【物品用途】;本創作係為一種提供置放物品之包裝盒，尤指具中國風味且線條柔和、式樣新穎之新式樣設計者。;【創作特點】;如圖所示，本創作所提供之包裝盒，其主要形狀特徵係為一長方體，搭配上寬下窄造型，由前視圖觀之，該包裝盒左上角繪製一粗墨筆劃，及在下半部繪製橫向之淺墨筆劃，使該包裝盒呈現中國水墨畫之意境，另由俯視圖觀之，上方蓋體略呈雲狀之造型，及由使用狀態圖觀之，可使用一緞帶自本創作底部及左右兩側向上，綁在本創作之上方。綜觀整體之，本創作包裝盒之設計運用俐落大方的線條，使該包裝盒整體具有俐落感、簡便性，及時尚感視覺感受。;本創作在整體外觀上已展現出與習用物品完全不同之新穎風貌，爰依法提出新式樣申請。[Item Usage];This creation is a packaging box for placing items, especially a new design with Chinese style, soft lines and novel style.; [Creation Features];As shown in the figure, the packaging box provided by this creation has the main shape feature of a rectangular block, with a wide top and narrow bottom shape. From the front view, a thick ink stroke is drawn on the upper left corner of the packaging box, and a horizontal light ink stroke is drawn on the lower half, making the packaging box present the artistic conception of Chinese ink painting. From the top view, the upper cover is slightly cloud-shaped, and from the use state picture, a ribbon can be used to tie the top of this creation from the bottom and left and right sides upward. Overall, the design of the packaging box of this creation uses neat and generous lines, giving the packaging box a sense of neatness, simplicity, and fashion. The overall appearance of this creation has shown a novel style that is completely different from daily necessities, so a new design application is submitted in accordance with the law.
