【物品用途】;本創作係有關一種「附有托架之間隔件」,係一種設置在具有供給/排出有壓力流體之孔口之一組的流體壓機器之間,且用以彼此地連結前述流體壓機器之附有托架之間隔件。該間隔件係由間隔件本體、與未圖示之流體壓機器之凸緣卡合之一對固定架、托架、用以鎖緊固定架及間隔件本體之第1組之雙頭螺栓(stud bolt)及螺帽、及用以鎖緊托架、固定架及間隔件本體之第2組之雙頭螺栓及螺帽所構成(參照參考圖(1)、(2))。在右側視圖及左側視圖中,於間隔件本體之中央部形成有孔部,該孔部係與未圖示之流體壓機器之孔口連通,且用以供壓力流體貫通。在形成該孔部之周壁部附近設置有環狀溝,在該環狀溝分別封入有未圖示之O形環。在前視圖及後視圖中,間隔件本體之上側及下側係朝左右膨出。固定架係由板體所構成,且在俯視圖及仰視圖中,從與間隔件本體之鎖緊部分朝間隔件本體之孔部方向,彎曲成大致八字形。此外,如右側視圖及左側視圖、立體圖所示,在固定架上平行地設置有二個波形部。托架係由長方形狀之基部、及以與該基部之延伸方向正交的方式突出之梯形的保持部所構成。在基部之大致中央部形成有長方形狀之開口部,夾持該開口部而在一方側設置有二個長圓形狀之孔部,在另一方側設置有一個長圓形狀之孔部。該等孔部係利用作為插通安裝用螺栓之用。保持部係分別從設置在基部之開口部的兩側立起,且終端部分為一體化之梯形狀,在該終端部分連結有固定架及間隔件本體。在使用之際,預先將第2組之雙頭螺栓及螺帽予以鎖緊,並使托架、固定架及間隔件本體予以一體化。接著,為了使流體壓機器之孔口與間隔件本體之孔部相連通,將間隔件之一面抵接在一方之流體壓機器的端面,將該間隔件之另一面抵接在另一方之流體壓機器的端面,並將固定架卡止在流體壓機器之凸緣。接著,旋轉第1螺帽,以連結間隔件與流體壓機器。將例如螺栓插通在托架之安裝孔且安裝在未圖示之壁部等,且將本創作之附有托架之間隔件與流體壓機器一同安裝在所希望之場所。;【創作特點】;本創作係有關於一種「附有托架之間隔件」之外形設計。配合立體圖、前視圖、側視圖、俯視圖及參考圖(1)及(2)等所示,本創作由間隔件本體、固定架、托架及第一組與第二組之雙頭螺栓和螺帽等所組成之特殊造形。上述間隔件本體頂端及底端之兩側腹係具有相對之略梯形膨出部,且該頂端及底端之膨出部前端係上下互呈相對之傾斜面。上述間隔件本體兩側面中央周邊具有環緣之凸出孔部。上述托架兩側面分別呈現中間具有凸肋而其兩旁具梯形傾斜面之保持部,該保持部之頂面及底面則呈現梯形斜面。上述保持部後面為薄體狀之長矩形基部,該基部前面上端及下端設有複數長卵形孔部。參考圖(1)及(2)係分別顯示本創作之立體狀態及另一立體狀態之各部說明。由上述構成本創作整體造形精巧別緻,具新穎獨特之視覺效果及創作性。[Use of the article] This invention is related to a "spacer with a bracket", which is a spacer with a bracket installed between a group of fluid presses having an orifice for supplying/discharging pressurized fluid, and is used to connect the aforementioned fluid presses to each other.
