Abstract
【物品用途】;本創作係在從一組之流體壓出入口之任一方所供給之壓力流體之作用下,推壓收納於汽缸管內之活塞,並可使連結在上述活塞之活塞棒以直線狀往復動作;如參考圖(一)及(二)所示,在形成有上述一組流體出入口且隔著平坦面之兩側,設置傾斜預定角度之一組傾斜面。在上述傾斜面形成有大半圓弧狀之長溝,該長溝係安裝有用以檢測活塞位置之感測器。上述長溝係延著汽缸管之軸線方向延伸,且以大半圓弧狀之長溝之軸線(A1,A2)傾斜預定角度而在活塞桿之軸芯。交叉之方式形成之一種「流體壓汽缸」。;【創作特點】;本創作係有關於一種「流體壓汽缸」之外形設計,本創作之本體(汽缸管)大致呈現四角隅為倒斜角(傾斜面)之矩形柱狀體,於本體頂面上之前後倒斜角端(傾斜面)分別形成前後相對之弧形長溝,於該頂面中間橫列複數螺紋圓孔(流體壓出入口);於本體左側面形成內縮徑狀之螺紋圓柱部,於該圓柱部左側面中心具有水平圓形螺桿(活塞桿);於本體右側面形成中心為活塞桿軸芯之同心圓狀。如參考圖(一)所示,係顯示本創作在弧形長溝內安裝有感測器之狀態之說明圖(僅供參考);如參考圖(二)所示,係顯示本創作之圓弧長溝軸線傾斜預定角度在活塞桿軸芯交叉之方式形成等之說明圖(僅供參考)。由上述構成本創作整體造形精巧別緻,具獨特風格之視覺效果及創作性。[Use of the article]: This invention is to push the piston housed in the cylinder tube under the action of the pressure fluid supplied from any one side of a set of fluid pressure inlets and outlets, and can make the piston rod connected to the above piston reciprocate in a straight line; as shown in reference figures (1) and (2), a set of inclined surfaces inclined at a predetermined angle are provided on both sides of the flat surface where the above set of fluid inlets and outlets are formed. A long groove in the shape of a large semicircle is formed on the above inclined surface, and a sensor for detecting the position of the piston is installed in the long groove. The above long groove extends along the axis direction of the cylinder tube, and is inclined at a predetermined angle with the axis (A1, A2) of the long groove in the shape of a large semicircle at the axis core of the piston rod. A kind of "fluid pressure cylinder" is formed in a cross manner. ;【Design Features】;This design is about a "fluid pressure cylinder" design. The main body (cylinder tube) of this design is roughly a rectangular column with chamfered corners (inclined surfaces). The front and rear chamfered ends (inclined surfaces) on the top surface of the main body form long arc grooves facing each other, and a plurality of threaded circular holes (fluid pressure inlet and outlet) are arranged horizontally in the middle of the top surface; a threaded cylindrical part with a reduced diameter is formed on the left side of the main body, and a horizontal circular screw (piston rod) is provided in the center of the left side of the cylindrical part; and a concentric circle with the piston rod axis as the center is formed on the right side of the main body. As shown in reference figure (1), it is an explanatory diagram showing the state of installing a sensor in the arc-shaped long groove of this creation (for reference only); as shown in reference figure (2), it is an explanatory diagram showing the formation of the arc-shaped long groove axis of this creation at a predetermined angle and the intersection of the piston rod axis (for reference only). The above constitutes the overall shape of this creation, which is exquisite and unique, with a unique visual effect and creativity.
