Abstract

An electrochemical sensor with a function of sample pre-treatment comprises: an insulative substrate; an electrode system located on the surface of the insulative substrate and including at least a working electrode and a reference electrode; an electric insulative layer partially covering the electrode system so that an exposed region of the electrode system not covered by the electric insulative layer forms an electrochemical electrode reaction region containing a space for housing a sample solution and a ventilation aperture; a reactive layer located on the electrochemical electrode reaction region and including at least a redox enzyme, an electric medium and at least a carrier; and a pre-treatment film layer located on the electrode reaction region, in which the pre-treatment film layer has the function of performing physical or chemical treatments on the sample solution; in which the sample solution, after being treated by the pre-treatment film layer of the sensor, enters the electrochemical electrode reaction region covered with the reactive layer in order to react with the redox enzyme and the electric medium.
