Description

圖3爲表示構成該檔案管理系統之服務提供者所具備 the invention [Technical field to which the invention belongs] The present invention relates to a file management system and a file management method, By transferring various files between a plurality of computer devices and a file management unit formed through a computer network connection, it is possible to comprehensively manage files related to the contents of images or music, or files created by users.  [Previous technology] _ In recent years, computer networks have been used to distribute users' computer devices. Services that provide a variety of content, such as daily or still images or music, have attracted attention. When using such content to provide services, The user connects with the server device of the content provider by operating the computer device, And select the content you want based on a list of content names or content details displayed on the screen of your computer device.  The server device then transmits the content selected by the user to the user's computer device. To provide content.  Such content-providing services are sometimes used in the form of billing for content that is transmitted from the server to the beta computer device of the user, at this time, The price paid by the user to the content provider is based on the contractual content previously set between the content provider and the user.  In addition, In recent years, The use of so-called hosting services is gaining popularity, It uses a computer network to transfer files stored in the user ’s computer device to the server device of the service provider. The files transmitted to the server device are stored in a form that can be downloaded freely for any user or limited to specific users.  -6-(2) (2) 591472 Representative examples of such a hosting service will be content that can be viewed using a web browser by an individual user who does not have a server device installed through the Internet. internet). at this time, Specifically, Contact the user beforehand (ISP: Internet Providers) exchange contracts of use, And send various files made by the user to the servo device owned by the operator, Such as HTML (Hyper Document Markup Language) files or image files. When other users request to view the servo device, The server device is about to send the requested file to the user's computer device and display the content details on the computer device's display screen.  In addition, The hosting service is used under the requirement that the files transmitted to the servo device are not disclosed to other users. therefore, It can also be used for the purpose of keeping copies of all kinds of files in the user's computer device. For backup purposes.  The applicant in this case integrated the services provided above with the services of the owner, development of, And use the advantages of computer networks to the extreme, As described in JP-A-200 1-β 3 5 7222 and JP-A 200 1 -325457, It is proposed that a more flexible content management system can be realized.  [Summary of the Invention] [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, when using the various services described above, The file transfer from the user's computer device to the service provider's server device is quite frequent. at this time, usually, The user utilizes a file transfer application operated on the user's computer device,  -7- (3) (3) 591472 Designate the file used for the computer device as the transmission target, The start of the transfer process is instructed by the user.  but, At the beginning of the above-mentioned transmission process, The computing or memory capacity of the computer device and the bandwidth of the network are consumed. therefore, During file transfer processing, Even if the user wants to do something else, Also due to insufficient computing power or memory capacity or network bandwidth necessary for the smooth execution of other tasks, As a result, a problem occurs in that the user's computer device cannot obtain an efficient operation effect. The effect of this on file transfer processing is that when transferring large files, This is especially noticeable when transferring large numbers of files.  Therefore, the present invention has been completed in consideration of the foregoing prior facts, The purpose is to provide a file management system and file management method. Is providing integration of content provision services with hosting services, When developing novel services, It is possible to provide files that can be efficiently transmitted from the user's computer device to the service provider's servo device without affecting the operating efficiency of other operations performed on the user's computer device.  Xin [Method to solve the problem] The file management system of the first patent application scope of the present invention is formed by a file management unit that manages the files transferred between the multiple computer devices through the computer network, Its characteristics are:  The above file management department has: Means of file storage, Set a specific memory area for each user of the multiple computer devices; Means of file management, Manage the writing and reading of files to the above-mentioned file storage means, And books -8-(4) (4) 591472 library management tools, Content library for managing archives of various content; The computer device includes: Memorizing means of remembering various files, And file transfer methods, According to the preset file transmission conditions, the files in the above-mentioned memory means designated by the user are transmitted to the above-mentioned file management department; In addition to the above-mentioned file management section, in addition to writing the files transmitted from the above-mentioned computer device into a memory area corresponding to the above-mentioned user of the above-mentioned file storage means,  At the same time in accordance with the requirements of the user of the above computer device, Files to be included in the content library above, And / or the files in the memory area corresponding to the user Lu of the file storage means are transferred to the computer device.  In addition, The file management method of item 9 of the present invention is characterized by: Connect a plurality of computer devices through a computer network and a file management department for managing the transfer of files with the computer devices; In the above-mentioned archive management department, the archive storage means are set up, Specify a specific memory area for each user of the multiple computer devices; Means of file management, Manage the writing and reading of files to the above-mentioned file storage means; And library management tools, Manage content libraries composed of various content-related archives; The computer device described above has: Means of memory, To memorize various files, And file delivery methods, According to the file transfer conditions specified in advance, the files in the above-mentioned memory means designated by the user are transferred to the above file management department; Use the file management section to write the file sent by the computer device into a memory area corresponding to the user of the file storage means, At the same time as requested by the user of the above computer device, The files contained in the content library and / or the files in the memory area corresponding to the user of the file storage means are transferred to the computer device.  -9-(5) (5) 591472 In the present invention constituted as above, You can include the files contained in the above content library, Or, in the file storage means, the files in the memory area corresponding to the set by the user are transmitted to the user's computer device by the file management department. Therefore, You can combine the services that provide content with the services of owners that open specific memory areas to users, Develop a flexible file management system that utilizes the advantages of computer networks to the limit. In addition, When a file is sent from a computer device to the file management department, The files specified by the user can be transmitted according to the file transmission conditions specified in advance. therefore, By setting appropriate conditions as the file n transfer conditions, users can perform large computational power or memory capacity when they do not perform other tasks. Or network bandwidth file transfer processing. Therefore, users can continue to be provided with a flexible operating environment.  In addition, In the present invention, On file transfer conditions, The schedule for sending the file should be freely set by the user. Specifically, E.g, You can register the file at any time you want, Or, the elapsed time from when the computer device becomes an idle state to when the file is started to be transmitted is used as a time schedule. therefore, E.g, The user will register the time without using a computer device as a time schedule, After the user specifies the file to send, The file transfer process was started on the spot to prevent problems such as the decrease in execution speed of other operations. In addition, Since the computer device can start the file transmission process when the user is not in use, So you can effectively use the computing power and memory capacity of your computer device. Network bandwidth and other resources (computer resources).  Furthermore, As a transmission condition of the file, If the size of the file is freely set by the user in advance, Files exceeding the set size will be sent according to the above schedule, It is also possible to send files smaller than the set size immediately. Borrow -10- (6) (6) 591472 this, In comparison, small files with lighter consumption of resources can be transmitted immediately 'while large files with large consumption of resources' can be performed according to the schedule when the computer device is not operating.  In addition, When the file management department and the above file transmission means should have a file transmission interruption, The resume function of the subsequent files in the middle of the transfer is started again. With this, Even if the transmission of a file is interrupted due to a user ’s operation or a malfunction of a computer device or computer network, ’it will not invalidate the previously transmitted data, It can reduce the time required to send the file or the consumption of the network area.  Furthermore, The specific method of specifying the file to be transmitted is, for example, ‘a specific folder or directory in the memory means can be set as a monitoring object in advance. The files in the folder or directory as the monitoring object are regarded as the method of the file specified by the user. With this, Archives that can be moved or copied by the user into the document library or directory, Or the files in the document library or directory generated by various applications are transmitted to the file management department at any time, so that users are not aware of the transmission process of β files. In addition, at this time, If you can monitor whether the file or folder in the monitored object has been updated, It is more desirable to send the updated files to the file management department. With this, The file to be transmitted can always be stored in the file management department in the latest state.  In addition, It is also possible to display a specific image () such as a display screen of a computer device, When a user drags (drops) an image of a file library or directory, Adoption will be included in the file, Or the files in the document library or directory are treated as files specified by the user. In this way, only the files specified by -11-(7) (7) 591472 households can be transmitted. At the same time, the extremely intuitive and simple operation method of the so-called image drop operation can be used to designate the file to be transmitted.  [Embodiment] [Embodiment of Invention] Hereinafter, Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In addition, These servers are connected to the external computer network 1 2 through a communication interface 38 formed by a router or the like.  In addition, Since these servers have the same structure as the computer device 10 shown in FIG. 2, The detailed description is omitted here. but, Each server is specifically designated to process large amounts of information at high speed, It needs to have stronger information processing capability and larger memory capacity than computer equipment. In addition, Each server may omit the operation section 26, the display section 24, and the like.  Furthermore, It can also be implemented by an information processing device that specializes in processing each function. Each server is implemented as an independent structure. The application program that realizes the functions of each server may also be processed on a single information processing device and implemented by a single information processing device.  In addition, Content Library 30, Customer file storage 32, And the customer database 15 can also be implemented by a storage device 'installed in the server or a storage device connected to the server. You can also prepare a dedicated information processing device. In addition, In the example shown in FIG. 3, each server or content library 30, Customer file storage 32, Customer database 15 summary set · Placed at the same service provider 1 site, But they can also be run by separate companies, Or set up separately in other departments.  The content library 30 has a large-capacity storage device for storing many contents to be provided and sold. The file of the content stored in the content library 30 is shown in Figure 4. By the file name, Registration time ‘kind’ file size, File format, The sales amount and content details are managed as a database of records.  The "file name" record is a record representing the unique name of each file attached to the file that can identify each content. The "registration time" record is a record indicating the time when the content file was registered in the content library 30. When the "type" record is to separate the file content of each content into a category (category) set in advance, Records containing information that explicitly belongs to that category. A "file size" record is a record containing information indicating the file size of each content data. The file size is usually specified in bytes. However, for example, for animation files, It can also be the time required for regeneration, etc. It is expressed by parameters specific to each file. The "file format" record is a record containing information in the format of each content file shown in -17- (13) (13) 591472. The "amount" record contains a record indicating the amount of information when the user wants to purchase the content file. In that Amount record, May also contain copyright information. A "content details" record is a record containing a text describing the details of each content file. In addition, The "content details" record can also include still pictures of representative scenes, Animation, Voice of commentary, etc.  The library management server 31 is used to manage the content library 30. When the library management server 31 receives a request for content from another machine on the network, That is, search for files of content specified by the content library 30, The file is transferred to the requesting machine. In addition, The library management server 31 has a retrieval function, When given a keyword, That is, the content library 30 retrieves content files that match the keyword, The search results are output. The library management server 31 may also search from each record according to the database shown in FIG. 4.  Furthermore, The library management server 31 not only manages content files existing in the content library 30, It also manages new content files scheduled for future distribution. that is, It can respond to external requests and provide information about the content files scheduled for distribution, Or output the search results. and, When the scheduled content file arrives, The library management server 3 i registers the content file in the content library 30.  The customer file storage 32 is a user area 39 provided by a user who has signed a service provision contract and can use it for storing content. The customer file storage 32 is managed according to a customer database shown in FIG. 5, for example, Each user must ensure the user area 3 9.  -18- (14) (14) 591472 that is, In this example, Each user is managed by user ID, According to the contract 'each user has a total capacity available. According to the total capacity set in the contract, Each user has a recording capacity ensuring area. This becomes the user area 39. The user area 39 in the customer profile storage 32 is in the contract period, Within the scope of the contract capacity, It can be freely used by the user to save the content constructed by the user. Or the area of the file transmitted by the user's computer device 10. that is, The user can keep the new content file in the user area 39. Move or delete files. In addition, The files stored in the used computer device 10 may also be transferred to be stored in the user area 39.  In addition, For the operation of transferring files from the computer device 10 to the user area 39, Details later.  When the service provider 11 described in this example signs a contract with each user, That is, an agreement is made based on the size of the user area 39. Users can purchase content files stored in the content library 30, Or a content file scheduled for distribution in the future. The content file thus purchased is transferred from the content library 30 to each user area 39 in the customer file storage 32 and stored as a copy β.  at this time, It is also possible not to copy and save the content file in the user area 39, A file (LINK File) having reference information associated with the original file existing in the content library 30 is created in the user area 39. This kind of link file is mainly composed of photos only. With animated images, Original files (content files) of still images or sounds, etc. 1 * _, The file size is extremely small.  therefore, By not copying the entity of the content file in the user area 39 -19- (15) (15) 591472 and creating a link file with reference information in the user area 39 can reduce the customer file storage 32 in the user area 39 Capacity actually consumed. However, even in this case, 'the amount of used capacity of the user in the customer database shown in FIG. 5' and the amount of remaining capacity available can be changed according to the actual size of the content file purchased by the user. As a result, On the one hand, as the user purchases content, it can consume the user area 39 assigned to each user, It can also greatly save disk space that actually consumes customer file storage 32.  · In addition, In the present invention, The size of the user area 39 secured for each user in the customer file storage 32 can be changed by changing the contract content later.  Customer file management server, As shown in Figure 6, The content files held in the user areas 39 of the client file storage 32 are managed as a database for each user. The client file management server 33 performs file retrieval, Transfer and delete processing. In addition, The client file management server 33 is set so that it cannot be directly accessed by general users.  · As shown in Figure 6, Each user is managed by a user ID, The content file kept by the user with that user ID is based on the file name, kind, File size, Each recording area on the memory is managed. In addition, The client file management server 33 is used to perform the expansion or contraction of the user area 3 9 due to the contract change. Management of contract period, etc.  The distribution management server 35 is used for distribution management of content data. When there is a request to purchase content from a user, In the distribution management database 34, a database of distribution management information is created for each user. The distribution management asset -20- (16) (16) 591472 repository 34 is based on, for example, a user ID, File name, Date of Application, File registration scheduled date, capacity, kind, Manage the transmission completion date.  When a user wants to purchase content, That is, the computer device 10 transmits the purchase file request command to the distribution management server 3 5 through the computer network 12, Pursuant to the purchase request, Each user in the distribution management database 34 creates distribution management information. then, The distribution management server 35 issues a command to the library management server 31 to copy the content file to the user area of the user. The library management server 31 retrieves the content files that are expected to be repaired by the content library 30. And based on the search results, The file is taken out by the content library 30 and transmitted to the client file management server 33. then, The client file management server 33 copies the file to the user area 39 of the client file storage 32. at this time, As mentioned above, Instead of copying the content file in the user area 39, a link file corresponding to the content file may be created in the user area 39.  As mentioned above, The purchase of the content can be realized by the content library 30 copying the file to the user area 39 of the customer file storage 32. · In addition, usually, The files containing animation content are large because So transmission takes time, But in the system of this example, This can be achieved by copying files between servers within the same network. Processing of purchased content can therefore be completed quickly.  The user can access the user area 39 assigned to himself by operating the computer device 10. As stated, The content files purchased by the user are stored in the user area 39 of the user. The user is assigned by accessing the user area 3 9, And the service provider 11 will pair the computer device 10 with -21-(17) (17) 591472 the purchased content file in the user area 39 and distribute it by streaming ', so that it can be reproduced and appreciated on the computer device 10.  As mentioned above, In the file management system 1 of this example, a user area 39 for storing contents is assigned to each user who signs a contract. The user accessing the service provider 11 through the computer device 10 can enjoy the content stored in the user area 39, Or transfer files to user area 39, Various services provided by the service provider 11 can be enjoyed.  • (4) Content of services provided by service providers Second, The services provided by the service provider 11 will be specified.  In addition to the computer device 10 having an intranet interface 28, A web browser that displays a web page on the display section 24 for viewing is provided in addition to the function of communication between the computer network 12 and the service provider 11. When a user wants to take advantage of the services provided by the service provider 11, That is, a specific use contract is exchanged with the service provider 11. After the contract is formally exchanged, That is, the service provider 11 notifies the user of the ID and the password (password) to the user.  When a user who has signed a service contract with the service provider 11 receives the service from the service provider 11 Connect computer device 1 〇 to computer network 1 2 And launch a web browser to access the URL (uniform resource locator, Common resource indicator). When accessing the URL of the service provider 1 1, The authentication page is sent in the display area of the web browser.  The authentication page has a box for logging in the user and a box for entering the passcode -22- (18) (18) 591472. When the user is about to sign a contract, the user ID and pass code notified by the service provider 11 are entered into the user ID registration box and the pass code registration box, respectively. And use the mouse to login button (login button). then,  A server from a service provider 1 1 (such as a customer file management server 3 3) Or an authentication server prepared for authentication) to determine whether the authentication is a formally signed user, If it is identified as a user who has officially signed up,  The user home page is sent.  This user homepage is a dedicated homepage prepared for each user to use the service φ of the service provider 1 1. The user ’s user ID is displayed on the user ’s homepage. The total capacity of the agreed user area. And use capacity. In addition,  The user's homepage contains a display for confirming the usage of the user area of each user. The display of the content to be purchased, And display for receiving various services.  When the user wants to confirm the use status of the user area 39, The computer device 10 can send a message requesting confirmation of the use status of the user area 39 to the service provider 11 by tapping a specific button displayed on the first page. The message β is sent to the customer file management server 3 3 through the computer network 12. And the client file management server 33 receiving the message refers to the database shown in FIG. 5 according to the user ID of the user. In order to investigate the use of the user area 39 of the user, A list showing the contents and files stored in the user area 39 is transmitted to the computer device 10. With this, A list of content and files stored in the user area 39 corresponding to the user is displayed on the display screen of the computer device 10, The user can confirm the usage status of his own user area 39.  -23- (19) The files of purchased content stored in the user area 39 can be streamed for viewing at the request of the user.  When re-streaming, After the user selects the operation on the web browser to reproduce the target file, Draw a specific button. As a result, The message requesting the start of streaming regeneration of the selected file is transmitted from the computer device 10 to the service provider 11. The message is sent to the client file management server 3 3 via the computer network 1 2.  Customer file management server 3 3-When receiving a φ message requesting to start streaming playback, That is, the specified file is retrieved from the user area 39. The data of the file is transmitted to the computer device 10 in a format corresponding to the stream reproduction. On the other hand, In terms of computer devices 10, The application for streaming the animation is launched. then, The computer device 10 receives the data sent by the client file management server 33. The content is reproduced using the streaming reproduction application.  In addition, During streaming playback, As mentioned above, If the user wants to create a link file (LINK file) in the user area 39 when purchasing content,  The entity such as the content file does not exist in the user area 39 but when the content library 30 Also as mentioned above, Data is not sent by the customer file management server 3 3, The data is sent from, for example, the library management server 31. Or yes, It is also possible to prepare, for example, a server dedicated to streaming reproduction, Data is sent from this server.  In addition, For the files transmitted by the user from the computer device 10 to the user area 39, Although it can also be streamed as described above, However, the files transmitted from the user's computer device 10 to the user area 39 are not limited to streaming reproduction.  -24-(20) (20) 591472 Instead, according to the request from the user, the computer device 10 is freely transmitted (downloaded).  As mentioned above, When transferring the file stored in the user area 39 to the computer device 10, In the file specified by the user, displayed on the web browser, press a key to operate a specific button. The message requesting to start transmitting the file is sent from the computer device 10 to the client file management server 33 through the computer network 12.  When the client file management server 33 receives a message φ requesting the file, That is, the designated file is taken out from the user area 39 and transmitted to the computer device 10. Further, the file transmitted from the client file management server 33 to the computer device 10 is stored in a memory device such as the HDD 23 provided in the computer device 10.  In addition, When a user wants to purchase content that the content library 30 has, The service provider 11 will submit an application form (page) for purchasing content. Then, The user enters a file name corresponding to the content of the purchase object on the computer device 10 through a web browser. Or select the content of the purchase target by selecting the content of H displayed on the web browser at a glance. then, When the button to decide the purchase is selected by the user, The message requesting the purchase of the selected content is transmitted to the distribution management server 3 5 through the computer network 12.  Distribution Management Server 3 5-When receiving a message requesting purchase of content,  I.e. update the previously described distribution management database, And register the purchase status of the content. then, Submit a request to the library management server 31 to copy the content to the user area 39 corresponding to the purchase user.  Library Management Server 31 — When receiving a message requesting content to be copied -25- (21) (21) 591472, That is, the content library 30 searches for matching content, If the matching content already exists in the content library at 30, Take out the file of the content, It is copied to a specific user area 39 in the customer file storage 32. As a result,  The user's content purchase is complete.  In addition, If the content requested by the user does not yet exist in the content library and is expected to be distributed in the future, The library management server 31 reports the scheduled distribution date to the distribution management server 35. At the time of the scheduled distribution date, The distribution management server 35 sends a message to the library management server 31 to copy the content requested by the user to the user area 39. Then Library management server 31-Upon receiving a message requesting copying, the content library 30 retrieves a matching content file 1 and retrieves the content file for copying in a specific area 39 in the client file storage 32. As a result,  The user's content purchase is complete.  Furthermore, Based on the content purchases made by users, The content library 30 copies the content in the user area 39, At the time of completing the purchase of the content, Based on the amount set for the content, Calculate the user's fee processing.  In addition, As mentioned above, When users purchase content, It is not necessary to copy the content file to the user area 39, The link corresponding to the content file is created in the user area 39.  (5) File upload processing Second, To explain the file management system 1, A method for transferring files stored in the user's computer device 10 to the service provider 11.  -26- (22) (22) 591472 At this time, In the file management system 1, The computer device 10 is connected to the service provider 11, And execute a software program that transfers files (hereinafter referred to as a file transfer program). The file transfer program is stored in, for example, the HDD 23 of the computer device 10. The CPU 20 executes processing. The computer device 10 performs various information processing in accordance with the execution order described in the file transfer program. While following the user's prompt input from the operation section 26, By displaying a window or an icon (icon) described later on the display unit 24, various information is notified to the user. then, The computer device 10 communicates various information with the server of the φ service provider 1 1 through the network interface 28, At the same time, a process of transmitting a user-specified file existing in, for example, the HDD 23 or the RAM 21 to the service provider 11 according to preset file transmission conditions is performed. In addition, Regarding file transmission conditions, Details later.  here, The following describes the processing when the file transmitted from the computer device 10 to the service provider 11 is designated by the user.  The file transfer program has a folder of monitoring objects set in advance. And information about the document library, That is, the path of the document library (location information or the name of the document library is a specific memory area stored in the HDD23. The document library as the monitoring object can also be specified by the service provider and cannot be changed by the user. Or the user can freely set any file library as the monitoring object. In addition, The number of document libraries to be monitored can be one or several.  In addition, In this example, the file library (f 0 1 d e r) refers to a specific level in a hierachical file system used in an operating system in which the computer device 10 performs processing. In addition, According to the operating system used by the computer -27- (23) (23) 591472 device 10, Sometimes also referred to as "directory". When a file transfer program is used as a monitoring object, the user moves or copies files. That is, it is determined that the file has been transmitted by the service provider. ° The file transmission program can be judged in the structure as the file to be transmitted ’Therefore, You can send files that are moved or copied by the user to the monitoring target file library at any time to the service provider. Or files generated by other applications that are processed on the computer device M or copied to the monitoring target φ file library, etc. without making users aware of the file transfer processing.  In addition, The file transfer program can also be set to transfer the file in the monitoring target document library to the service provider 11 for processing and delete the file.  You can also leave it in the monitoring target file library without deleting the file. but, If you want to leave the finished file in the monitoring target file library, For example, save the identification information used to identify files that have been transmitted and files that have not been transmitted to HDD23 so that the identification information can be referenced. It is effective to adopt methods such as judging the transmission of incomplete files. In addition, For example, by keeping the production date and update date of each file as the identification information, And monitor whether the files in the monitored document library have been updated at specific time intervals, And it is more ideal to send the updated file to the service provider 1 1. As a result, The service provider 11 can always keep the files to be transmitted in the latest state.  Furthermore, The file transfer program can also be set to transfer the file moved or copied in the monitoring target document library to the service provider. The file is deleted at the stage of completion. At the same time, the file representing the original file (original) of the file will be stored in the monitoring target document library. This type of file used to indicate where the original is stored is often referred to as an alias. Shortcut Symbolic links, etc. It has a smaller size than the original file. therefore, In that case, You can directly leave the files that are moved or copied in the monitoring object file library to the user, And after the file transfer is completed, the size of the small monitoring target file is reduced. 0 In addition, The file transfer program displays a specific image of the display φ portion 24 displayed on the computer device 10, When an archive or file library is dropped by a user, It can also be determined that the file contained in the file or the file library is designated by the user as the transmission target. With this, Users can only transfer files that have clear instructions, At the same time, you can use the extremely intuitive and simple operation of image drag and drop to specify the file to be transmitted.  Secondly, When a file is to be transmitted from the computer device 10 to the service provider 11, The file transfer conditions referred to by the file transfer program are explained.  In this example, Information about file transfer conditions can be set freely by the user.  For example, suppose a person is stored in a specific memory area in the HDD 23 of the computer device 10, The file transfer conditions can be set by the service provider 11 in advance, And stipulates that it cannot be changed by the user, However, since it is set freely by the user, According to the usage status of the user's computer device 10, etc., The file transfer process is started at the optimal point in time that does not affect other processes. 〇 When setting file transfer conditions in the file transfer program, the designated window 50 shown in FIG. Designated view -29- (25) (25) 591472 Window 50 is an image (icon) for users to use the mouse to type keystrokes to operate with file transfer programs. Or images associated with a document library monitored by a file transfer program, An example is a window for setting information (property) related to the file transfer program or a monitoring target document library. The display processing of the designated window 50 is realized by using the functions provided by the operating system operating on the computer device 10.  Specify window 50 as shown in Figure 7, A "tab" S50 is set in the window.  "Safe Designation" mark S51,  "Proxy designation" marks S52. In addition, A "0K" button S53 is provided below the designated window 50, "Cancel" button S54, "Apply" button S55.  When the "0K" button is selected by the user, That is, the contents of the file transmission conditions set by the designated window 50 are saved and the entire window is closed. When the "Cancel" button S 54 is selected by the user, The change of the selection operation using the designated window 50 is not saved and the entire window is closed. that is, at this time, The content of the file transfer conditions set last time remains unchanged. In addition, When the "Apply" button S55 is selected by the user, The file transfer conditions selected by the user are reflected in the file transfer program without closing the window.  In addition, In the initial state, it is set to the state where the "upload designation" flag S 50 is selected, This state is also illustrated in FIG. 7.  The area reserved by the "upload designation" mark S50 is provided with a file transfer condition designation area S56 for designating a computer device 10 to upload (uPload) a file to the service provider 11.  In the file transfer condition designation area S 5 6, The first to third selection buttons S58S S60 ° for specifying the transmission method of the file to be transmitted are provided. -30-(26) (26) 591472 When the first selection button S58 is selected, That is, unconditional real-time transmission of the transmission target file. In addition, When the second selection button S59 is selected, That is, the transmission process of the transmission target file is performed according to the transmission schedule described later.  In addition, When the third selection button S60 is selected, That is, according to the file size of the transmission target file, it is judged whether to transmit immediately as when the first selection button S 5 8 is selected. Or the same transmission time as when the second selection button S59 is selected, And carry out the transmission processing according to the situation. In addition, When the third selection φ selector S60 is selected, It will be in a state where an arbitrary number can be input to the input box (S61) where the critical size of the file size for the above judgment can be input. Furthermore, In Figure 7, The figure shows the case where the number "1 5" is entered in the input box S61. that is, At this time, when the file transfer program is smaller than 15MB (mega bite), Immediately start the file transmission process, If the size of the file to be transferred exceeds 1 5MB, That is, the transmission process of the file is started according to the transmission schedule.  The transmission schedule can be specified using the scheduler button S62 set in the file transmission condition designation area S56 ·. As for the selection of the schedule button S62, Details later.  here, Referring to Fig. 8-the transmission schedule designation window 70 displayed when the schedule button S62 is selected will be described.  Transmission schedule designation window 70, As shown in Figure 8, A schedule selection box S71 for selecting schedule content is provided, "Save" button S72, And the "Cancel" button S73. When the "Save" button S72 is selected by the user, That is, the content of the transmission schedule specified by the transmission schedule designation window 70 is saved, And the display • 31-(27) (27) 591472 will return to the previously designated window 50. For another example, when the "Cancel" button S 7 3 is selected, 'it will return to the previously designated window 5 〇, The contents of the transmission schedule specified by the transmission schedule designation window 70 are not reflected in the file transmission program. At this point, the 'file transfer program operates according to the schedule specified previously.  here, FIG. 8 illustrates a state when the schedule is designated "daily" according to the schedule selection box S71. In this state, the transmission schedule designation window 7 0 is provided with a start time for inputting the time when the transmission process of the transmission target file is started φ a time input box S 8 0, Transmission continued time input box S 8 for inputting the elapsed time from the start of transmission processing to the stop. S 82, And an input box S 8 3 for designating a start day to start the transfer process every few days.  In Figure 8, In the figure, "9:  27 "moment, In the transmission continue time input box S81, S82 is entered in the time of "12 hours and 0 minutes", In the case where the start date input box S83 is inputted as "every day". that is, At this time, the file transfer program starts the transfer process at 9:27 every day. After 12 hours, the transmission is stopped. • The transmission schedule of the transmission process is the transmission process.  In addition, When a transmission schedule of "weekly" is designated by the schedule selection box S 7 1, The display content of the schedule designation window 70 becomes as shown in FIG. 9. that is, at this time, It is necessary to set a plurality of weekdays (weekdays 1 to 6) for selecting the week to start the transmission process.  FIG. 9 illustrates that the input box S80 is inputted "9:  27 ", In the transmission continue time input box S81, S82 was entered at the time of "12: 0" Specify "Every Week" in the start date input box S83 -32- (28) (28) 591472, In the Sunday selection box S 84, the states of "Tuesday" and "Wednesday" are selected. that is, At this time, the file transfer program will start processing at 9:27 on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week. After 12 hours, the transmission process is stopped when the transmission process is stopped.  In addition, If the transmission schedule of "Monthly" is specified by the schedule selection box S71, The display content of the schedule designation window 70 will be as shown in FIG. 10.  Figure 10 illustrates, In the start time input box S80, "9:  27 "moment, In the transmission continue time input box S81, S82 is entered in the time of "12 hours and 0 minutes", In the case where the start date input box S83 is entered as "1st of every month". that is, At this time, the file transfer program will start processing at the time of 9:27 on the 1st of every month. After 12 hours, the transmission process is stopped and the transmission process is performed.  Furthermore, When the transmission schedule of "when the PC is not in use" is designated by the schedule selection box S71, The display content of the schedule designation window 70 becomes as shown in FIG. that is, at this time, The computer device 1 〇 will be provided with a start time input box S 8 5, The designated user will be in the state of the space where other processes have not been processed. • The transfer process will start a few minutes later.  FIG. 11 illustrates input boxes S81, S82 is entered in the time of "12 hours and 0 minutes", The start time input box S 8 5 is entered in a designated state of "after 1 minute". that is, at this time, The file transfer program will start the transfer process 1 minute after the computer device 10 becomes a space state.  And after 12 hours, the transmission process is stopped and the transmission process is performed. In addition, Even if the file transfer program specifies the elapsed time until the stop of the transfer -33- (29) (29) 591472 as described above, It is only necessary to finish at the time point when all the transmission processing of the transmission target file is completed. that is, At the point in time when the transmission process has stopped, While the file transfer process is still in progress, The transfer of this file needs to be stopped. but, When the transfer of a file between the file transfer program and the service provider 11 is interrupted, Resume the resume function of sending the files that are not completed halfway through. therefore, When the transmission of the file is interrupted as described above, Or when the transmission of files is interrupted due to, for example, the operation of a monthly household or due to irregularities in computer equipment or computer networks, The data transmitted by the previous click will not be wasted. So you can reduce the time and network area consumption required to transfer files.  but, The designation window 50 is in a state where the "security designation" mark S51 is selected, It becomes the display content shown in FIG. that is, In the area ensured by the "Safety Designation" mark S51, With user ID input box S90 and pass code input box S9 1, Used to enter the user ID and passcode for authentication when connecting with a specific connection operator (ISP), And an ISP selection box S92 for selecting an ISP to be used.  _ The file management system 1 in this example assumes that the ISP contracted by the user to connect the computer device 10 and the computer network 12 corresponds one-to-one with the service provider 11. that is, In this example, Each ISP contracted with the user can use another file management system1. therefore, When users sign up with multiple ISPs, Specify by using the ISP selection box S92, The file transfer service prepared by each I SP can be switched and used.  So Various kinds of information necessary for setting the connection of each ISP are stored in a specific memory area on the HDD 23 of the computer device 10, Use -34- (30) (30) 591472 for reference if necessary. In addition, In addition to the user ID and passcode, It also includes, for example, an address or a channel (Port) number necessary for normally connecting the computer device 10 and the service provider 11.  In addition, The designation window 50 is displayed as shown in Fig. 13 in a state where the "agent designation" mark S52 is selected. that is, A proxy use selection box s 1 0 0 is provided in the area secured by the "agent designation" mark S 51. Used to select whether to use a proxy (proxy) when connecting with the computer network 12; Address input box S 1 0 1, When using a proxy, Used to separately enter the necessary addresses when connecting with this agent, Channel number, User ID and passcode; Channel number input box S102; User ID input box S103; And a passcode input box S 1 0 4.  In the file management system 1 of this example, The file transfer conditions specified by the designation window 50 and the transmission schedule designation window 70 are memorized in a specific memory area in, for example, the HDD 23 of the computer device 10. The file transfer process is based on the file transfer conditions to transfer the target file to the service provider 11.  Appeal secondly, Referring to FIG. 14, after the file transfer program is executed on the computer device 10, Information and files transferred between computer device 10 and service provider 11.  The file transfer program starts to send the target file according to the file transfer conditions. That is, a transmission line between the computer device 10 and the service provider 11 is established. Furthermore, by transmitting the user ID and the pass code inputted in the designated window 50 shown in FIG. 12 to the client file management server 33 of the service provider 11, Request certification for the client file management server 3 3, At the same time, -35- (31) (31) 591472 is required to start the transmission of the file (step S200).  then, The client file management server 33 then authenticates based on the user ID and passcode received by the computer device 10 to determine whether it is a legitimate user. The determination result, If authentication is performed correctly, The customer file management server 33 refers to the customer database shown in FIG. 5 according to the user ID to confirm the remaining capacity that the user can use. then, The client file management server 3 3 transmits the information on the officially-certified and authorized file transmission to the computer device 1 0 (step S20 1).  _ However, After the file transfer program confirms whether the transfer target file can be contained within the available remaining capacity notified by the client file management server 33, The process of transmitting (uploading) the transmission target file to the upload management server 37 is started together with the user ID (step S202).  Upload management server 3 7 —While confirming whether the data transmitted by computer device 10 is received correctly, While temporarily storing the data. then, When the transfer of files is interrupted for some reason, Save the transmitted data,  And the next time there is a transmission of the same file from the file transfer program of the computer device 10, That is, the file transfer program requests to resume the transfer processing after the interruption position. that is, In this example, The file transfer program on the upload management server 37 and the computer device has a so-called reply function.  When the upload management server 37 completes the transmission process of the transmission target file correctly, That is, the client file management server 3 3 transmits a request to transfer the stored object files stored in the file to the user area 3 9 corresponding to the user (step S 2 0 3).  Then, the “customer file management server 33” changes the amount of the remaining capacity available to the user in the warehouse as shown in FIG. 5. (36) (32) (32) 591472 At the same time, the upload management server 37 is notified of the information such as the place in the client file storage 32 for memorizing the file to be sent (step S205).  then, The uploading management server 37 is based on the information obtained by the customer file management server 33. The file transferred from the file transfer program of the computer device 10 is transferred to the user area 39 allocated to the user in the client file storage 32 and stored (step S205).  then, The upload management server 37 transmits a message indicating that the transmission target file has been correctly transmitted to the user area 39 to the file transmission program of the computer device 10 (step S206).  In the file management system 1 in this example, The file transmission process that executes processing in the computer device 10 starts transmission processing according to the file transmission conditions. The computer device 10 transmits files to the service provider 11 according to the above-mentioned sequence.  and, The user can freely specify the file size and transmission schedule of the target file as the transfer conditions of the file. therefore, For example, the consumption of resources necessary to start the transmission of the computer device 10 immediately during the transmission process is relatively small, Smaller files, And according to the transmission schedule (schedule), the transmission resource consumption is relatively large. Big file. Therefore, the processing power of the computer device 10 can be prevented from being wasted on transmission processing. Occurrence of other operations that cannot be resumed immediately after the start of transmission processing. With this, The user can save the file in the remote user area through the computer network. It is used with the same operation feeling as when the HDD 23 is stored in the computer device 10, You can enjoy the file preservation service (storage service) provided by the service -37- (33) (33) 591472 provider 11 even when transmitting large files or most files. In addition, For service provider 11, Since it can improve user convenience as described above, therefore, You can ask users to use the file preservation service, Increase the number of users signing up for services, Direct each user to a contract with larger capacity and high service fee.  In addition, If you sell a computer device 10 in the state that the above file transfer program is installed in advance, That is, the user of the computer device 10 can be smoothly guided to use the service provided by the file management system 1.  Furthermore, The above description is focused on the processing operations on the various servers owned by the computer device 10 and the service provider 11 constituting the file management system 1 as an embodiment of the present invention. However, the present invention can be widely applied to various file transfer systems having the same structure as the file management system 1, And various file transfer methods that can be implemented by the same processing as that used by the file management system 1, Needless to say.  In addition, The processing performed by the above file transfer program can also be performed. Or A software program equivalent to the processing performed between the computer device 10 and the service provider 11 is executed by an electronic device desired to execute the processing and stored in various recording media and provided.  [Effects of the Invention] The present invention operates in accordance with the requirements of the user of the computer device. You can include files in the content library, Or the files in the memory area corresponding to the user set in the file storage means are transmitted to the computer device by the file management department -38- (34) (34) 591472. In addition, When a file is sent from a computer device to the file management department, The file specified by the user can be transmitted according to the file transmission conditions set in advance. Therefore, by setting appropriate conditions as the file transfer conditions, This allows users to perform large calculations and memory capacity without performing other tasks. Or file transmission processing of network band. therefore, Can continue to provide users with a smooth operating environment.  therefore, With the present invention, The user is doing other work, Do not cause sudden and unexpected processing speeds that accompany the file transfer process. The file transfer of the file management department can be performed very smoothly by the computer device. With this, Can achieve integration, The advantages of developing content-providing services and owner services that open specific memory areas to users, and realizing the use of computer networks, are extreme.
