼體來辨識。;【創作特點】;本創作係有關於一種「潤滑器」之外形設計。配合立體圖、前視圖、側視圖、俯視圖及參考圖(1)及(2)等所示,本創作之潤滑器係由本體、嵌合在本體之透明的殼體所構成(參照參考圖(1))。本體係朝殼體具有開口部,在本體之兩側面形成有與前述開口部連通之壓力流體導入口(參照參考圖(1))及壓力流體排出口(參照參考圖(2))。在本體之上部設置有圓筒狀之滴下窗及供油插塞。在透明之殼體的內部,收納有連設在本體之圓筒狀的導油管。在右側視圖及左側視圖中,壓力流體導入口及壓力流體排出口之周圍係形成為大致方形狀。在大致方形狀之長邊方向的兩端部,膨出有與連結未圖示之其他流體壓機器之連接具卡合之凸緣,另一方面,在大致方形狀之短邊方向,與軸方向垂直地設置有一條溝。在殼體之上部,沿著外周設置有複數個凸條部。參考圖(1)及(2)係顯示本創作立體狀態及另一立體狀態之各部件說明。由上述構成本創作整體造形精巧別緻,具新穎特異之視覺效果及創作性。[Purpose of the item] This creative item is related to a "lubricator", which is a lubricant that sprays lubricating oil into a pressure fluid such as compressed air, and uses the flow of the pressure fluid to supply the lubricating oil to the lubricating target parts such as the sliding parts of the fluid press. As a result, the pressure fluid containing the misted lubricating oil is supplied to the fluid press through the pressure fluid discharge port. The remaining amount of lubricating oil can be identified through the transparent housing. ;【Creation Features】;This creation is about the appearance design of a "lubricator". As shown in the three-dimensional view, front view, side view, top view and reference figures (1) and (2), the lubricator of the present invention is composed of a main body and a transparent shell embedded in the main body (refer to reference figure (1)). The main body has an opening toward the shell, and a pressure fluid inlet (refer to reference figure (1)) and a pressure fluid outlet (refer to reference figure (2)) connected to the aforementioned opening are formed on both sides of the main body. A cylindrical drip window and an oil supply plug are provided on the upper part of the main body. Inside the transparent shell, a cylindrical oil guide pipe connected to the main body is housed. In the right side view and the left side view, the periphery of the pressure fluid inlet and the pressure fluid outlet is formed in a roughly square shape. At both ends of the long side of the roughly square shape, there are bulging flanges that engage with the connectors of other fluid presses not shown. On the other hand, a groove is provided perpendicular to the axial direction in the short side of the roughly square shape. A plurality of convex strips are provided along the outer periphery on the upper part of the shell. Reference figures (1) and (2) show the components of this creation in a three-dimensional state and another three-dimensional state. The overall shape of this creation composed of the above is exquisite and unique, with novel and unique visual effects and creativity.
