(一)物品用途：;本創作係用於以無線傳輸與行動電話連通，即隨時可接聽來電訊息及對話。本創作攜帶輕巧袖珍；可吊掛於胸前當飾品或以小耳架夾置於耳上，取代直接以行動電話使用之習慣，而為使用者未來之流行趨勢。(二)創作特點：;本創作係有關於一種「無線傳輸接收機」之外形設計。本創作之本體呈現前面為上端寬大而至下端則左右漸行內傾成尖弧形之向左開口狀尖弧邊框，且頂邊緣為略弧形之直邊，在該邊框內下端形成垂直向長卵形孔部，該孔部上端為略弧曲之平直邊，在該邊框中間為略弧面之內陷表面，在該表面左邊緣上修飾有不同大小且象徵筍狀之尖弧形小凸部；在該表面頂邊緣上具有上下並列一對小橫條齒部。在上述邊框之右端具有上下不同大小之長卵形嵌入狀之弧凸鍵部，而邊框左端則布飾有局部複數小卵圈修飾。由側視本體側面呈現上厚下略薄尖之略扁弧板片形；本體後面偏於上方設有向後凸出之定位鈕，該定位鈕係形成略倒圓錐狀支柱且於該支柱外端形成象徵菇狀且覆有環套之圓形塊狀鈕。在本體後面頂邊緣則具有一對小長卵孔。本創作如使用狀態參考圖所示，第8圖顯示係本創作之定位鈕套扣有具葫蘆孔之卵片狀扣環，該扣環係繫於吊掛帶上之使用狀態；第9圖係顯示本創作定位鈕與被套扣之半卵環狀耳架之使用狀態；第10圖顯示係本創作與其充電配件之使用狀態。由上述構成本創作整體造形精巧別緻，具新穎獨特之視覺效果及創作性。(I) Purpose of the item: This creation is used to connect to a mobile phone via wireless transmission, so that you can answer incoming calls and have conversations at any time.
