咬夾狀態下之墊圏1對螺栓軸的正交方向上,具有反作用 應力(箭頭Fi)而使螺帽2與墊圈1呈一體化。 其次,在螺帽2的鎖緊下,基座部4具有被強壓於鎖 緊面之力,使圓錐狀筒片6被強力拉張於螺栓軸方向(箭 頭St)。此時,在內面被螺栓3之螺峰所咬入之圓錐狀 筒片6 ,對螺栓3之螺峰作用有斷裂方向的剪力。該極爲 強力之剪力,係作用在螺栓軸方向全周之墊圏1與螺栓3 ),使螺帽2 與螺栓3之一體化成爲更強力者,對於縱向搖動、橫向搖 動、斜向等所有振動,合理地實現極大的防鬆效能。 如第8圖所示,當墊圈1之缺圓細縫7,以相反於螺 栓3之螺旋方向傾斜時,由於在墊圏1的基座部4施加有 螺帽2之螺旋狀的鎖緊力T,而使位於螺旋方向前側位置 的缺圓細縫7的端緣7 a相對於螺帽2的鎖緊面2 a爲銳 邊緣狀,該呈邊緣狀之缺圓細縫7之端緣7 a咬入螺帽2 的鎖緊面2 a將鎖緊面2 a切撐而呈卡止狀態。 螺栓3與螺帽2螺鎖的鬆弛方向,由於是相反於鎖緊 力T所施加之方向,所以即使是對螺栓3與螺帽2螺鎖之 鬆弛方向施加振動等之情形時,缺圓細縫7之端緣7 a卡 止於螺帽2之鎖緊面2 a的部分成爲擋件,可阻止螺帽2 朝鬆弛方向轉動。 又,墊圈1之圓錐狀筒片6的高度,是設定成比圓錐 狀孔部1 〇的高度還低,在螺帽2的圓錐狀孔部1 0與陰 螺紋部1 1之間,由於設有內鍔狀的階段部1
