(一)物品用途：供電腦CPU冷卻之散熱器(二)創作特點：;本創作一種散熱器之新式樣設計，尤指如附圖所示之整體線條流暢別緻之意境設計，俾供使用者於視覺上的新享受。;請參閱全部附圖所示，其造型係由一透明罩將散熱器包覆，於兩側形成波浪形開口，由透明罩外可透視內部整體造型，於頂端形成長方體之凹槽形，可以放置發光物發出閃閃光芒，於凹槽形兩外側形成整齊排列的圓柱，中段為一層一層整齊排列之片狀長方體的造型，在底部橫陳之塊體上羅列有塊狀長條物，整體造型美觀，線條流暢，非常誘人。;綜觀上述，本創作其整體造型流線曲折俐落，深入淺出，而產生尤為新穎之視覺感受，誠屬難得之創作，且從未見於任何刊物或曾公開使用，完全符合新式樣專利申請;尚鈞局暨貴審查委員能惠予審理，並早日賜准本案新式樣之專利，實感得惠。(I) Purpose of the item: A heat sink for cooling the computer CPU (II) Features of the creation: This creation is a new style design of a heat sink, especially the design with smooth and unique lines as shown in the attached figure, so as to provide users with a new visual enjoyment. Please refer to all the attached figures. The shape is a transparent cover covering the heat sink, forming a wave-shaped opening on both sides. The overall shape inside can be seen from the outside of the transparent cover. A rectangular groove is formed at the top, where luminous objects can be placed to emit sparkling light. Neatly arranged columns are formed on both sides of the groove. The middle section is a layer of neatly arranged rectangular sheets. Block-shaped long strips are arranged on the horizontal blocks at the bottom. The overall shape is beautiful, with smooth lines, which is very attractive. ;In summary, the overall shape of this creation is streamlined and neat, and it is profound and shallow, which produces a particularly novel visual experience. It is truly a rare creation and has never been seen in any publication or used publicly. It fully meets the requirements for a new style patent application.
