【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係用以提供駕駛人看清左右與後方來車，及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用使汽車外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種後視鏡的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後視鏡」之新式樣。本新式樣後視鏡，外觀主要特徵包括一個狹長、正面方向略呈倒梯形狀的主體，在其背面側形成一個半橢圓形的罩殼，該罩殼以低風阻的流線造型融入了環保減碳的設計元素，及在該罩殼背面側的內側包含一個以透明材料構成之倒梯形且成流蘇狀的方向燈。該主體嵌設在一個狹窄沿其頂部、外側面及底部繞行之非緊密、半開放的框架中，有別於傳統後視鏡之設計型式。;如上述之「汽車用後視鏡」，表達出一種動感的原創性，賦予視覺面和外裝面豐富的穎異變化，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。
