Description

該閥體54包含有在段差50c之間外裝線圈 contents, embodiments and modes of the invention are briefly described) C. The technical field of the householder 3 Field of the invention The invention belongs to the manufacturing and use of ink In the field of writing utensils, 5 the writing utensils separate and store the ink liquid and the coloring agent contained in the ink, and the coloring agent is added to the ink liquid to become colored ink while the ink liquid is induced toward the pen tip member, and Can be written with its colored ink. 10 Background of the Invention (Prior Art) A writing instrument that contains colored ink inside a writing instrument and guides the ink toward the top of the writing for writing. Specific examples include pens, ball pens, quick-drying ink pens, and signature pens. (Mike pen) or marker pen, etc. 15 Ink used in such writing instruments is one in which dyes or pigments are dissolved or dispersed in a vehicle (solvent, media) approximately uniformly in advance and stored in the writing instrument It can be adjusted to show approximately the same color as when transcribing on the writing surface. The inventor has found that the utility model announcement, Showa 丨 5 years (AD 940) No. 20 7603, is a technology related to the present invention. This document discloses a solid ink fountain pen, and a mechanism for rotating a member such as a member 19 to advance and retreat the water stopper 21 is described in the first figure of the same document. However, the figure is not complete, and it is presumed that it cannot advance or retreat. If the advance and retreat of the arrow shaped stopper 21 does not prevent water from penetrating and produces 6,564,225 kan, invention description, leaking ink, etc., it holds solid ink and is a so-called specific writing implement. Lack of practicality. In addition, the fountain pen of this document is a water mixture that is separately accommodated, and is not in appearance (the purpose of the present invention), the purpose of this Maoming is to provide _ a kind of appearance-specific writing utensils, the purpose of this month Provided is a writing implement that has a liquid and a different color than that of the drawing line and the agronomy, and has a specificity in appearance and use inconsistency. [Polishing the inner poor] 10 Summary of the invention (basic structure) In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, it is necessary to have the following structure. First, a transparent ink liquid and a coloring agent for coloring the ink liquid are required to be housed in writing instruments, and a structure capable of visually seeing through the liquid for 15 inks is required. Second, there is a need for a structure in which a transparent ink liquid and a coloring agent for coloring the ink liquid are mixed and can be supplied to a pen tip during writing. Third, it is necessary to have a structure in which the colored ink colored by the colorant is not mixed into the storage portion of the liquid for the transparent ink when not writing. 20 (Structure 1) Structure 1 is a writing instrument for separating and containing the ink liquid 3 and the coloring agent 20. That is, a writing instrument includes: a cylindrical shaft member 80; a pen tip member 10 fixed to one end of the shaft member 80 to allow colored ink to leak out from the top end; and a liquid 31 for ink is housed in The aforementioned shaft member 7 564225 发明, invention description 80, constitutes the main body of the colored ink exuding from the tip of the nib member 10; the colorant 20 is added to the aforementioned ink liquid 31 for colored ink, and the valve member 50 To block the colorant 2 () and the ink liquid 31. Further, among the side surfaces of the barrel of the shaft member 80, the storage portion containing the ink liquid 31 is transparent to the palate, and the valve member 50 is located between the storage portion of the ink liquid 31 and the toner 20, and The storage portion of the ink liquid 31 described above has a pressure adjustment portion 600 for preventing the pressure in the storage portion from increasing or decreasing (the explanation of the term in the structure 1). 10. The "shaft member 80" is the same as the ink liquid 31. The storage container is formed integrally, but it may also be a member that forms a shaft. It is also preferable that the storage container of the ink liquid 31 is a detachable plug-in ink tube 30, and the plug-in ink tube 30 is stored in A hollow tube member is formed inside the shaft member 80 and exchangeably. 15 "In the side of the cylinder of the shaft member 80, at least a part of the storage portion for storing the liquid 3 for ink is transparent" The storage portion for storing the liquid 3 for ink is generally transparent throughout the entire circumference, but even if one Some are also included in the scope of patent application for the purpose. The "pressure adjusting unit 60" is a so-called holding mechanism for keeping the pressure of the storage space constant as the air expands and contracts due to the consumption of the ink liquid 3 丨 or a change in temperature. For example, as shown in Fig. 8 below, the pressure adjusting portion 60 is generally provided with a communication hole 83 for connecting the internal space of the shaft member 80 and the outside air to the rear end of the shaft member 80. In such a pressure adjusting part, it is necessary to prevent the ink liquid from leaking out of the communication hole. At this time, 8 564225 玖, description of the invention, most of the liquid pen tip member 10 for ink is provided with a grease, paste or gel. Like non-drying substances or sliding plugs. Another aspect of the pressure adjustment unit is, for example, a valve mechanism shown in a u-th figure described later. As the pressure changes, the valve opens the internal space of the shaft member 80 and the outside air, and the ink liquid or outside air is introduced or discharged. Furthermore, as another aspect of the pressure adjustment unit, a mechanism (for example, a collector) that flows into air at a negative pressure while using a capillary force to adjust while overflowing to a harmless space at a positive pressure. In addition, the aspect of the 'pressure adjustment section is not limited to the above aspect, and for example,' the above aspect may be combined. The "valve member 50" is a check valve that prevents the ink liquid 31 that has been temporarily fed into the colorant 20 side from flowing backward. Also, to completely prevent backflow, a double valve can be used. In the case of a double valve, the position where each valve is provided, for example, in other structures, can be placed one by one at the end of the restricting body 40 described later. "Separating and accommodating the ink liquid 3 丨 and the coloring agent 20" means that the ink liquid 31 and the coloring agent 20 contained in the ink are stored in a physically separate place in the writing instrument. As described in the term description of the shaft member 80, for example, the accommodating container of the ink liquid 31 is a detachable insertable ink tube 30. "Liquid for Ink 3 1" can be a vehicle in the conventional ink (a colorless and transparent liquid with the dye or pigment removed from the conventional ink as the main body), or a dye or pigment can be added to the vehicle Colored liquid. Based on the structure of the present invention, the liquid 3 1 for ink is prepared by adding a coloring agent 20 during the induction of the pen large member 10. In the former case, it becomes 9 564 225 玖, a colorless and transparent ink liquid 31. It is possible to write a line with colored ink. In the latter case, it is possible to create a color different from the writing stroke and the ink liquid 31. As the specific "liquid for ink 3 1" ', for example, a conventional 5 ink vehicle can be used as it is. Thereby, the transparent or translucent ink liquid 3 1 can be adjusted. Further, for example, by adding a predetermined component to the vehicle of the conventional ink, or by taking out a predetermined component from the vehicle of the conventional ink, the transparent or translucent ink liquid 31 may be adjusted. In addition, for example, in a conventional ink vehicle, by dissolving or dispersing a dye or a pigment, a colored transparent or 10-color translucent ink liquid 31 can be adjusted. Thereby, for example, the colorant 20 and the ink liquid 31 of the same color can be adjusted. For example, the ink liquid 31 having a color different from that of the toner 20 may be adjusted. In addition, how to adjust the ink liquid 31 depends on how the look and feel is desired. Furthermore, the vehicle of the ink liquid 31 can be appropriately mixed, for example, 15 water, water-soluble organic solvents, lubricants, preservatives, rust inhibitors, pH (hydrogen ion concentration) adjusters, anti-drying agents, Adhesive, emulsifier, etc. to adjust. The "colorant 20" refers to one that is added to the aforementioned ink liquid 3 to produce colored ink. 20 For example, a dye or pigment of a conventional ink can be used. Thereby, it is possible to adjust the fixing disk shape or the high-concentration liquid toner 20. In addition, for example, in the conventional ink vehicle, by dissolving or dispersing a very large amount of dyes or pigments, it is also possible to adjust the coloring agent 20 in a liquid form in the south concentration. In addition, for example, a predetermined component in a conventional ink vehicle can dissolve or disperse a very large amount of a dye or a pigment, which is also 10,564,225, a description of the invention, and can adjust a high-concentration liquid toner 20. In addition, how to adjust the colorant 20 depends on the form of addition of the ink liquid 3 i to the colorant 20 and the like. " 5 Furthermore, dyes of the colorant 20 can be used, for example, direct dyes, acid dyes, basic dyes, fluorescent dyes, or food dyes. The pigment of the colorant 20 can be used, for example, an inorganic pigment, an organic pigment, an inorganic fluorescent pigment, or an organic fluorescent pigment. The "main body of the colorant" also includes all the concepts of the colorant 20 'or most of the colorant 0. In addition, water, water-soluble organic solvents, lubricants, preservatives, 10 rust inhibitors, pH (hydrogen ion concentration) adjuster, anti-drying agent, thickener, emulsifier, direct dye, acid dye, basic dye, glory dye, food dye, inorganic pigment, organic pigment, inorganic fluorescent pigment and The organic fluorescent pigment is described in detail in the embodiment of the invention. Regarding the shape of the colorant 20, in the solid state, in addition to a single small block shape, a ring shape, a hole shape, or the like can be appropriately selected. The "nib member 10" refers to, for example, a pen tip when a writing instrument is a pen, a tip of a pen when the writing instrument is a ball pen, and a writing made of felt when the writing instrument is a quick-drying ink pen. Use the tip. In addition, when the writing instrument is a pick pen (Mike pen), it is called a 20 writing tip composed of a fiber bundle body, and when the writing instrument is a stylus pen, it is called a thin tube writing tip. In addition, since writing instruments are not limited to these pens, the pen tip member 10 is not limited to these writing tips. The ink liquid 31 is added with the colorant 20 in the ink liquid 31 in the course of the induction to the pen tip member 10. Specifically, there are the following cases. First, the ink 11 564225, description of the invention, during the process of the inadequate / night body 31 reaching the nib member 1 (), the liquid 31 for ink is used to store the solid colorant 20, and the solid colorant is added to the side. When dissolving little by little, add it at the same time. Secondly, during the process of the ink liquid 31 reaching the pen tip member, the liquid liquid 20 is mixed by adding the liquid colorant 20-side-by-point by accommodating the liquid colorant 20 in part. Third, when the liquid 31 for ink reaches the nib member 10, the liquid colorant 20 is directly added to the liquid for ink "(according to the effect of the structure 1) 10 In the cylinder side of the shaft member 80, Since at least a part of the portion containing the ink liquid 31 is transparent, the user of the writing instrument of the present invention can visually recognize the ink liquid 31. On the one hand, since the colored ink having a color different from the ink liquid 31 is only required for writing, Exuding from the pen tip member, it can give the writing device user a unique feeling of inconsistency in appearance and use. For example, regardless of the colorless ink liquid, the blue writing line can still be obtained by using blue ink. The thin red ink liquid can still obtain black writing traces by black ink. When writing, by opening the valve member 50, the ink liquid 31 passes through the valve member 50, and the coloring agent 20 is added to the ink liquid 31. Colored ink leaks out from the top of the member 20, and writing is possible. Outside of writing, the valve member 50 closes the movement of the colorant 20 toward the ink liquid 31 by closing the valve. Therefore, by adding The colored ink that has not been consumed for writing with the colorant 20 can be prevented from flowing back toward the storage portion by the closing of the valve member 50. As a result, the ink liquid 31 can maintain a certain color or concentration over a long period of time. 12 564225 发明, description of the invention The pressure in the storage portion of the ink liquid 31 may increase or decrease due to external temperature or heat transfer during use, but the leakage or leakage of the ink liquid 3 may be caused by the increase or decrease. The adjustment unit 60 prevents an increase or decrease in pressure. (Structure 2) Structure 2 is a so-called writing instrument called a two-end pen. Among them, there is a writing instrument for cutting away and containing the ink liquid 3 丨 and the coloring agent 20. That is, Contains the following, namely: shaft member 80, is cylindrical; two nib members 10, 10, two, fixed to both ends of the shaft member 80, 10, can leak colored ink from the top; liquid 31 for ink, storage On the aforementioned shaft member 80, a main body of colored ink is exuded from the tips of the pen tip members 10, 10; two toners 20, 20 are used to add to the aforementioned ink liquid 31 as colored ink; and 15 ㉟ Valve member 5G 5G, used to block any one of the two colorants 2 (), 20 and the ink liquid 31, and at least a part of the ink liquid containing side of the shaft member 80 is transparent, two The valve member 50, 50 is located between the ink 20 containing the ink liquid 31, and the liquid 20 is received as the ink 31. The inner case has a writing instrument having a pressure adjustment part 防止 for preventing an increase or decrease in pressure in the storage portion. > Although the pen large member 10, 10 is fixed to both ends of the shaft member 80, respectively, the storage portion of the ink 3 for the ink X 3 is according to each pen tip member. It is also good to be independent, and can also be used in addition. The shared aspect is ideal. No. 13 564225 发明, invention description, although there is a so-called "only-party" can not first refer to the state of writing, but as long as the common use can be effectively consumed ink liquid 3m. (According to the effect of Structure 2) * In the side of the cylinder of the shaft member 80, at least 5 parts of the portion containing the ink liquid 31 are transparent, and the user of the writing instrument according to the present invention can bear the ink liquid 31 On the one hand, as long as the colored ink of a color different from the liquid 31 for writing is exuded from the pen tip member 10, it can give the writing utensil user a unique feeling of inconsistency in appearance and use. When writing with either the nib member 10 or 10, by opening the valve member 50 10, the ink sample 31 passes 5G, and the colorant 20 is added to the ink cartridge 31, because colored ink leaks out from the tip of the nib member 10. While writing. In addition to writing, the blocking valve member 50 can block the movement of the colorant 20 toward the ink liquid 31. Therefore, by adding the colored ink that has not been consumed for writing with the coloring agent 20, the blocking valve member 50 can suppress the ink liquid 31 from reversing toward the storage portion 15 ", L. Due to the incident in May, the ink liquid 31 maintains a certain color or density for a long period of time. Although the internal pressure of the ink liquid 31 is increased or decreased due to external temperature or heat transfer during use, the ink liquid 3 丨 leaks due to the increase or decrease, etc., and the pressure adjustment unit 60 is used to prevent the pressure from increasing. Less. 20 (Structure 3) Structure 3 is a writing implement described in either the limited structure or the structure 2. The valve member 50 is opened when writing, and is closed when not writing. The writing instrument with the pen tip member 10 as an interlocking structure is related. As a specific valve member 50, for example, it has a structure in which the pen tip member 10 follows the book 14 564225, the description of the invention is slightly advanced, and the intermediate member 5G is a structure that can be opened and closed in conjunction with its advance and retreat. (The effect of structure 3) The valve member 50 can be opened during writing, and the ink liquid 31 moves toward the coloring 5 W20 side. 'Coloring agent is added to the ink liquid 3], because colored ink leaks out from the tip of the pen tip member 10. Does not hinder writing. In terms of writing, the plug valve member I prevents backflow of the black water liquid 3! Once the colorant paste enters, and the ink liquid 31 continues to maintain color or density for a long period of time. (Structure 4) The materials 4 and 4 are limited to writing implements described in any of the old structures 3 of self-construction, and they relate to writing implements having a valve operating mechanism that can operate the valve member 50 and open and close. The valve operating mechanism is a mechanism by which a user of the writing implement can open and close the cymbal member 50. There is a nib member of the cymbal 8 () and a 15-retractable detachable mechanism included at the opposite end, or a member included near the center of the shaft member 80. Push-down retractable mechanism. More specifically, the potential energy imparted by the ammunition eliminates the need to operate the mechanism that can advance and retreat in the axial direction. In addition, according to the structure 4 of the limited structure 3, a structure that can be opened and closed by a user's operation can be adopted while being used as a structure that is closed when not writing at the time of writing. (According to the effect of Structure 4) If the amount of colored ink that leaks out from the tip of the pen tip member 10 is to be changed a lot, the user of the writing instrument is the valve operating mechanism to open the valve member 50. In addition, when it is desired to reduce the outflow of colored ink, or if it has been used, Book 15 564225 玖, description of the invention, the user of the writing implement is the valve operating mechanism to block the valve member 50. (Structure 5) Structure 5 is limited to writing instruments described in any one of the structure from the structure to the structure 4. The coloring ink 2 is added to the storage portion of the ink liquid 31, and the colored ink has a coloring agent 20 that enters the ink. A writing implement that absorbs the coloring matter 20 and the coloring matter adsorbing substance 45. The “colorant adsorbing substance 45” is, for example, a substance having a capillary force (a fiber bundle body) and a processor, a person having a capillary force inside the resin molded body, and a person having a capillary force outside the resin molded body. Zeolite, 10 silica gel, alumina, polymer materials, etc. The shape is not particularly limited as it is crushed, granular, powdery, fibrous, and the like. (Based on the effect of Structure 5) When the colored ink to which the colorant 20 is added is immersed toward the pen tip member 10 side in the ink liquid 31 storage portion, the colorant adsorbing substance 45 adsorbs the colorant 2015. Therefore, the storage portion of the ink liquid 31 continues to maintain a certain color or density for a long period of time. (Structure 6) Structure 6 is a writing instrument that is described in any one of Structures 1 to 5 and is limited between the valve member 50 and the storage portion of the ink liquid 31. The structure 20 is used to prevent the colorant 20 from reaching the ink. A writing implement for a restricting member 40 that moves in the direction of liquid 31. (Explanation of terminology of structure 6) "Limiting member 40" is an absorbent member in which the adsorbent is used as a main agent. There are two types of filtration structures in which liquid does not penetrate but particles do not penetrate. It can also be divided into 16 564225 发明, description of the invention is placed between the storage portion of the ink liquid 3 丨 and the storage portion of the toner 20. In the split setting, different capillary forces can also be combined. As the absorbing member, the above-mentioned carbon-quality materials such as activated carbon are used in the coal-phase coal plant, sarcobacteric acid resin, and gas-generating ethylene, and other synthetic resins, or polypropylene fiber, cellulose, and coal. In addition to tar pitch-activated fibrous activated carbon, etc., bone carbon or fossil stone, stone rubber, oxide, or polymer materials can be used. Examples of the filter structure member include a semi-permeable membrane. Most semi-permeable membranes have pores with a diameter of about 10 to 100 angstroms (A). Although most of the liquid component 10 constituting the ink can pass through them, the dyeing or pigments constituting the colorant cannot pass through the pores. Although the ink liquid is not prevented from moving in the direction of the colorant, the colorant can be restricted from moving in the direction of the liquid for the ink. Specific semi-permeable membranes include, for example, cellophane, polyvinyl alcohol membranes, bladder membranes, collodion membranes, cell membranes, cellulose acetate membranes, hollow membranes, membranes, and liquid chromatography columns (ion exchange resins). Or a moisture-permeable waterproof material (for example, Gytex (trade name)). As the restricting member, a substance having a capillary force can be used, for example, a fiber bundle body processor, a person holding a capillary force inside a resin molded body, a person holding a capillary force outside the resin molded body, and the like. 20 (Based on the effect of structure 6) The colored ink added with the colorant 20 can prevent the colorant 20 from blocking the ink liquid toward the ink by the restricting member 40 even when the colored member 20 seeps to the storage portion side of the ink liquid 31 when the valve member 50 is opened. Move in 31 directions. Therefore, the accommodating portion of the ink liquid 31 can maintain a certain color or density for a long period of time. Description of the Invention (Structure 7) Structure 7 is a writing instrument limited to any one of the structures 1 to 6 described in relation to the existence of a colored ink between the valve member 50 and the coloring agent 20 that prevents the coloring agent 20 from being diffused. The writing instrument of the restriction member 40. 5 Even if the colored ink added with the colorant 20 oozes toward the valve member 50 side, the restricting member 40 'can prevent the colored ink from flowing backward toward the storage portion 31 of the ink liquid 31 when the valve member 50 is opened. Therefore, the storage portion of the ink liquid 31 can maintain a certain color or density for a long period of time. (Structure 8) 10 Structure 8 is a writing instrument limited to any one of Structure 1 to Structure 7 ', which is characterized in that the ink liquid 31 is contained in an insoluble matter 39 having the same specific gravity as that of the ink liquid 31 in the storage portion. The "insoluble matter 39" here is a solid matter which is not dissolved in the ink liquid 31, such as a thin sheet made of a thermoplastic resin. It can also be formed by metal thin film, 15 metal small objects, metal powder, or glass small objects. For example, a product name, a company name, or a character may be attached, and those shapes may be used. In addition, regarding "insoluble matter 39" and "equal specific gravity of the liquid 31 for ink", the main purpose is that the non-dissolved matter 39 floats in the ink liquid 31, and the so-called 20 specific gravity difference is within b%, preferably 10%. Within 5% is more desirable. When the specific gravity difference is greater than 15%, the floating or sedimentation of the non-dissolved matter 39 is too quick and interesting. On the one hand, if the difference in specific gravity is less than 5%, the floating or sedimentation of the non-dissolved matter 39 is extremely late, and a novel purpose cannot be performed. 18 564225 发明, description of the invention At least a part of the portion of the side surface of the barrel of the shaft member 80 containing the ink liquid 3 m is transparent. In addition, since the non-dissolved matter in the storage portion of the ink liquid 31 has the same specific gravity as the ink liquid 3 丨, when writing in the ink liquid 31, etc., these are shaken in the ink liquid 31 and can float even when not writing. . As a result, it has become a writing implement that can exert new advertising functions using a newly designed writing implement. I: Embodiment; j Detailed description of the preferred embodiment 5 In the following, the writing implements of the present invention will be described first with the main changes, and then each embodiment will be described in detail. (Figure 1) As mentioned above, there are three conditions in the structure. The first condition is that the liquid for ink and the colorant capable of coloring the ink for liquid are stored in the writing instrument 10 respectively, and the structure of the liquid for ink can be visually observed. The first condition is from "a" to "j" as all common means of achievement. That is, at least a part of the side of the barrel of the shaft member containing the ink liquid is transparent. The second condition is a structure in which an ink liquid and a coloring agent for the ink liquid 15 are mixed at the time of writing and can be supplied to the pen tip, and represent different means of achieving from "a" to "e". Second, when not writing, it is necessary to use colored inks colored with a colorant to constitute a structure that does not mix with the ink containing portion of the ink, and uses a common valve member from "a" to "j". In addition, when not writing, the colored ink colored with the colorant 20 is a structure that does not mix toward the liquid containing portion of the ink, and represents different means from "e" to "j". "A" is an interposition member between the containing part of the ink liquid and the toner. Also, as the storage portion of the ink liquid, a pressure adjustment portion is provided to prevent the pressure in the storage portion from increasing or decreasing. The storage portion of the liquid for ink is closed 20 564225 玖, description of the invention The pen tip member side and the opposite end, and the aforementioned pressure adjustment section is the 阙 member. "B" is the same as "a" in that the reading member is arranged between the ink containing portion and the toner, and the pressure adjusting portion is different. In other words, the ink storage portion is provided with a pen body member on the side of the pen nib and the opposite end, which can communicate with each other and have a tracking body that tracks the consumption of the ink liquid. "c" is also the same as that of "a", in which the valve member is disposed between the ink containing portion and the toner, and the pressure adjusting portion is different. That is, the liquid storage portion for the ink blocks the pen tip member side and the opposite end. In addition, the aforementioned pressure adjustment unit can be used to inject external air from the pen tip member side, and can be used as an ink liquid or liquid colored ink that is squeezed out by expanding the air in the ink liquid storage unit to a harmless space. Live collector. "d" is also disposed between the liquid storage portion for ink and the toner. Although the valve member is the same as "a", the function of the member is different between them. That is, the valve member is opened when writing, and closed when not writing, and has a structure that moves to the nib member. "β" is also a valve member 'disposed between the liquid containing portion for ink and the toner. Although the valve member' is the same as "a", the function of the valve member is different. That is, the valve member has a structure having a valve operating mechanism capable of opening and closing the valve. The valve operating mechanism is arranged at the opposite end to the pen tip member on the side shown in the figure. i〇 "f" is a structure in which colored ink that is colored as a colorant does not mix toward the liquid storage portion of the ink when not being written. A valve member is added to the liquid storage portion of the ink to add a colorant to the liquid storage portion. The colored ink adsorbs the colorant adsorbent substance of the colorant, and specifically has porous and capillary substances. Description of the invention "g" is a structure in which colored ink colored with a colorant does not mix toward the liquid storage portion of the ink when not being written, and the valve member includes the valve member and the liquid for ink. A restricting member for preventing the colorant from moving in the direction of the ink liquid between the storage portions. 5 "h" is a structure in which the colored ink colored with the colorant is not mixed toward the liquid storage part of the ink when not being written. The valve member is included between the valve member and the toner. A restricting member that prevents the colorant from moving toward the ink liquid. "I" indicates a so-called writing instrument with two ends. In other words, a writing instrument in which each coloring agent is arranged is shown on the pen tip side of each valve member with the housing portion of the ink liquid body 10 interposed therebetween. "J" indicates a writing instrument characterized by being dispersed in an insoluble matter having the same specific gravity as that of the ink liquid in the ink liquid containing portion. (First Embodiment) Figs. 2 to 5 show the first embodiment. This embodiment corresponds to "c" shown in FIG. The writing instrument includes a cylindrical shaft member 80, a nib member 10 facing forward (above in FIG. 2), and a pen cover 90 that protects the nib member 10, inside the rear side of the shaft member 80. A liquid storage portion 81 is provided to store the ink 20 liquid 31. The liquid storage portion 81 is made of a synthetic resin such as polypropylene (pp) as a material, and constitutes the internal structure of the whole as a colorless transparent visible shaft member 80. In addition, it is not limited to being formed in a cylindrical shape. For example, it may be formed in a polygonal shape on the outer periphery. In addition, it is not limited to being formed colorlessly and transparently, for example, colored transparent '22 564225225, description of invention, or semitransparently may be formed. Moreover, the whole is not limited to the formation of transparency. For example, a transparent window may be provided on a part thereof so that the interior can be visually recognized. Furthermore, while the entirety is formed transparently, a transparent or opaque elastomer handle may be provided on the outer periphery of the gripping portion 5 and it may be preferable to add characters, graphics, patterns, or the like to the surface. (Collector 61 serving as a pressure adjustment unit) The liquid storage unit 81 circulates the ink liquid 3 i on the pen tip member 10 side and closes the rear end. As the liquid storage portion 81, a pressure adjusting portion 60 is provided on the pen tip member 10 side to prevent the pressure in the storage portion from increasing or decreasing. This pressure adjusting unit 60 is generally called a "collector", and it will be described in more detail while it is adjusted in an innocuous space during the positive pressure period, and flows into the air during negative pressure. On the outer periphery of the collector 61, a liquid induction groove 62 formed from the rear end 15 side of the liquid storage portion 81 side to the pen tip member 10 side is provided, and air exchange is formed from the tip end of the pen tip member 10 side to the liquid storage portion 81 side. The plurality of liquid retaining grooves 64 formed by crossing the grooves 63 with the liquid-inducing grooves 62 and the air exchange grooves 63. The above-mentioned air exchange groove 63 communicates with the air hole 11 which ensures communication with the outside of the writing implement provided in the pen tip member 10. 20 With these structures, the pressure change in the liquid storage portion 81 can be adjusted. That is, when the air of the liquid containing portion 81 is warmed and the positive pressure is increased, the liquid for ink overflows into the liquid retaining groove 64. When the pressure for the ink-consuming liquid 31 becomes negative, the air passes through the air exchange groove 63 and the air hole u, and air is supplied from the outside of the writing instrument to the liquid storage portion 81. The collector 6 is made of synthetic resins such as 23 564225 玖, description of invention ABS (acrylonitrile ethylene diene styrene resin), etc., and the whole is colorless and transparent. However, the collector 61 is not limited to being formed colorlessly and transparently. For example, colored and transparent, translucent or opaque may be formed. That is, the insider may be recognized. It is also better not to recognize the insider. 5 In the center of the collector 61, a through hole 65 is provided which penetrates from the rear end portion to the front end side of the writing end side. The through hole 65 is not limited to being formed in a cylindrical shape, for example, and may be formed in a polygonal shape on its inner peripheral surface. Further, for example, it is also preferable that a plurality of grooves are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 65, which are continuous from the rear end on the liquid storage portion 81 side to the front end on the pen tip member 10 side. 10 (Colorant adsorbent core 41) A cylindrical toner absorbent core 41 is inserted into the liquid storage portion 81 side of the through hole 65 of the collector. On the pen tip member 10 side of the through hole 65, a toner addition core 2 6 can be inserted to induce the ink addition core 2 6 from the liquid storage portion 81 to the pen tip member 10 side via the toner adsorption core 41. 15 The front end of the colorant adsorption core 41 is sunk or contacts the rear end of the colorant addition core 26. The colorant adsorption core 41 is formed by forming activated carbon in a powdery or fibrous form as a porous cylindrical rod, and induces the ink liquid 31 to add the core 26 from the colorant adsorption core 41 to the colorant, and to self-colorant The coloring agent adsorption core 41 is added to the coloring agent adsorption core 41 to which the core% diffuses, and the coloring agent 20 is prevented from moving toward the storage portion side of the ink liquid 20 body 31. (Valve member 50) Further, the valve member 50 is fixed to the rear end of the through hole 65 in a state where the rear end of the colorant adsorption core 41 is opposed. Although shown in detail in FIG. 5, the valve member 50 'is formed, for example, in a slightly cylindrical shape, which is rich in elasticity, such as silicone rubber, in the axial direction of 24,564,225 玖. Description of the invention A vertical cross section is formed radially. That is, although facing the inner wall of the through hole 65, although it is tightly attached to the radiated position, it is not tightly connected to the non-radiated position to form a groove portion 51. Further, the end portion of the toner adsorbing core 41 side of the valve member 50 is formed. 5 and a thin flesh-shaped valve portion 52 spreading all around. That is, the valve portion 52 is provided on the inner wall of the through-hole 65 in close contact with the entire periphery. In addition, a small pressure difference before and after the through-hole 65 divided by the crotch portion deviates from the inner wall of the through-hole 65, thereby forming a communication path to function as a valve. That is, at the time of writing, the core 26 or the ink liquid 31 is added for replenishing the colorant, and it moves only in one direction. 10 In addition, the material and shape of the valve member 50 in accordance with the specifications of the writing instrument, particularly the shape of the valve portion 52, are not limited to the examples shown in the drawings. (Colorant 20) The coloring agent addition core 26 described above has a colorant 20 impregnated. Thereby, the colorant 20 and the ink liquid 31 are separated and accommodated. In addition, while the ink I5 liquid 31 is being induced toward the pen tip member 10 side, a colorant 20 is added to the ink liquid 31. The aforementioned toner adding core 26 is formed in a cylindrical rod shape by a fiber bundle body. As the fiber bundle system, an appropriate porosity for inducing the ink liquid 31 is used. As the fiber 20 of the ink-inducing core used in ordinary writing instruments, although the 隹 bundle has a porosity of 30% or more, it is ideal to use a porosity of 40%. This is because the impregnated colorant 20 is prepared. In addition, the colorant-added core 26 is not limited to being formed by a fiber bundle, but may be formed by, for example, a porous body. In addition, the colorant-added core 26 is preferably formed of a synthetic resin such as polyoxymethylene or acrylic. In this case, the outer periphery of the core 25 564225 玖, invention description II: Set! A plurality of capillary grooves or openings or recesses that are continuous from one end to the other end, or inside the core, there are a plurality of hairs, through & grooves or capillary holes or recesses that penetrate from the other end. State. Coloring—The ink that is colored by touch is the ink-inducing core 27 that is guided toward the pen tip member 10. (Pen tip member), although the pen tip member 10 of the square part before the writing implement is based on the type of writing implement;: l α is different, but this embodiment uses an atomic pen tip. The atomic nib pivots on its front end to freely hold the top ball 12, and as the rotation 10 oozes the colored ink, you can check the Yigan #a 田. + Compilation. The black ink is formed by adding the ink liquid 31 through the coloring agent adding core 26 and the ink induction core 27, and the ink liquid 31 reaching the coloring agent adding core 26 is added to the coloring agent 26 after passing through the valve member 50. The ink-inducing core 27 is introduced. Inside the ballpoint pen tip 10, the front end of the ink-inducing core 27 is inserted, and as a result, 15 cores 26 are added by the colorant, and the ink of the ink-inducing core 27 is induced toward the top ball 12. In addition, the nib member 10 may be formed by a writing tip formed of felt and may be formed by a writing tip formed of a fiber bundle body. Alternatively, an elongated tubular writing tip used in a stylus may be used. . When the writing instrument is left without writing for a long time, the colorant will spread to the liquid for ink, and there is a danger that the conventional writing instrument will lose the visual impression. Therefore, the colorant adsorption core 41 is captured during diffusion, and the colorant is adsorbed for the purpose. Activated carbon powder or fibrous material as the main material is formed by a porous cylindrical rod-shaped body, the ink liquid 31 is sucked from the colorant 26 564225 发明, the description of the invention with a core 41 adder toner core Simultaneously with the induction of 26, the coloring agent adsorbing core 41 that adsorbs the coloring agent diffused by the coloring agent added Nu 26 is prevented to prevent the coloring agent 20 from moving toward the liquid storage portion 81 side. In addition to the time of writing, the ink liquid 5 31 and the coloring agent 20 existing before and after the valve portion 52 are added, and the ink flowing in the reverse flow is isolated. In addition, the ink to which the colorant 20 is added adsorbs the coloring agent 20 via the colorant adsorption core 41. Therefore, the liquid storage portion 81 of the ink liquid 31 is double-protected by the valve member 50 and the toner adsorption core 41. Therefore, a certain color and density can be maintained for a long time. (Liquid for ink and colorant) In the present embodiment, the liquid for ink is a coloring material of a conventional ink. In addition, the coloring agent 20 of this embodiment is equivalent to the dye or pigment of the conventional ink, and the toner is removed as the main body from the conventional ink. With regard to the user of the book reuse tool of this embodiment, the uncolored ink liquid 31 and 15 can be recognized because the colored ink oozes out of the pen tip member 10 as long as writing, which can give the user of writing instruments an appearance and a sense of use. Consistently specific feeling. (Pen cap) The writing implement described above is a pen cap 90 having a bottomed cylindrical shape to protect the pen tip member 10 and prevent drying. The pen cover 90 has a cool 20 sub-91 for holding a pocket or the like, and a pen tip closed chamber 92 for reconciling the shape of the pen tip member 10 inside. The pen tip sealed chamber 92 uses the sealing spring 93 as the advancing and retracting axis direction to improve the tightness of the pen tip member 10 and prevent drying from the air hole 11 or the tip ball 12 provided in the pen tip member 10. The storage of the colorant 20 in the writing instrument is not limited to the case where the colorant 20 is immersed in 27,564,225 玖, and the colorant added core 26 is explained. For example, although the illustration is omitted, the hole portion provided in the center of the collector 61 may be filled with a solid-state or liquid-adjusted toner, and the liquid may be adjusted by applying the liquid on the inner peripheral surface of the hole portion. Colorants are also good for curing. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the liquid-inducing core 27 may be coated with a solid toner in a liquid state and solidified, or a solid-state-adjusted toner may be embedded in the ink-inducing core 27. It is also preferable that the coloring agent which is adjusted in a liquid state is maintained in a place other than the ink containing portion 81, and it is also preferable that the coloring agent is gradually added to the ink liquid 31 as the ink liquid 31 flows. In addition, in this embodiment, although 10 writing devices having a collector 61 are shown, the present invention is not limited to writing instruments having a collector, for example, a straight-liquid signature pen, a microphone pen, or an atom without a collector. Pens are also available. (Second Embodiment) Figs. 6 and 7 show a second embodiment of a writing instrument according to the present invention ', which corresponds to the type "g" shown in Fig. 1. 15 The writing instrument has a cylindrical shaft member 80, and the inside of the pen tip member 10 side of the shaft member 80 is fixed to prevent the ink liquid 31 from leaking out of the pen tip member 10 due to the pressure change of the liquid storage portion. Collector 61. The difference from the first embodiment is that a valve mechanism is provided at the center of the through-hole 65 of the collector 61 at a slightly center, and the rear end and the front end of the valve mechanism are respectively fixed with a colorant adsorption core 4 and The colorant addition core% is a point where the collector core 56 is fixed to the rear end hole of the through hole 65 at the rear end of the colorant adsorption core 41. The ink liquid 31 is stored in the liquid storage portion 81 of the shaft member 80, and is accommodated in the plug-in liquid cartridge 30. The aforementioned valve mechanism is in close contact with the outer peripheral portion of the bushing 53 and is placed in 28 of the collector 61 564225. Description of the invention The through-hole 65 axis direction is approximately at the center σ. Furthermore, a plug 55 is arranged in the central hole of the bushing 53. Between the outer peripheral portion of the plug 55 and the axial hole of the bushing 53, a valve body 54 made of, for example, a material having high elasticity of silicone rubber is provided. The valve body 54 is fixed at the outer periphery of the valve body 54 behind the shaft hole of the bushing 53. Between the inner hole of the valve body 54 and the axial hole pen tip member 10 side of the bushing 53 and the plug 55. A gap is formed from the rear end of the valve body 54 to the front end of the bushing 53, and the ink liquid 31 passes through the gap. In addition, a valve portion 54a with a reduced diameter is formed on the entire end of the nib member 10 side of the valve body 54 and the valve portion 54a is provided to closely contact the entire periphery of the plug 55. The valve portion 54a is deformed by a slight pressure difference between the aforementioned gap and the front portion 10, so that the valve portion 54a faces away from the outer peripheral portion of the plug 55 to form a passage. It is described that the collector core 56 is formed of a porous or fiber-bundle core, etc., while achieving the function of fixing the colorant adsorption core 41, and inducing the ink liquid 31 to the colorant adsorption core 41, as a further prevention of non-adsorption on The function of the safety device in the liquid retention grooves of the ink storage liquid 81 and the liquid retention reservoir 61 of the collector 61 is mixed with the coloring agent 20 of the coloring agent 15 adsorption core 41. There is no ink consumption for writing. The pressure at the end of the core 26 gradually decreases after the coloring and adding core 26. The pressure difference before and after the gap between the valve portion 54a is deformed, and the valve portion 54a is deformed. 〇 It is possible to replenish the ink liquid 31 corresponding to the portion consumed from the colorant adsorption core 41 toward the colorant addition core 26. With the above structure, the liquid existing in front of and behind the valve portion 54a outside the time of writing becomes isolated. In addition, during writing, it is indicated that the liquid 31 for replenishing ink is moved only in one direction. Since the colorant adsorption core 41 is not used, 29 564225 玖 is provided. The invention has a valve having a valve body 54 at the rear end of the colorant addition core 26. As the mechanism, the rear side of the valve body 54 may be used as the liquid storage portion 81. Therefore, even according to the structure of the second embodiment, the user can visually recognize the uncolored ink liquid 3 丨 On the one hand, as long as the colored ink for writing is exuded from the pen tip member 10, it can be used for writing instruments 5 The appearance of the user is not consistent with the sense of use, and the specific feeling becomes a state that can be maintained for a long time. In addition, when the colorant adsorption core 41 and the collector core 56 are provided behind the valve body 54, the colorant is mixed with the ink liquid 31 because the ink liquid 31 is colorless or transparent due to a double 'double blocking mechanism'. When it is colored in the ink 10 for the water liquid 31, it becomes a state where the color can be maintained. (Third Embodiment) Fig. 8 shows a third embodiment. This embodiment corresponds to the type "d" shown in FIG. The writing implement according to this embodiment is formed of a transparent or translucent 15-cylindrical resin-made cylindrical body to form a shaft member 80. At the front end of the shaft member 80, a nib member 10 including a ballpoint pen tip is fixed at the opposite end. 82. The tail bolt 82 is provided with a communication hole 83 for communicating the housing portion of the ink transparent liquid 31 in the shaft member 80 with the outside air. A bushing 53 is fixed to the pen tip member 10 side of the shaft member 80, and a colorant storage portion 21 is secured between the bushing 53 20 and the pen tip member 10. In the colorant storage section 21, a coloring agent 20 for coloring the ink liquid 31 is stored. The liquid storage portion 81 can be secured on the opposite side of the colorant storage portion 21 from the pen tip member 10, and the liquid 31 for ink can be stored. Further, at the rear end of the ink liquid 31, a movable grease 30 564225 following the consumption of the ink liquid 31 is provided. A tracker 32 in a shape (including a gel shape) of the invention is also provided. The tracker 32 is colored or mixed with various colors of fillers inside, and it is used to prevent the deformation of the internal tracker. The immersion of the tracking rod 33 made of resin with a weight similar to that of the tracker 32 can also emphasize the unexpected appearance. Sex, etc. 5 The coloring agent 20 is filled with a solid shape, granular shape, etc. of an appropriate size. If necessary, a stirring rod of an appropriate size, weight, and number may be inserted into the colorant storage portion 21, and the colorant 20 may be mixed into the ink liquid 31 to promote dissolution. The bushing 53 is formed with a cylindrical body having a partition wall 53a at the front end, and a cone-shaped or spherical valve body holder 53c is formed at the center of the partition wall 53a at the front end. 〇The nib of the liquid storage portion 81 described above On the member 10 side, an introduction hole 53 b is formed which communicates with the bush 53. Further, the introduction hole 53b is provided with a potential energy facing the valve body holder 53c, and a ball valve 53d 15 which closes the introduction hole 53b is disposed. The potential energy imparted to the ball-shaped valve 53d is a spring 53e which is contracted between the pen tip member 10 side of the colorant storage portion 21 and the ball-shaped valve 53d. The decompression caused by ink consumption due to writing, and the blocking state of the introduction hole 53b is slightly released due to the ball valve 5 3 d, and the ink liquid 31 can be replenished to the colorant storage portion 21. 20 The pen tip member includes a tip ball 12 and a ball spring 13 that imparts potential energy to the tip ball 12 to move outward, and is formed with an ink hole 14 that communicates the tip ball 12 and the toner storage portion 21 with each other. As described above, the gel-like ink liquid 31 which is suitable for imparting appropriate viscosity, that is, the ink liquids 31 and 31 564225 can be maintained by the partition wall 53a and the ball valve 53d. Description of the invention The colorant 20 is in a separated state. Furthermore, by inserting the stirring rod into the ink liquid 31, the colorant 20 'is mixed, and the colorant 20 is promoted to dissolve in the colorant storage portion 21 to generate colored ink. After a long period of time, the coloring agent gradually diffuses due to the boundary between the ink liquid 31 and the coloring agent 20. For example, the opaque cylinder constitutes the bush 53. The design of the guide hole 531) is set at an appropriate rear to maintain the novelty of the appearance. Although the partition wall 53a is formed by fixing the bushing 53 inside the shaft member 80, the partition wall 53a may be integrally formed on the inner surface of the shaft cylinder. 10 In addition, even when the liquid for ink is made into, for example, a liquid for low-viscosity aqueous ink (for example, a coloring material), the structure of the above-mentioned ball pen can be basically used. However, in this case, when the writing instrument is left unused for a long period of time, the colorant may spread into the ink liquid. Therefore, for the purpose of 'captured during the diffusion and adsorbing the colorant, for example, 15 has a colorant adsorption core between the ink liquid and the introduction hole 53b. The colorant adsorbs the core or activated carbon as the main material in the form of a powder or a fibrous rod. The liquid for ink can be induced from the liquid storage part by adding a core to the colorant, and it can be absorbed and diffused. The colorant is prepared to prevent the colorant from moving toward the liquid storage portion side. 20 (Fourth Embodiment) Hereinafter, a double-headed writing instrument will be described with reference to Figs. 9 and 10 as a fourth embodiment. This embodiment corresponds to the type of "i" shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, the two-end writing implement includes a transparent barrel 32 564225 玖, a shaft member 80 in the form of an invention description, and nib members 10, 10 fixed to both ends thereof, located near the center of the shaft member 80. The liquid storage portion 81 is located between the liquid storage portion 81 and the two large members 10, 10, and sends the ink liquid 31 stored in the liquid storage portion 8 丨 into the pen tip member 10, 10 respectively to restrict coloring The 5 restricting members 40 and 40 for the movement of the agent 20 and the pressure adjusting sections 60 and 60 for preventing the pressure in the storage section from increasing or decreasing. In the following, the structure with characteristics as the center is described in FIG. 10. The structure shown in FIG. 10 is similar to the first embodiment shown in FIG. 3 and the like. The pen tip member 10, the air hole u, the tip bead 12, the ink trap 10 guide 27, the ink hole 14, the colorant The adding core 26, the restricting member 40, the collector 61, and the like will be described in detail. However, in the first embodiment shown in Fig. 3 and the like, the shape of the valve member 50 used in the first embodiment is greatly different. Explain it in more detail. Although the valve member 501 used in the first embodiment is made of a material having high elasticity such as silicone rubber, in the fourth embodiment, the valve member 501 and the ball valve 53d are formed so as not to be deformed. In the center of the bushing 53, the pen tip member 10 is connected to the ink liquid 3j of the liquid storage portion 81, and has an introduction hole 53b. In the introduction hole 53b, a ball-type valve 53d is contacted, and a valve body holder 53e 20 is formed to open toward the pen tip member 10 side. When the ball valve 53d is pressed against the valve body holder 53c (when the pen tip member 10 in a non-writing state is located above), the air flow is blocked. In addition, since the pen tip member 10 is located at the time of writing, the ball valve 53d also moves toward the pen tip member 10 and becomes an open state, so that the ink liquid 31 is supplied to the pen tip member 10 side. Description of the invention Although it is described as a ball valve 53d, it is not limited to a spherical shape, and may be a conical shape. Regarding the two-end writing instrument of this embodiment, the ink 31 is contained in a liquid 31 for ink, and a plastic sheet or 5 small parts made of plastic or a thin film made of metal are contained as non-dissolved matter. This insoluble matter 39 is almost as heavy as the ink liquid 3 1, and is shaken in the ink liquid 3 丨 at the time of writing or the like. Therefore, it becomes a writing instrument which is visually novel, and it also becomes a type equivalent to "j" shown in FIG. (Fifth Embodiment) 10 A fifth embodiment of the present invention using a quick-drying ink pen will be described with reference to Fig. 11 and the like. This embodiment corresponds to the type "d" shown in FIG. This embodiment includes a felt having a cylindrical shaft member 80 and a nib member 10 which is fixed to one end of the shaft member 80 and which exudes colored ink from the tip. Although the storage portion of the liquid for ink 15 is omitted, it is located on the opposite side of the nib member 10 inside the shaft member 80, and the barrel side surface of the shaft member 80 is formed of a transparent resin. The nib member 10 is provided with an ink-guiding core 27 for absorbing colored ink formed by adding liquid to the ink, and a transmission shaft 28 connected to the pen-tipped structure 20 of the ink-guiding core 27 on the opposite side. Further, on the opposite side of the ink-inducing core 27 of the transmission shaft 28, an insertion portion 28 & is inserted and fixed toward a member of the valve member 50 described later by changing the step diameter of a small diameter. The connection between the ink-inducing core 27 and the transmission shaft 28 is also changed by changing the diameter of the small transmission shaft 28 to form a step, and the space formed by the existence of the step difference is equipped with 34 564225 发明, the description of the invention is to add a liquid for adding ink as Coloring agent for colored ink 20. In this embodiment, when necessary, the ink liquid is supplied while the ink supply is interrupted when not in writing. The valve member 50 is formed in a cylindrical body inserted into the transmission shaft 28. 50a inside. The cylindrical body 50a is located between the colorant 20 and the ink liquid storage portion, and an inner cylindrical body 50b is mounted on the colorant 20 side to change the inner diameter of the small cylindrical body 50a. In addition, at the end on the side opposite to the inner cylinder 50b, a step with a smaller inner diameter is formed by 50c. The cylindrical body 50a 'has a valve body 54 connected to the transmission shaft 28 by inserting the insertion portion 28a. The valve body 54 includes a spring mounting portion 54b with a coil-shaped spring 53e and a valve portion 52 abutting the inner cylinder 50b between the step 50c. When not in use (in Fig. 11 (a)), the inner cylinder 50b is pressed against the valve portion 52 by the elastic force of the spring 53e which is contracted. When writing (in (b) of FIG. 11), if the pen tip member 10 is pressed toward the paper surface with a force stronger than the spring force of the spring 53e, ink is formed between the valve portion 52 and the inner cylinder 15 50b With holes 14. In this case, the ink liquid passes from the ink hole 14 through the gap between the transmission shaft 28 and the inner cylinder 50b to the colorant 20. In addition, 'coloring agent 20 is added to the ink liquid to produce colored ink, and the colored ink penetrates into the ink-inducing core 27 and bleeds out from the pen tip member 10. In addition, in Fig. 11, the stroke of the valve operating mechanism is shown as "s" ^ 20. Adding the colorant 20 to the ink liquid can generate colored ink, and the colored ink cannot be used for writing. Then, the pen tip member 10 is pressed against the paper surface and disappears. 'The spring valve 5 2 e abuts against the inner cylinder 50 b by the elastic force of the spring valve 5 3 e, which can hinder the reverse flow. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the colored ink-to-ink liquid storage portion 'from becoming an ink liquid storage portion to continue for a long period of time 35 564225 玖, description of the invention Maintaining transparency. (Sixth Embodiment) The sixth embodiment shown in Fig. 12 is similar to the fifth embodiment, except that the installation position of the colorant 20 is different from the installation restriction member 405. This implementation type corresponds to the type of "h" or "g" in the first figure. First, the axial length of the ink-inducing core 27 is reduced, and the installation place of the colorant 20 is widened. Thereby, it becomes a place where the coloring agent 20 is added to the liquid for ink, and a colored ink is produced | generated. 10 Furthermore, on the side of the pen nib member 10 opposite to the valve body 54, activated carbon is used as a restricting member 40 as a main agent. The installation position of the restricting member 40 is in the axial direction of the valve body 54, and a vertical cross section is formed in four radial shapes from the outer periphery of the cylinder between its radiating portions. Therefore, the valve member 50 cannot prevent the colored ink from reaching the ink liquid containing portion, which contributes to a more complete person. 15 (Seventh Embodiment) The seventh embodiment shown in Fig. 13 is similar to the sixth embodiment, except that the shape and mounting position of the restricting member 40 are different. This embodiment corresponds to the type "h" shown in FIG. In the sixth embodiment, the position and shape of the transmission shaft 28 are the same. In the aspect 20, the side opposite to the nib member 10 of the transmission shaft 28 and the ink-inducing core 27 is used as a restricting member body 40a, and the coloring agent is impregnated on the pen-center member 10 side of the ink-inducing core 27. Further, the outer surface of the restriction member body 40a and the ink-induced anger 27 is covered with an outer skin 40b. A skin hole 40c is formed on the side opposite to the pen tip member 10 of the skin 40b. If an open valve is provided, the ink liquid 3 1 36 564225 will be introduced into the outer skin hole 40c, and after adding the colorant 20, the colored ink will leak out from the pen tip member 10. The colorant 20 covers the periphery with an outer skin 40b, and a restricting member body 40a exists on the side opposite to the pen tip member 10, and since a valve is also provided, it is possible to suppress diffusion to the ink liquid 31. (Eighth Embodiment) In the eighth embodiment shown in Fig. 14, the valve member 50 is commissioned to open and close. When the user moves the entire writing instrument backward in the axial direction, it hits the ball valve 53d toward the valve body 54. In Figure 1, it is equivalent to the type of "dagger". 10. The pen tip member 10 passes through the ink-inducing core 27, and the transmission shaft 28 is connected toward the valve member 50. The colorant 20 is located on the valve member 50 side of the connection shaft 28. The 50 ° side of the valve member includes a cylindrical body 50a, an inner cylinder 50b built in the nib member 10 side, a valve body 54 built in the anti-nib member 10 side of the inner cylinder 50b, and a valve body 54 The valve body 54 faces a spring 53e having a potential energy on the pen tip member 10 side. An ink liquid inflow space is formed between the transmission shaft 28 inserted toward the valve body 54 15 and the inner cylinder 541). Here, the ball valve 53d and the restriction member 40 are arranged. The user who uses the writing implement feels exudation of ink when writing. When not applicable, the user sets the pen tip member 10 downward and moves the entire writing implement backward in the axial direction. Then, when the ball valve hits the valve body 54 and hits the force of the 20 defeat spring 53e, the liquid for ink is opened when the valve is opened. In addition, the coloring agent 20 is added to the ink liquid, and the colored ink can be exuded from the pen tip member 10. In addition, air exchange (introduction of air to the inside and outside of the shaft member 80) is performed by the ventilable ink induction core 27. In order to achieve its function, adjust the porosity of the ink-inducing core 27 appropriately. (Ninth Embodiment) The ninth embodiment shown in Fig. 15 is similar to the eighth embodiment, except that the position of the colorant 20 and the presence or absence of the restricting body 40 are different. This embodiment 5 corresponds to the type "d" as shown in Fig. 1 and does not have the restricting body 40. In addition, the colorant 20 is disposed so as to surround the connecting shaft 28, and the area where the ink liquid that has flowed in contact with the coloring agent 20 is larger than that in the eighth embodiment. (Tenth Embodiment) The tenth embodiment shown in FIG. 16 is characterized in that a point of function as a valve member is adopted when a pen cover 90 is attached to a writing instrument. This embodiment corresponds to the type of rh "shown in Fig. 1. As the valve member system, a ball valve 53d is used. Further, a ball-shaped valve movement restricting body 53f and a filter 53g are disposed on the pen tip member 80 side and the pen tip member side of the ball valve 53d, respectively. 15 The pen cover 90 has a structure in which the valve member is closed when the pen tip member 10 is properly installed. In other words, since the ball valve 53d built into the shaft member 10 is in a closed state by magnetic force, the ball valve suction member 94 made of a magnetic material is fixed toward the pen cover 90. This can be achieved by using one or both of the ball valve and the ball valve suction member 94 as magnets. The position of the ball 20-type valve suction member 94 is slightly on the opposite side of the pen tip member 10 than the position of the closed state when the pen cover 90 is mounted. According to the above structure, as long as the pen cover 90 is installed, the pen tip member 10 may be oriented downward or upward, and the ball valve 53d may be pulled to the ball valve suction member 94 to maintain the closed state. In addition, as long as the pen cover 90 is removed, the ball valve 38 564225 玖 and invention description 53d can be operated freely. For example, during writing, the nib member ⑺ becomes downward. 'As the valve member becomes open, the liquid for ink is supplied to the colorant addition core 26, and colored ink can be exuded from the nib member 10. (Eleventh Embodiment) 5 第十 The tenth embodiment shown in FIG. 17 is the valve operating mechanism for the user of the writing instrument to operate the valve member 50 at the end opposite to the nib member 10 of the shaft member 80. The unit includes an operation unit 59 and the like. This embodiment corresponds to the type "e" shown in FIG. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 11 and the like, although the nib member 1G is used as a valve operating mechanism for pressing the paper surface forward or backward by 10, the nib member 10 adopting this embodiment is a so-called "brush", which is not suitable for the so-called nib member. According to the operation of the paper surface, the end portion on the side opposite to the nib member 10 of the shaft member 80 has an operation ° P59 and the like. Further, the 'colorant 20 is located between the pen tip member 10 and the valve member 50. 15 In addition, even if the pen point member 10 is not a "brush", it is not necessary to use an operation mechanism such as an operation portion 59 at the end opposite to the pen point member 10. 'Although the operating portion 59 is usually squeezed outwards by the spring force of the lever spring 58 (No., but the spring force of the operating portion 59 is not resisted to squeeze the operation portion 59 and the shaft core of the 20 structure is connected to the carcass 54 and incorporated into it The tappet 57 is opened on the valve body 54 of the ^ member 50 (see FIG. 17). Therefore, in order to show the valve rod 57 and the like, the ink liquid storage portion (not shown) has been changed to supply the ink liquid to the colorant 20 and the pen liquid to the nib member 10. Colored ink. The valve body 54 is yellow ... Usually, the transparency of the ink liquid in the storage section can be maintained for a long period of time. Description of the invention In addition, in Fig. 17, the stroke of the valve operating mechanism is shown as " Therefore, although the inside of the shaft member 80, which is a liquid for ink consumption, becomes negative pressure, when the valve is opened, external air is supplied into the shaft member 80 through the pen tip member 10, the colorant 20, and the valve member 50. In other words, when 5 is the pen tip member 10, a pen or the like is used to select a material having a porosity such that external air can be supplied to the shaft member 80. (Twelfth embodiment)

The difference is that the valve mechanism of the valve member 50 is 10 points of the so-called double valve. In the first figure, it corresponds to the type "e". A second space 70 is provided on the pen tip member 10 side of the cymbal member 50 across the elastic body W, facing the cymbal body 54 provided on the cymbal 57 side. The second valve shoulder is opened at the same time as the valve body 54 (Fig. 18) or closed (Fig. 18) by the operation of the 阙 operating mechanism. In the figure, the stroke of the valve operating mechanism is shown as "s". 5 The second valve 70 opened and closed in conjunction with the valve body 54 prevents the reverse flow of the colored ink more reliably and maintains the transparency of the ink liquid in the storage section for a long period of time.
