In addition, it can suppress the vibration of the glass substrate during transportation, the storage and transportation efficiency of the glass substrate in the storage state is high, and it does not touch or interfere with the adjacent glass substrate when storing and taking out the glass substrate, and the access operation is easy. Etc. Invention 1 [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, when manufacturing the above-mentioned various image displays, the general method used is to manufacture several glass panels from a plain glass, so it is currently being shaped and processed by glass manufacturers. The plain glass has a tendency to get bigger and bigger. In detail, for example, the size of the glass panel of a liquid crystal display is about 10 to 20 inches diagonally. However, in order to reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the production efficiency, multiple glass panels made of a large piece of plain glass are used. Multi (multi) method, so in the plain glass made by glass manufacturers try to get bigger and bigger. Specifically, in the early stage of practical mass production, the size of plain glass was about 300x400mm, but later, as the number of glass panels used increased, it continued to develop from 370x470mm, 550x650mm to 680x680mm in order. , Has now developed to produce about 1000x1200mm plain glass. However, 'Since the development of plain glass into large plates, the plain paper glass 5 paper size is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 x 297 mm) --------- Γ 警 — — | 丨 丨 丨 Order --- ^ ------ line (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 579357 Λ7 9480pif. doc / 〇〇8 B7 V. Description of the invention (>)) The processing of glass is more difficult, and more care must be taken when packing and transporting. The conventional packing method using the packing materials has the following problems. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, during the repeated use of the conventional packing material 50, the straight angle of the slightly L-shaped bent portion changes, and it is easy to open outward, especially when packing large glass plates. There is a danger that the grooves will be broken due to contact between the glass substrates. In addition, the exposed portion disposed on the outermost glass substrate becomes large, and there is a danger of cracking even if there is a slight mechanical impact from the outside. In addition, when the operator wants to change the placement place of the packing body and moves or transports the packing body, the worker either picks up the lower end portion of the packing material or picks up the strap. The method is good when the glass plate is small, but when the glass plate becomes the above-mentioned large plate, it is not easy to pick up the packing body in a fairly balanced and stable state due to the significant increase in weight. Therefore, it is difficult to work and the packing body Problems moving smoothly. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and it solves the above-mentioned technical problems and can provide: even after long-term use, the shape does not change much, and when a large plate-shaped body is packed, the plate located on the outermost side The shape is not easy to break due to mechanical impact from the outside, and even the stored plate is difficult to be contaminated. The plate can be fixed during transportation to avoid vibration, and the plate is stored and transported in the stored state. High efficiency, the plate-shaped body will not contact or interfere with the adjacent plate-shaped body during storage and removal, the packing material and the packing body easy to take out, even the weight of the packing body caused by the large plate-shaped body Even if it is difficult to increase the handling, the workability or work efficiency can be continuously improved, and the package body and the method of conveying the package body can be smoothly moved. 6 This paper size applies to China National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 mm) -------------------- Order — * ------ Line (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) 579357 Δ7 Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Five Ministry of Economy 9 4 8 0pif.  doc / 0 0 8__〇Z ____— Description of the invention (4) [Method for solving the problem] The present invention proposed in order to solve the above-mentioned technical problem has the following characteristics: the storage and keeping of several plate-shaped body rows are arranged similarly The upright packing material has a slightly L-shaped cross section and has a corner portion on the inner wall for inserting each plate-shaped body, and a base portion forming a plurality of holding grooves. Side walls are formed on both sides of the base portion. With such a structure, since the side wall portions are formed on both sides of the base portion having a slightly L-shaped cross section, 'this packaging material is used even after repeated use over a long period of time', the presence of the side wall portion allows moderately maintaining a slightly L The straight angle of the shape (slightly 90 degrees), its angle is not easy to open. Therefore, even when a large plate-shaped body is packed, the plate-shaped body does not deviate from the holding groove of the packing material, so that breakage due to contact between the plate-shaped bodies can be prevented. Moreover, the number and shape of the holding grooves formed on the packing material can be appropriately set according to the size and thickness of the plate-shaped body of the packing. For example, the number of holding grooves can be set to about 10 to 100. The shape can be set to a V shape, a U shape, a zigzag shape, etc., with a depth of about 2 to 20 mm. In addition, this packing material can pack plate-shaped objects of various sizes, and can reduce the volume in the empty box state. It can be easily washed and dried even in the case of contamination due to repeated use, so there is no need for bulky Wash the equipment. In addition, since each packing material is bundled with a bundling band or the like, vibration of the plate-shaped body during transportation can be avoided, and the storage and transportation efficiency of the plate-shaped body in the storage state is high. In addition, the plate-shaped body does not touch or interfere with the adjacent plate-shaped body during storage and removal, and the access operation is relatively easy. At this time, it does not matter that the above-mentioned side wall portion is rectangular or other polygonal shape. 7 This paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm) --------------- -—————— Order --------- Line · (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) 579357 9480pif. dooc / 008 Λ7 B7 Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. 5. Description of the invention ((;) However, the above-mentioned base portion in the height direction and the depth direction in combination with the beveled edge portion are best omitted. It has a right-angled triangle. Such a structure not only does not waste material, it is also most effective in increasing the rigidity of the base portion, does not cause an improper increase in manufacturing costs, and can maintain its right-angled angle for long-term repeated use. The present invention proposed by the above-mentioned subject also has the following features: The four corners of a plurality of plate-like bodies that are arranged slightly side by side are inserted in the bases of the L-shaped cross section formed by four packing bodies. A plurality of holding grooves formed on the inner wall of the sheet are used to hold and hold each of the plate-like bodies by four packing materials. Side walls are formed on both sides of the base part and / or both sides of the base material part holding the upper corner part. With such a structure, at least one of the base part for the lower packing material and the upper side packing material is used. Straight Because of the relationship between the side walls, it can still maintain an appropriate angle after long-term use, so it has the same advantages as the above-mentioned occasions, and can reduce the exposed part of the outermost plate-shaped body, which can reduce the mechanical shock from the outside. Danger of rupture of the plate-like body. Furthermore, the side wall portion is preferably provided on the lower packing material and the upper packing material, but when the height dimension of the lower packing material and the upper packing material are different, the side wall portion may be only It is provided on a packaging material having a large height. In addition, in this case, if the above-mentioned side wall portion has a slightly right-angled triangle formed by combining the high-end tip portion of the base portion and the depth-direction tip portion, the angle portion can be reduced. Waste of materials and effectively improve the rigidity of the base. Using this packing material can not only properly store and maintain the plate-shaped body, but also reduce the paper size to a degree suitable for Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 mm). • ϋ ϋ ϋ ϋ ϋ ϋ I ϋ ϋ ϋ ϋ ί · ^ 1 · ϋ I n ϋ I ί as -0,1 «ϋ ^ ϋ ϋ ϋ ϋ 1 I · (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page ) Ministry of Economy Wisdom Property Office employees consumer cooperatives printed 579357 Λ7 9 4 8 Opi f.  doc / 0 0 8 B7 V. Description of the invention (6) The exposed part of the plate-shaped body which is located at the outermost part is less. The height of the lower packing material is preferably greater than the height of the upper packing material, and the side wall portions are formed on both sides of the base portion of the lower packing material. In this state, the longitudinal dimension of the lower packaging material is preferably set to be 1/2 or more, 2/3 or more, or even 3/4 or more of the longitudinal dimension of the plate-like body. With such a structure, when the strap is removed or the upper packing material is held, the lower corner of the plate-shaped body can be kept stable against the lower packing material. In some cases, the plate-shaped body can be safely taken out. Moreover, the hypotenuses of the side wall portions of the pair of the above-mentioned lower packaging materials are matched with each other to form a box having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the inner space of the box preferably can accommodate the pair of the above-mentioned packaging materials. . Such a structure can not only reduce the volume of a pair of lower packing materials as much as possible in the state of an empty box, but also can accommodate a pair of upper packing materials in the internal space. Therefore, it is possible to facilitate the transportation in the state of an empty box. And the narrowing of the transport space to ensure excellent handling. At this time, the side wall portion is formed on the base portion of the lower packing material and the base portion of the upper packing material, and it is preferable that a step is formed on at least the hypotenuse of one of the side wall portions, and even if a pair of lower side packing When the beveled edges of the wood and / or between the beveled edges of a pair of upper packing materials are matched, if the steps are matched, the bales will not slide along the beveled edges, which can further improve the Conveying efficiency and handling in the empty case. On the other hand, in order to smoothly transport or move the package body in which the plate-like body is stored and held, it is preferable to provide a concave or convex portion for transportation on the outer wall of the lower packaging material and / or the outer wall of the upper packaging material. Description of the invention (9) Even if it is a large plate-shaped body with a large weight, the operator can grasp the concave or convex part of the lower packing material, or the upper packing. The concave or convex part of the material can easily move the packing body. It is not necessary to hold the upper packing material or the lower end of the lower packing material or the strap to pick up the packing body as in the past, which can greatly improve the work efficiency. . In addition, a transport belt may be bundled along the outer wall of the lower packaging material or the outer wall of the upper packaging material, and the transport belt is provided with a hanging member for transport. The operator can use this structure to grasp By picking up the packing body by holding the hanging member attached to the conveying belt, the packing body can be easily moved as described above, and the work efficiency is greatly improved. .  In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problem, the present invention proposes a transport method for transporting the package body, which has a feature that a transport sheet is positioned between the lower packaging material and a mounting surface, and The conveying plate slides on the mounting surface. At this time, the frictional resistance between the conveying sheet and the lower packaging material must be large, so that it will not cause relative sliding with the packaging body, and the frictional resistance with the mounting surface should be small, so that it will easily cause relative sliding with the mounting surface. In addition, it must also have excellent durability, water resistance and chemical resistance, hygiene, light weight, economical and other characteristics. Therefore, the resin sheet can meet these requirements. Specifically, a Japanese sheet metal pallet made by Nissei Sheet Pallet System Co., Ltd. and Nippon Petrochemical Co., Ltd. can be used. With this structure, the packing body is placed on top of the transporting sheet laid on a mounting surface such as a floor, that is, the transporting sheet is interposed between the lower packing material and the mounting surface. Figure 7 (b) is a perspective view of a sheet used for transportation in FIG. 7 (b). This sheet is a schematic diagram when this method is implemented. The sheet 30 used for transportation is a resin-made Nippon Steel sheet container (Nippon Sheet Metal Container Co., Ltd.) Co., Ltd. (produced by Japan Petrochemical Co., Ltd.), as mentioned above, it has the following advantages: friction resistance of the contact surface with the lower side of the package body 21 '' '20 This paper size applies Chinese national standards ( CNS) A4 size (210 X 297 mm) ----------. 4 -------- Order-- ------ line (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) 579357 A7 B7 9480pif. doc / 008 5. Description of the invention (1¾) The force is large so as not to cause relative sliding with the packing body 1; and the frictional resistance with the mounting surface is small, which makes it easy to cause relative sliding with the mounting surface. Excellent durability, water and chemical resistance, hygiene, light weight, economy, etc. When using this sheet to move the packing body 1, from the collecting rack 31 to another working surface 32, firstly, a thin sheet 30 for transportation is laid on the collecting rack 31, and then the packing body 1 '' 'is placed. At this time, at this time, the end portion 30a of the transporting sheet 30 in the moving direction should be slightly larger than the end of the packing body 1, in this state. In this state, the operator S holds the end of the transporting sheet 30 with his hand. By pulling the part 30a in the direction of the arrow Z, the packing body r can be easily moved, and it can be transferred from the collecting rack 31 to the other working surface 32. As for the transporting sheet 30, as long as it satisfies the above-mentioned required characteristics, it is also possible to use a sheet other than the Japanese stone sheet collecting rack. In addition, the above-mentioned method of transporting the package body is not limited to the use of the package body Γ '' having a side wall portion in each of the packing materials 21 '' ', 22' '', as shown in FIG. 5, using no side wall portion The packing body of each packing material is also applicable. In the above embodiments, 5 is a packing material which is applicable to the present invention and targets a plurality of glass substrates, and a packing body using the packing material and a method for transporting the packing body. A plate-like body made of a brittle material is also suitable. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, when the packaging material according to the present invention is used, a plurality of holding grooves inserted into the corners of each plate-like body are formed on the inner wall, and the base portion is slightly L-shaped in cross section. Both sides form side walls, so even after long-term repeated use, the angle of the slightly L-shaped bent part is not 21 due to the presence of the side wall. Description of the invention () There will be improper changes. Therefore, even when packing large plate-shaped objects, the plate-shaped objects will not deviate from the retaining grooves of the packing material, which can prevent the plate-shaped objects. Rupture caused by contact between them. At this time, if the shape of the side wall portion is similar to a right-angled triangle, that is, there is a hypotenuse that connects the apex portion in the high direction and the apex portion in the depth direction of the base portion, the material used is less than that of rectangular or other polygonal cases. And it is the most effective for improving the rigidity of the base part, and it will not cause unnecessary increase of manufacturing cost. After long-term repeated use, the angle of the bent part can be maintained moderately. In the case of using the packing body according to the present invention, the side wall portions are formed on both sides of the base portion of the lower packing material and / or the upper packing material. Because of the existence of the side wall portion, the Although the angle can be kept intact after repeated use for a long time, it has the same advantages as the above. Due to the relationship of the side wall portion, the exposed portion of the plate-shaped body located at the outermost portion can be reduced to reduce the plate caused by mechanical impact from the outside. The danger of rupture of the body. In this case, if the shape of the side wall portion is made similar to a right triangle, that is, it has a beveled edge portion that combines the high end portion and the deep end portion of the base portion, which not only saves the use of materials, but also improves the base portion. Rigidity is also the most effective. When using a packaging material with this structure, it can not only properly store and hold the plate-shaped body, but also reduce the exposed part of the plate-shaped body located at the outermost portion, and reduce the occurrence of plate-shaped body breakage. . The height dimension of the lower packaging material is longer than the height dimension of the upper packaging material, and side wall portions are formed on both sides of the base portion of the lower packaging material, and the longitudinal dimension of the lower packaging material is set to a plate-like body. 1/2 of the size in the vertical direction is ordered by 22 ------------------------ (Please read the precautions on the back first (Fill in this page again.) It is printed by the Intellectual Property Bureau Employees Cooperative of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 579357 A7 9480pif. doc / 008 _B7 5. Description of the invention (eg) When the straps or the upper packing materials are removed, the lower corners of the plate-shaped body can still be stably held by the lower packing materials. When the device automatically takes out the plate-shaped body, the plate-shaped body can be taken out appropriately and safely. Furthermore, a pair of lower packing materials are made to match the hypotenuses of the side wall portions to each other to form a box similar to a cuboid, and a pair of upper packing materials can be accommodated in the inside of the box. Under the shape of 'can not only reduce the volume of a pair of lower packing materials as much as possible, but also can accommodate a pair of upper packing materials in its internal space. Therefore, it is easy to transport in an empty box state, and the transport space can be reduced. To ensure excellent handling. If a side wall portion is formed on both the base portion of the lower packing material and the base portion of the upper packing material, and a step is formed on at least one of the hypotenuse portions of the side wall portion, the respective hypotenuse portions of a pair of the lower packing materials are formed. If the bevels between the upper and lower packaging materials are matched between each other and / or a pair of upper packaging materials, each of the packaging materials will not slide along the beveling components due to the different steps of the binding, which can further improve the state of the empty container. Ease of handling and handling. On the other hand, if concave or convex portions for transportation are formed on the outer wall of the lower packing material and / or the outer wall of the upper packing material, even if the weight is increased by the large plate-shaped body, the operator can grasp the lower portion. Lifting the concave or convex part of the side packing material or the concave or convex part of the upper packing material can easily move the packing body, and greatly improve the work efficiency related to transporting the packing body. When the carrying belt is bundled on the outer wall of the lower packing material and the outer wall of the upper packing material, and when the carrying hanging member is closely connected to the carrying belt, the operator can grasp the hanging piece attached to the carrying belt. The component can easily move the package body, which can greatly improve the package body related to the transportation of the package body as above. 23 The paper size is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm). ___________________ Order --- ^- ---- Line (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) 579357 A7 9480pif. doc / 008 B7 V. Operational efficiency of invention description (4). When using the method for transporting the packing body according to the present invention, a transporting sheet is spaced between the mounting surface and the lower packaging material, and the sheet is slid on the mounting surface, so that the lower packaging material can be avoided.
