Abstract

A method to process structured information (16) to be stored to a database (12) of a computer system is proposed in which the grammars describing the structure of the information are determined, a database schema (10) is deduced from said grammars, mapping rules are generated from said grammars, and the structured information (16) is stored to said database according to the schema and the mapping rules. Furthermore, this method can be used to transfer data to and to read data from databases (12) comfortably.
