558678 五、發明說明(ί ) 一般用於控制通路構件之各種習知控制器,其用途廣泛 而與生活密不可分,目前多仍局限於利用機械力元件(如: 卡榫、卡片、彈黃、簧片、橡皮墊等)來動作通路構件,並 且各自為政、不能一體適用,但仍有許多通病仍待改善;諸 如(清參閱第一圖①〜⑥所示): 手捺之電路控制器(或謂之開關),多係利用彈性構件 (如:彈簧、卡止簧片等)來使接點(或謂之通路)①自動歸復呈 斷電、或②自動卡止呈通電,因其結構複雜一旦故障(常是彈 性疲乏、彈性失調使接點偏位等)不易排除且成本較高; 用來啟閉掀放定止歸復流體(如:液體、氣體、固體、 其匕)通路之控制構件(或泛稱封塞),比方〜 ③ 容器排水口之封塞多以手或連動桿來用力壓放封止, ④ 馬橘水箱和醫療點滴管之封塞多用自然重力來落合封 止液體岀口, ⑤ 瓦斯開關和水龍頭多用栓螺來栓緊封塞封止通路, ⑥ 水壺關也可以糊彈力來歸復聽封止出水口 ; 各控制器之控制元件常有手力不夠或重力不足、彈性疲 乏或,調、壓放偏位、磨損、老化等賴素導致不能密封止 漏#若發生在滴完藥液之點滴管、則會使空氣注入企管中造 j氣泡血栓、十分危險,又,為避免排水口之封塞遺落所加 X的/τ'鍊、$會在用水時不慎扯動索鍊而拉開封塞漏水或妨 礙封口、十分不便。 再者,瓜用於控制其它各種設施的作動構件之控制 五、發明說明(2 ) 器,目前仍多局限關職械力或電力(電力元件,如:電 磁閥等)來行自動化之改良,並且各自為政、不能—體適用; 比方:_簧力或馬達自動掀立馬觀、按紐關沖水、電 艮自動冲水44之改良’仍有細$彈掀過快、久而彈性疲之 (或有按la、終需料操作)、構件複雜(或需電線、拆裝不 p、成本及轉率高(電子產品_)、單-魏且需汰舊更 新(無法一物多功能並配合原設施沿用)等諸多缺點,故其實 用價值及經濟效益乃有待商榷。 〃 為月b有效解決上述各種控制器之缺失,本發明人乃經悉 心研究,終於發明出控制器之構建方法及其裝置。本發明之 目的乃表於提供簡單之永久磁力構件、可藉流體浮升之經濟 動力、其它新的技術,以利相關產業降低成本、技術升級之 用,也可以提供一物多功能、新舊設施皆適用、容易拆裝及 排,故障等多元化之設計組裝,以使各控制裝置在使用時能 更安全方便及省力、並能提升其實闕值及經濟效益者。 控制器之構建方法,其主要係可任意(意即··一同或分 $、其它均吁)在電力、液體、氣體、固體、其它各種控制 器(控制器或可謂之控制裝置,用具、用品 '裝置、設備、 設施或可同意)或設施上設置有永久磁力,永久磁力或亦可 (或亦可和或均可、意同)任意設置於電氣或電子用品、發音 之控制裝置、衛浴設備、其它各種設施或用具;其中之磁力 乃叮任意利用一體成型(一體成型或可謂之替代、結合成一 體)、分離、加設磁力構件(構件或可稱為元件)、其它各種適 558678 五、發明說明G ) 當方式來構建設置,可組裝成多元化、多功能的控制器;其 中設有磁力之鋪ϋ可㈢细磁吸、鱗、非自動、自動、 其它各種方式來操控(操控或可稱為控制)通路構件(如··液 體、氣體、固體通路之各種封塞或蓋,電路之各種開關或鍵 盤或按鍵,發音控制構件,其它)、其它構件(如··杯蓋、馬 桶蓋、洗滌容器、其它)之各種動作(如··啟、閉、掀、放、 定、止、歸復、調節、其它)。 控制器之裝置,其主要係至少設有一磁力元件;該元件 乃具有永久磁力;其中之磁力元件或亦可單獨實施;其中之 磁力元件或亦可利用各種適當方式組裝成多元化、多功能的 控制器;其中或亦可任意設置、配合各種控制設備(如··用 於電力或液體或氣體或固體或發音之控制裝置,用於衛浴設 備、電氣或電子用品、其它各種設施或用具之控制器,其它 各種之控制器或裝置,等等)來實施;其中磁力元件、裝置 有磁力之控制器可任意利用磁吸、磁斥、非自動、自動、其 它各種適當方式來操控通路構件、其它構件之各種動作。 本發明控制器之構建方法及其裝置的其它特徵乃在於: (1) 其中之磁力或亦可用來加強各種控制器之作動能力; (2) 其中或亦可任意設置在管體、水艙室、控制箱、其它各 種之容置體内來實施; (3) 其中之磁力、控制器或亦可任意利用一體成型、分離、 加設構件、其它各種適當方式來構建或裝設; (4) 其中之磁力元件、各構件或亦可任意為浮升體; 五、發明說明(< ) (勻其中之磁力元件、通路、各構件或亦可任意結合成一體; ()其中或亦吓任意配合動作力、機械力、彈力、電力、磁 力、洋升力、重力、水艙室原理、其它各種適當的動力 來使各種動作自動化; (7) 其中或亦叮利用適當之方式任意配合傳動元件、功能 物、齒輪、槓桿、省力構件、浮標、感知器、其它物件 來實施; (8) 其中之磁力、控制器或亦可任意設置在省力構件上來實 施; (9) 其中省力構件或亦可任意利用、彈力、磁力、重力、其它 各種適當方式自動歸復。 / 其中之控制器、浮標、感知器或亦可任意具有下列之特 徵: (1) 其中之感知器、其構件或亦可任意設置有永久磁力·, (2) 其中之浮標、感知器或亦可任意具有控制物流、告知變化 之功能; (3) 其中之各構件或亦可具有浮標之功能; (4) 其中之浮標、通路、各構件或亦可任意結合成一體; (5) 其中或亦可任意使浮標、感知器、通路、各構件構件之間 具有磁力。 其中之水艙室或亦可單獨實施,其或亦可任意具有下列 特徵(其中之各種特徵或亦可任意適用於其它之容置體)·· (1)其或亦可至少設有一個通路(可供流體或傳動元件出入、 558678 五、發明說明(5 ) 或其它之用); (2) 其或亦可任意加設有上蓋、管道、吸頂元件; 其中或亦可利用傳動元件以適當方式串聯,使各構件之 間能互相連動,便可藉由各種適當動力來控制動作;其中或 亦可任意利用非自動、自動、磁力、其它各種適當方式來操 控各種構件之各種動作。 其中之磁力構件、控制器、省力構件或亦可任意結合成 一體;其中之磁力構件、省力構件、各構件、功能物、控制 器、浮標、感知器、傳動元件、上蓋、吸頂元件、活瓣、封 塞、水臉室體和其構件、各通路、其它配合物件或亦可任意 利用或配合動作力、機械力、彈力、電力、磁力、浮升力、 水餘至原理、其它各種適當的動力來自動化,其中或亦可利 用检螺或其它適當之方絲任意調減位置、高度、角度、 長度、間距、其它,或亦可任意使其間具有磁力、其間或亦 558678 五、發明說明(7) 可任意具有摩擦力。其巾之魏物或亦可任意具有卡止、拉 止、錯垂、歸復、,其它之功效。另外,本發明中各種特徵乃 可視需求任意選用或搭配實施。 惟以上所述僅為本發明之概述,為使貴審查委員對本 發明之功效、構造及技術、特徵能有進—步的瞭解,兹以較 佳實施例並配合圖示詳細說明如下: 如第二圖①〜⑤所示’係本發明各種控制器簡單圖例: 如①所示,使電路控制器其接點元件能利用斥力自動推 開歸復呈斷電’(如®巾虛線所示)若怕電流影響磁場、亦可 另外加S父斥力元件,異於接點之另端亦可加設磁吸元件來定 止;如②所示,亦可使接點及其另端的元件分別具有磁吸 力;藉自然磁力能恆久不變之特效來構建控制器,便不需使 用複雜且易失靈故障(如彈性失調或疲乏等等)之彈性元件來 卡止或彈開以啟閉電路,並可大幅降低成本及故障率。 如③所示,使封塞(a,也可以為浮升體〜意即··本身為浮 體而可利用液體、氣體、其它各種適當方式來浮動,或者本 身為非浮體而可藉其它浮體來浮動者)和容器的排水口(通 路)之間具有磁吸力,封塞a也可以是圓形、半圓形等各種 形狀,並可使弧狀體保持向下以用來封閉排水口,在盛水前 輪放封塞a即可磁吸封口止漏θ放水前拉放封塞3便會自動 浮離而排水,若不再使用、可吸附於他物上以免遺落、並且 不必設置索鍊或連動桿Θ浮懸之封塞a會隨排水璇渦自動驅 向排水口,至水排光又會自動磁吸封口、以防緯鄉等蟲害出 五、發明說明(g) 入排水口(若將封塞a反面放置,便可利用斥力使排水口保 持常開); 如④所示,用扁平狀之封塞b來磁吸封閉地面之排水 口、可防蟲害及避免封塞凸出妨礙過路;則使用各封塞再也 不必用力壓放而導致磨損不能止漏了。 如⑤所示,球狀之封塞(c,或浮標)可浮懸在點滴藥液 上,(如圖中虛線所示)當點滴流光後、落底之封塞c會和通 路口藉磁吸力自動封口、即便搖晃倒立也不會有空氣流入血 管中造成錢,肖賴狀管體、帛力讎管舰會使封塞 C再度離浮懸(同理,職水箱之聽若时力科或已老 化不能密封通路口止_、便可藉磁吸力來加強之);若封 塞C為非浮體、亦可藉其它浮體(如:環狀之浮體或浮標等 等)來懸吊浮懸,該封塞C和浮標亦可分別具有磁力;封塞C、 浮標若會和容器管壁磁吸時,則可利用加設之導滑元件來保 持間距而使封塞C、浮標能輕易滑動;該封塞C落底時可利 用磁力、或亦可用重力來加強容器原有封塞之封閉能力。 另外,本發明之控制器在流體(如··氣體、液體、其它) 用的容器上也可以加設有感知器(可利用夾、套、黏、綁、 磁吸、或其它適當之方式來固設),該感知器可利用適當之 方式來告知或亦可用來控制内容物的變化(如··量的變化、 流量、定量、定時、其它),其中該感知器的通路控制元件 或亦可和容器内外的通路控制元件利用磁力來互動、或亦可 和容器内的浮升體(或加設的浮標、其它等等)利用磁力來互 五、發明說明) 動。如⑤所示,在液體使用的容器内外若設有本發明之封塞 C時,位容器外面或内面之適當位置(如:在藥液容器或點滴 管上、其它等等適當之位置)也可以加設有感知器0 ;該感知 器〇内樞設有略呈L形之控制元件、其豎折面乃可和封塞c 或浮標呈磁吸合一(或亦可呈斥力排離)、其橫折面乃為啟閉 電路之接點,該控制元件平時可藉重力或彈性體等等適當之 方來略呈傾斜而呈斷電狀態,(如圖中虛線所示)當容器内之 封塞C或浮標隨液面下降至任何適當位置時(如··當點滴液 體流光或到達預設之液面時)、便可藉由相對的磁吸力或磁 斥力來動作控制元件而啟動感知器〇,該感知器〇可利用有 線或無線'其它適當之方式(如:聲音、光線、振動、其它 等)定量、定時來自動告知有關人員(如:看護、護士、醫生、 其它等)容器内容物數量、流量的變化,以便做適當之處置 (如:讓護理人員主動來更換點滴、調整點滴速度、其它等 等);如此,便不必使用高成本及高故障率而又複雜之結構 元件來構建和控制通路構件,不但可減低醫護人員之負擔, 也可避免血液迴流凝固在點滴管中造成阻塞,亦可避免空氣 流入金管中造成血栓。同理,本發明也可適用在使用傳統封 塞或其它液體、氣體、固體的容器上(如:浴缸、洗手台、 冷卻水箱、機油或剎車油補給容器,告知氧氣筒或供氧排放 系統的内容量、或滅火器的内壓,其它等等)。 如⑥所示,若使杯蓋(或稱封塞d)和杯口能具有磁吸力, 即便傾倒也不易落蓋漏水。 558678 五、發明說明(丨〇) 接著’說明本發明之各種控制器及其裝置如何配合浮升 力、動作力等各種動力來自動控制其它相關之作動構件,以 下乃以馬桶設施之自動化為代表例說明之。 本發明或可將兩磁力控制元件單獨設置在馬桶相關設 施上來實施;使一控制元件能和動力連動,使另一控制元件 月b和馬桶蓋或水箱封塞或其它相關之作動構件連動;兩控制 元件便可利用各種適當之動力來達成自動掀放馬桶蓋並自 動沖水等等各種自動化之功能;請參閱第三〜六圖。 如第二圖所示、係本發明能利用磁吸力來形成開關之兩 控制元件單獨設於水箱i内(市面上已有供數個馬桶共用之 大水箱,故水箱1浮力可大可小)、而用於馬桶自動化之較 佳只施例’以索h將控制元件a和上蓋2串聯、使掀蓋2 忐落降控制元件A,該控制元件a乃可利用溢水管丨2或沖 水索鍊丨3來導滑以免偏位,以索】·將控制元件D和坐蓋3 串聯、使掀蓋3能鬆索i(可用s形管1〇來轉折,水箱i和 蓋之間若無空隙、亦可利用各種適當的管體來避免連動索被 =住),控制元件B則和封塞e結合成一體,控制元件c本 體吓以為浮體、也可以為非浮體而可藉其它浮體(如:浮力 較大的浮球11或浮板等等各種適當之浮體)來浮升者,控制 疋件A、C則分別位於控制元件B ' D可相對磁吸之上方; 如此便可藉放下上蓋2之動作力來自動沖水、藉沖絲再注 水之浮升力來自動緩掀坐蓋3(如第四圖所示): 不用時了將上蓋2放平以防臭1=>使用坐蓋3前掀立上蓋 558678 五、發明說明(/丨) 2’會使索h放鬆而落降元件Α和元件Β磁吸合一(也可以在 兩元件A、B之間設一可雙面磁吸之活動元件)々如廁後放 下上蓋2會反向拉升磁吸之兩元件(A、B),並使封塞e完全 掀開再也拉不動而自動沖水,浮球11和元件C則會隨水位 下降Θ俟上蓋2放平使元件A拉升復位而和元件b拉離, 則沖完水封塞e便可自然落合止水,落底的元件c會和元件 D磁吸合一〇隨注水而浮升之浮球u會拉升磁吸之兩元件 (C·、D)並拉動索i而將坐蓋3連同上蓋2緩緩掀立,以防男 性小號沾污坐蓋3,同時又落降元件A磁吸元件下一位 使用者放平坐蓋3後會拉降元件D而和懸浮之元件c分離 Θ使用坐盍3者或小號之男性’如廟後將上蓋2放平便會自 動沖水,一切又恢復原狀。 若要藉掀立坐蓋3(上蓋2也可以)之動作力來自動沖水 時(如第五圖所示),將元件A和索h之一端連結、並先落底 與元件B磁吸合一,索h另端則以適當之方式與坐蓋3連結 (使掀蓋3能拉索h)、其亦可穿入溢水管12再由馬桶座4的 出水孔40出來與坐蓋3背面連結即可(可參考第十一圖),若 與箐力或馬達自動掀蓋3配合便可免動手了。 同理,若要因沖水而自動放平坐蓋3時(如第六圖所 示,也可以用於自動放平上蓋2),使索i先經由一轉折點(可 用固定環來穿伸轉折,在本發明中的轉折點可利用剎車管線 來降低摩擦力,亦可加設習用的滾軸或滾輪等滾動物、或利 用其它適當之方式來降低摩擦力)將元件D(也可以為浮升 五、發明說明(丨2) 體)和坐蓋3的背面串聯,而兩元件(C、D)則上下分離θ沖 完水,兩元件(C、D)會磁吸合一θ注水後,隨水位上升之浮 升力會洋升兩元件(C、D),使蓋3猶微傾斜便會自動倒平、 而元件D再也拉不動,因浮升力大於磁吸力會使元件c浮 升而和元件D拉開,若與電目艮自動沖水配合便可免動手了。 本發明可藉磁吸力形成開關之兩控制元件(E、F)或可容 置在水艙室5内來實施(如第七圖所示,其中各種特徵或亦可 任意適用於其它之容置體),該水艙室5至少設有一可供液體 流通之水口 (水口或可謂之通路,其或亦可任意適用於其它流 體),通路乃可用凸設或挖設或其它適當之方式而任意設於側 面(侧水口 50)、上面、下面(如:下水口 51,或室5 口之上 水口、圖略)、其它等適當位置,位各水口(如:5〇、51)之内 外吓任意加設有封塞(如:f、g)、位其内口也可以任意加設 有封口之活瓣(如:52);若設有下水口 51時、位上位之控 制元件E的腹部相對於内口或可加設有凸塞53、並或可在 下位之控制元件F上加設有可供凸塞53通過之孔洞54,也 可以在元件E或凸塞53下加設壓棒55來頂開封塞f,該封 塞f必要時也可以加設凸塊56或彈性體、拉索等來限制其開 啟之角度,故水艙室5之各封塞乃可利用壓棒55、傳動元件 (如·控制索、剎車線、連動桿等)、彈性體、浮力、重力、 其它適當之方式來啟閉,而各凸塞、各封塞、各活瓣和各水 口(如:53、f、g、50、5卜52)之間也可以具有磁吸力或 摩擦力(如:加設止滑條等);元件E乃可利用浮力或傳動元 558678 五、發明說明(ί3) 件、室5内壁上相對的磁吸力、磁吸之吸頂元件(57,也可以 加設有孔洞54,其可為固定式或亦可當成封口之上蓋,其或 可利用螺紋58、其它適當之方式來調定高低位,以調整兩元 件Ε、F開關之間距)、彈性體、其它適當之方式來懸浮或懸 吊;又,該水艙室5之構件、控制元件(Ε、F)乃可多樣化, 諸如:不要設封塞(如:f、g)①只設有侧水口 5〇,利用在下 位之元件F其體側直接來封口 50,②另設一上水口作為入水 口,下水口 51則作為排水口,兩元件(E、F)則分別朝上下兩 水口設有凸塞(如:53)、並利用磁吸力封口而分別呈懸吊與 落底,③將側水口 50提高位置作為入水口,下水口 ^為 水口,將元件E換置於下位、以其凸塞53來封口 51,^件 F則在上位、以其體侧來封口 5〇,其它等等;該水艙室$若 要設置在水内時、也可以加設密封之上蓋或供傳動元件穿= 之管道59來避免不必要之水流入室5内,該管道约乃可凸 設於室5内外壁上或埋設於壁内、或可採用游離之管、曾 59(如·以剎車線及管代替控制索及管道59等),若管道π 凸設於室5㈣、啊麵元件(E、F)上加設導槽來H 再用傳動元件以適當方式串聯使兩元件(E、F)能分別和^六 或其構件連動、和馬桶蓋(如:2、3)或封塞(如:e、卜 其它等作動齡連動;若侧構件較重時、断在水= 外或馬桶蓋(如·· 2、3)等設施上加設齒輪或槓桿或其^省= 構件來操作。 該省力構件亦可配合其它各種控制裝置來實施、以之操 五、發明說明(β) 控各種作動構件;該省力構件或可如下列方式來構建·· (1) 如第八圖所示,該省力構件係設有能任意和各種設施、 構件互相形成樞設之播件,其或亦可以絞盤、槓桿、齒輪 傳動、其它各種方式來操控作動構件;如①②所示,或亦 可在固定架(7、可用嵌槽70以軸栓41固設於馬桶座4體 測)上利用軸套71樞設有凸露兩端之套軸%,該套軸72 之一端吓設有播件73、其另端可固設套筒74來和分離加 設之拉件75連動(可使播件73和拉件75能形成各種不同 角度、並可互相成為抗力臂或施力臂),該播件73和拉件 75或亦可一體成型、兩者均可利用適當之方式(如:夾、 黏、貼、放 '結等)來與馬桶蓋(2或3)或其它作動構件或 傳動元件(如索k)連動,位固定架7體側、在套筒74或套 軸72上或亦可加設齒輪(9〇、91)、捲軸9(可形成絞盤捲放 傳動元件或齒輪省力傳動),其中之套軸72、套筒74、捲 軸9因功犯相同故亦可交換位置;如③所示,其中之固定 架7或亦可免設、而改以套筒74直接嵌扣樞設於軸拴41 上來轉動播件73和拉件75 ;可將傳動元件(如索k)之一端 以適當之方式分別串結在套軸72、播件73、套筒74、拉 件75、捲軸9上,使作動構件能和省力構件連動,該省力 構件便可任意利用非自動、自動、磁力、其它各種適當方 式來操控各種構件之各種動作。 (2) 如第九〜十一圖所示,其中之另一省力構件主要係設有能 任意和各種設施、作動構件互相連動之壓拉件82,其或可 558678 五、發明說明(/^) 以壓拉、絞盤、齒輪傳動91等各種方式來操控作動構件; 如廊完畢、起身離蓋3,水便會流人室5内形成浮力將元件 E推升而掀開封塞6並經由下水口 51自動沖水,同時,自 動緩緩掀蓋⑽元件E浮升即將至頂時、會與聽e拉離, 並將索j完全放鬆哞吸頂元件57會將元件£吸頂、並自動 掀立蓋3,至冲元水、兩封塞(e、幻會因重力分別自然落合 (50、51),使水箱!注水時不會漏水、並使室5内保持無水。 同理,如第十九圖①〜⑤所示,利用栓螺或彈性體或橡 皮墊等元件來動作通路構件之各種習知控制器(如··瓦斯、 558678 五、發明說明(2/) 衣被真空袋、水管、伴…士 士梦〇 分段式:鍵:種:=單 等=樣 ^ ^ 4之方広來構建;若能利用本發明 代構建’便不必用到彈性體或栓螺等等高成 獅之結構元縣構建和㈣(操控作動 W,_掀放、疋止、自動歸復、其它等等動作)通路 暗二不ί領化結構及降低成本、而且容易檢修和排除故 D故障率、避免彈性疲乏或失調(鋼琴的發音控 制器時常會因彈性失調而必需定時調音)、其它等等,同時 也可以解决客知控制器之缺失、並可增進各種控制器之功效 及其方便性和安全性。 如①所示’若使兩控制元件(I、J)之間具有磁斥力而呈分 離狀態,兩元件(I、J)可分別和按壓關、封塞(平時可和通 路的管壁周邊利用磁吸力呈定止狀態來阻斷通路)一體成 型,(如圖中虛線所示)壓下開關後、元件I會推斥元件J離 開通路而呈開路(可用來排放液體或氣體等等),壓力消失 後、元件J會藉磁吸力自動拉回歸復來阻斷通路(異於開關之 另一側的管壁也可和元件J具有斥力、以用來推斥歸復元件 J)、元件J同時也會藉磁斥力將元件I推回使開關自動歸復。 如②所示,本發明亦可運用在旋轉開關上,可使開關之 一侧能利用兩元件(Κ、J)之磁吸合一來阻斷通路〇>開關旋轉 至另一側時,可利用兩元件(I、J)之斥力相互推開而開啟通 558678 五、發明說明(zz) 路(異於元件I之另一側的管壁也可和元件j具有磁吸力、以 用來定止元件J呈通路,但該磁吸之力必需小於兩元件尺和 J之磁吸力)。 如③所示,亦可將開關和元件(J、和封塞一體成型)一體 成型以用來控制通路之啟閉(開關和元件j兩者亦可利用栓 螺等等適當之方式來串接、並可分離,便可防止盜水等),(如 圖中虛線所示)元件J平時可和管壁之一側藉磁吸力來封閉 通路;當拉動開關,便可拉開元件j而開啟通路;(放鬆開關) 拉力消失後,元件J會藉磁吸力自動拉回歸復而和管壁磁合 來封閉通路(管壁另一側亦可和元件j具有磁斥力、以使元件 J能自動推回歸復來封閉通路),同時也會藉元件了將開關自 動推回歸復;管壁另-侧和元件了亦可具有磁吸力以用來定 止呈通路,但必需用手推回開關使元件j能歸復阻斷通路。 如④所示,係本發明供電用的分段式開關,可使各按鍵 (如· off 1、▲等)於壓力 >肖失後可和基座利用斥力來彈回歸 復;當壓下按鍵後(如圖中off虛線所示),按鍵上的釣片會 將卡片壓賴開;當壓域失後,封會糊和基座侧面的 斥力自動彈回歸復叫當壓下按鍵1之後、再放手,便可使 狗片和卡片釣合定止而呈通路供電4壓下按鍵2,按鍵2 的釣片會先壓滑·卡片而使按鍵i _片能和卡片脫鉤, 按鍵1會糊斥力馬上自轉回歸復而呈斷電狀態;放手 後、歷力消失,卡片會利用斥力自動彈回歸復與按鍵2的鉤 片鈞定而呈通路供衫當要使電器用品停止運轉時,按下off 558678 五、發明說明(23) 便會呈閉路停止供電;如此,習用的分段式開關便不需要再 使用多層次的卡片和眾多的彈性體來組合構建,不但可簡化 結構、降低成本、減少故障(磁力恆久不變,不會因彈性失 調或疲乏而經常故障),並且容易組裝及檢修和排除故障。 而一般用在開門定止、櫥櫃門窗閉合等等之定止器,一 般用於啟閉照明設僙、防盜器等等的啟動開關(或微調開 關)’上述兩者通常是分開個別裝設,並且大部份是採用彈 性體來啟閉,在使用時需要兩道手續、成本較高而且不方便 又容易故障;如⑤所示,本發明亦可將定止器和電器開關一 體成型,該控制器係在定止器上設有兩個可相對磁吸的通路 元件(I、K);當門窗關閉時,固設在門窗上並為絕緣體的卡 止彈銷會嵌入兩通路元件(I、K)之間,使兩元件d、κ)分離 而呈閉路斷電、並可定止門窗隨著門窗開啟的動作會將卡 止彈銷抽離,使兩通路元件(I、K)磁吸合一而呈通路供電。 如第二十圖所示,其中之磁力元件亦可設置在容置體内 (如:單純之水艙室5或控制筒或控制箱或管體等),其可用 一體成型、栓、夾、各種適當方式設在水箱1内外或可設在 液體外面,該控制裝置亦可加設有如栓螺80等卡止物15、 並可和水箱1共用下水口(51、和沖水口結合成一體)來排 水,元件E或可用傳動元件k與蓋(3、圖略)連動、並可先 懸吊在另一元件上方(如虛線所示),另一元件可省略免設或 分別與封塞e、沖水開關14 一體,放蓋3可使元件E落降 和封塞e磁合、沖水開關14Θ可利用彈力自動或手動掀蓋3 558678 五、發明說明(2f) 等各種動力拉動傳動元件]^並藉由磁合的元件E拉開封塞6 或拉開沖水開關丨4自動沖水,若封塞e和下水口 51之間具 有磁吸力,則其磁吸力可略小於元件E和封塞e、元件e和 冲水研1關31之間的磁吸力,其中之卡止物15亦可移位以便 沖大或小水(如虛線所示),若無卡止物15則可無段沖水〇利 用掀蓋3之動力大於磁吸力,元件E會和封塞6、沖水開關 14拉離(如虛線所示),沖完水,封塞e便可落合止水、或可 以磁吸力封閉下水口 51c>俟蓋3完全掀立,注水完畢,一切 恢復原狀。 如第二十一圖所示’其中之磁力元件亦可搭配省力構件 來實施、兩者均可個別用來操控作動構件;如①所示,可使 元件A先和放平的拉件75磁吸合一(元件B可省略免設、或 與拉件75 一體),當播件73受力舉起而掀蓋(如·· 3或2,3 和2)同時便會經由傳動元件(如:k)拉掀封塞e自動沖水(如 虛線所示)〇而後元件A會和拉件75拉離而令封塞^可以自 動落合止水,俟播件73完全掀立蓋(如:3),播件73最好能 自動歸復放平、使元件A能再與拉件75磁合(如虛線所示), 其中亦可以傳動元件(如:1)代替壓拉件82直接利用壓動方 式來自動放蓋(如:2或3);如②所示,其中之播件73、拉 件75亦可配合加設之彈性體〇6來自動掀蓋(如:3)和沖水, 丁使元件A先懸吊在封塞e上方(如虛線所示),元件b可與 封塞e —體,放蓋(如:3)會壓放播件73和拉件75而拉伸彈 性體01、並使元件A落降和封塞e磁吸合一,其中亦可用 五、發明說明(XS ) 兩磁吸树(—元件可與蓋3錢件73 -體,另-元件可與 馬桶座4 ·肢,圖略)之磁吸力(可略等於彈力)來使放下的蓋 (如:3)能暫時定止而不致立刻反彈掀起、讓使用者有緩衝時 ,坐上蓋(如:3)而不必用手按止θ起身離蓋(如:3)後,播件 73和拉件75會藉彈力自動掀蓋(如:3)、自動沖水(如圖中虛 線所不)’俟蓋(如:3)和播件73完全掀立、封塞e便會與元 件A拉離並可落合止水、元件a則歸復原位。 當然,在本發明中傳動元件之間、傳動元件和物件之間 均可任意用夾、釣、黏、栓、綁等各種不同方式來連接;各 疋件(構件)也均可任意用輪、軸、套管、或各種方式來減少 摩擦力;傳動元件、功能物、省力構件、上蓋'吸頂元件、 其它各元件或均可利用栓螺或其它適當之方式來任意調整 其位置、鬲度、角度、長度、間距、其它,其均可利用各種 軟、硬、形體之材質來構建(如··壓拉件82、播件73、拉件 75等亦可用傳動元件、網材、桿管體或線材、伸縮件、帶體 或板片材、布材、可撓體、彈性體、其它不同之材料來構建); 其中寸利用具有異性極的各磁力元件相互磁吸、或亦可利用 具有磁性的元件來和可磁吸但無磁力的元件相互磁吸,而磁 斥力則可利用同性極的各元件來實施。 就應用的觀點而言(可參考張啟陽教授所著,,應用電磁 學”一書): ① 磁鐵性材料可區分為軟性、硬性兩種; ② 磁化後的物体必同時具有兩個(N'S或正、負)磁極的存 )58678 發明說明 在(而且具有同方極相斥、異方極相吸的特性)’沒有單 極子的絲(只有轉電場何狂、貞電荷的單獨存 在” ③ 所謂永夂磁鐵奢,其係將物镛的外加磁場除去後,其磁 性並不完全消失,仍可保留部份殘留的磁化量(或磁通 密度)在裡面,而成為永久磁鐵;
