Abstract

【物品用途】;本創作係有關一用於刷牙之牙刷。;【創作特點】;本創作之牙刷具有一柄部、一頭部、一設於柄部及頭部間之連接部、及一附接之蓋件。牙刷之特點在於柄部厚、且其形狀與一在柄部上部之平坦漸縮之圓柱類似。柄部後側設有一垂直延伸之凹槽，柄部並另有兩個垂直沿伸之水滴狀隆起部(bulges)；其中一隆起部設於前側，而另一隆起部設於後側。柄部末端大致平坦而允許牙刷站立。該位於柄部及頭部間之連接部沿著頭部漸縮、並相對於柄部的垂直軸向前傾斜。牙刷頭部由一圓柱形上部、及一呈橢圓形段之下部所構成，頭部之上部、下部各在其前表面設有刷毛。該附接之蓋件在接合時蓋住柄部前側、並形成一魔術師圖像，魔術師的腳上坐著一隻貓。蓋件的前表面設有一垂直延伸之孔，其形狀及大小大致順應該柄部前側之水滴狀隆起部之形狀。本創作不僅可以達成預期之功能，而且提供一從未見於任何先前技藝中並具有特異視感之獨特外觀。
