【物品用途】;本創作係提供一種“瓶(二)”新穎式樣造型設計，尤指一種有別於業界貫用造型之新穎式樣設計，所述瓶係用於容裝水液、飲料等液態物之用，其瓶蓋能夠打開與瓶身呈分開狀態，此請配合參閱使用狀態參考圖所揭。;【創作特點】;如附圖所示，該”瓶(二)”之外觀上係包括一瓶身以及組合於該瓶身頂端的一瓶蓋所構成，該瓶身與瓶蓋均為圓筒狀形狀，其創作特點包括：若由各側視圖觀之，該瓶之瓶身頂段係為外徑內縮式設計，該瓶身頂段係先形成一凸弧狀錐縮環面後再以一直立環筒面收尾；該瓶蓋則由一圓盤形底座以及一體連結形成於該底座上的一個立向圓形環圈所構成；且其中，該瓶身以及瓶蓋均為雙色質感設計，請配合參照立體圖及各側視圖所示，該瓶身部份是以該凸弧狀錐縮環面頂端作為一分界線，分界線以下為深色區(如採用深紅色)、以上則相對為淺色區(如採用銀色)；該瓶蓋的圓盤形底座則上半部為深色區(如採用黑色)、下半部則相對為淺色區(如採用紅色)，該瓶蓋的圓形環圈則令外層環圈設為深色區(如採用黑色)、內層環圈相對設為淺色區(如採用紅色)，藉此構成頗具色彩對比與層次美感的視覺效果；藉此所構成的瓶子外觀，其完全跳脫既有瓶子的傳統刻板印象，整體造型於簡約素雅架構中又點綴有雙彩配色美感與線條、質感變化性，特具新穎獨特外觀視覺效果，其整體造型確實為一新穎、獨特之新式樣創作，爰依法提出新式樣專利申請。[Item Usage]; This creation provides a novel style design of "Bottle (II)", especially a novel style design that is different from the commonly used style in the industry.
