553758 A7 ___B7_ 五、發明説明(1) 【發明所屬之技術領域】 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 該發明是關於壓濾機,特別是關於把複數並列的濾板 同時開板,使張設在各濾板間的濾布同時運行,以進行排 出濾餅或洗淨濾布的壓濾機。 【先前技術】 於曰本特開平1 1 — 1 9 4 1 4公報中所揭示的壓濾 機,是把固定在濾板的濾布上端部能夠振動地吊設在濾布 支撐裝置,於排出濾餅時,依順序一片一片地進行濾板開 板,使濾布或濾板振動把濾餅從濾布剝落的順序開板型壓 濾機。 於該壓濾機中,因濾布的中心部是固定於濾板,故即 使對濾布噴射洗淨水,也會因濾餅特性的不同,有使濾餅 殘留在固定濾布之濾板固定部的缺點。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 於曰本特開2 0 0 0 — 3 3 2 0 4公報中所揭示的壓 濾機,是把無端狀濾布錯縱掛在已成並列之濾板間,於排 出濾餅時,以夾緊汽缸把瀘板同時開板,使瀘布運行剝落 濾餅的同時開板型壓濾機。 於該壓濾機中,由於在排出濾餅時無端狀濾布的下降 部和上昇部是向對並行,因此附著在濾布上的濾餅非但成 爲濾布運行的阻力,還會附著於濾板上部的滾輪。被濾餅 ‘附著的滾輪,就成爲濾布產生蛇行、皺紋、破損的原因。 更換遭破損的濾布,因是必須對掛在濾板上的全部無端狀 濾布進行更換,故實屬非常困難的作業。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) -5- 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 553758 A7 __B7_ 五、發明説明(2) 此外,於該壓濾機中,由於濾板的開閉也是由夾緊汽 缸進行,當要增加濾板片數時,需要延長所增加之濾板的 開閉衝程份量的夾緊汽缸衝程,因此要將壓濾機大型化、 多室化實屬困難。 【發明內容】 本發明因有鑑於上述般的習知問題,故其目的是在於 提供一種把複數並列的濾板同時開板,使吊設在各濾板間 的濾布同時運行,以進行排出濾餅或洗淨濾布,藉此維持 其高過濾效率的壓濾機。 本發明的另一目的,是在於提供一種藉由壓濾機全長 度的短縮化及壓濾機的輕型化使其容易成爲節省空間大容 量化,以實現濾餅排出時間及濾板開閉時間的短縮化的壓 濾機。 本發明的第1形態,是在前框架和後框架所支撐架設 的軌道上並列多數的濾板,在前後濾板的濾層張設一對濾 布形成過濾室,用移行鎖鏈把這些濾板連結做爲開閉自如 的壓濾機中,在濾板的濾層吊設一對長方形濾布,把其上 端緣合著做爲昇降自如在濾板間之上部濾布掛軸的套筒, 同時把濾布的下端緣做爲昇降自如在濾板間之一對下部濾 布掛軸的套筒’在上部濾布掛軸附近的指定位置上設有原 液導孔。 【實施方式】 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) ' -- -6 - ---0^------1T------0 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 553758 A7 __ B7_ 五、發明説明(3) 以下使用圖面對本發明的實施例進行詳細說明。 如第1圖所示,多數並列的濾板4,是被支撐架設在 橫跨於前框架1和後框架2的軌道3上。軌道3的前端部 及後端部是分別被固定在前框架1和後框架2的側部,其 中央部是被支撐在中間軌道架118上。 於最前列的濾板4的前方配設前滑動頭5,於最前後 的濾板4的後方配設後滑動頭6。 如第2圖所示,並列於軌道上的濾板4、前滑動頭5 及後滑動頭6,是藉由成2段設置在其各個側壁的上部和 下部的卡止鐵件7所固定的鍊環鎖鏈即移行鎖鏈8相互連 接著。移行鎖鏈8,是在濾板4進行開板時爲使濾板4間 留有一定的間隔,而把每4個鍊環固定在卡止鐵件7。構 成移行鎖鏈8之各鍊環中固定在卡止鐵件7的鍊環8 a, 其長圓環的平行部是被固定成互爲位於上下的朝向,於濾 板4進行開板時,其鄰接的鍊環8 c會在平順地傾動的同 時使該鍊環8 c之間的鍊環8 b平順地上下移動。 當使前滑動頭5及後滑動頭6分別往前方及後方進行 移動時,濾板4會從其位於列前後端的濾板開始依順序開 板,但此時最後開被的一對濾版4 g,是藉由被固定在其 側壁爲可滑動的鍊桿8 d連接著。該鍊桿8 d,其長度的 訂定是開板時濾版4 g的間隔比藉由移行鎖鏈8所連接之 其他濾板4的間隔,即比移行鎖鏈8的4個鍊環部份的長 度還要長約5 m m /藉此,來消化開板時之前滑動頭5及 後滑動頭6的停止位置誤差,可防止移行鎖鏈8承受前滑 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X29*7公釐) --------—裝------訂------ (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 553758 A7 ______B7_ 五、發明説明(4) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 動頭5及後滑動頭6被施加的牽引力。再者對於鍊桿8 d ’爲要使其能在移行鎖鏈8之破壞載重還低的載重下就遭 破壞,對鍊桿8 d設有凹陷點,萬一移行鎖鏈8承受到前 '滑動頭5及後滑動頭6被施加的牽引力時,可避免移行鎖 鏈8破壞。 如第3圖所示,於濾板4的前面及後面形成有凹面狀 的濾層4 b。於瀘層4 b表面上,組設有多數的稜錐體 4 d ° 於濾板4的上部,設有貫通前後的原液供給管道9。 於濾板4的前後面,從該原液供給管道9的周圍往濾層 4b處形成有凹處4c。於該凹處4c ,在閉板時,下述 之給液版5 6會隔著濾布5 0進行嵌合。 於濾層4 b及凹處4 c的周圍,形成有在閉板時中介 著相鄰之濾板4和濾布進行接觸的密封面4 a。 於濾板4的下端部,將其一端在濾層4 b的下端部開 口,將另一端內設有開口在濾板4的側壁下端所設有的連 通管部1 1的排放道1 2之排放孔1 0。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 連通管部1 1,雖是設在濾板4的左右兩側壁,但濾 板4前後面的濾層4 b,是藉由共通的排放孔1 〇,僅連 通著這些連通管部11之中的一方。並列在軌道3上的濾 板4,是使各濾板4的濾層4 b並列成交替連通於左右的 連通管部1 1。 藉由對已經並列的濾板4進行閉板,使相鄰濾板4間 被分開之連通管部1 1的排放道1 2相連,形成爲連續性 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(21〇χ297公釐) -8- 553758 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明説明(5 ) 濾液的排放道1 2。 因此,就不需要會妨礙濾板4開閉的濾液排出用水管 ,因零件數量減少,維護也就變得容易。 於濾板4左右的兩側壁上部,設有把濾板4支撐架設 在軌道3上的支撐臂1 3。於左右支撐臂1 3的底面,安 裝有超高分子量聚乙烯製或氟素樹脂(P T F E )製的襯 墊1 3 a及1 3b。襯墊1 3 a,具有可應對於設在一組 軌道3 —方之凸形軌道的凹形狀滑動面。襯墊1 3 b,具 有可應對於設在一組軌道3另一方之平軌道的平面形狀滑 動面。藉由襯墊1 3 a滑動面的凹和設在軌道3 —方之凸 形軌道的凸之囈合,決定濾板4之左右方向的位置。 於濾板4的濾層4 b中央部,設有支撐層1 4,以防 止當濾板4閉板後又夾緊時濾板因承受所施加的載重造成 濾板4之撓曲變形。 各濾板4,是以合成樹脂所構成,以謀求其輕型化。 於濾板4的肩部,如第7 A圖及第7 B圖所示,壓入 有剖面形成爲槽鋼狀的加強鐵件1 5,該加強鐵件1 5具 有抱持在前後壁1 5 b間的鐵心1 6。於鐵心1 6上面, 設有爲要固定下述濾布之吊設裝置頂部五金3 6使用安裝 螺絲3 8時的螺絲孔1 6 a。 再者,加強鐵件1 5,是對設置於其前方及後方壁 1 5 b的安裝孔1 5 a內,如第3圖所示,插入螺絲1 7 後固定在濾板4。 藉此,可使合成樹脂製濾板4的肩部具有剛性。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) ------------------1T------0 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -9 - 553758 A7 B7 五、發明説明(6) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 如第3圖、第8圖及第9圖所示,對於濾板4下端的 濾層4 b的排出部,固定著從濾層4 b經過密封面4 a之 濾液排出用的抑制器1 8。抑制器1 8,於被固定後,具 備有與濾層4 b成平順的連續性濾層面1 8 d,及與密封 面4 a成直線的連續性密封面1 8 e。於濾層面1 8 d上 ,設有多數的稜錐體1 8 a,其包括著比設置在瀘層4 b 上的稜錐體4 d還小的稜錐體。於濾層面1 8 d下端,沿 著濾層面1 8 d和密封面1 8 e的境界,設有複數的通道 孔1 8 b連通於濾板4之排放孔1 0。於抑制器1 8的濾 層面1 8 d和密封面1 8 e ,各設有2處爲要固定抑制器 1 8時插入螺絲的安裝孔1 8 c。於抑制器1 8的裡面, 設有與濾層面1 8 d的安裝孔1 8 c成同列配置之螺絲孔 18f ,及連通於通道孔18b之溝槽18g。安裝孔 1 8 c和螺絲孔1 8 f ,如第9圖所示,當濾板4前後面 的抑制器1 8以背對背之狀態固定時,是配置成插入在一 方之抑制器1 8的安裝孔1 8 c的安裝用螺絲,能夠螺合 於另一方之抑制器1 8的安裝孔1 8 c。又,溝槽1 8 g ,是形成爲一方之抑制器1 8的溝槽1 8 g,與另一方之 抑制器1 8的溝槽1 8 g —起連通於排放孔1 〇構成水道 1 8 h。 由於抑制器1 8的棱錐體1 8 a中,有幾個是形成爲 比設置在濾層4 b上的稜錐體4 d還小,因此當濾液從濾 層4 b流入排放孔1 0時,可對集中在通道孔i 8 b的濾 液流進行分散以避免抑制器1 8局部性磨損。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210 X 297公釐) -10- 553758 A7 B7 五、發明説明(7) 從濾層4 b流入排放孔1 0的濾液所造成磨損之濾層 4 b的排水部由於設有抑制器1 8 ’因此無機質微細粒子 等即使流入濾液中,濾板4本身也能夠避開磨損受到保護 。又,即使磨損持續進行,只要更換抑制器1 8就可持續 使用濾板4。 如第3圖所示,在具有濾板4之排放孔1 0之開口的 連通管部1 1內周面上,貼裝著耐磨損的圓管狀襯套筒 1 9。襯套筒1 9,如第4圖所示,具有被貼裝著在連通 管部1 1內周面之半徑爲R 1的外周面,及從外周面往上 方偏心之半徑爲R 2的內周面,以及應對於濾板4之排放 孔1 0的位置上所設置之孔1 9 a。於襯套筒1 9的外周 面上,在應對於下述之封環1 9 s的接縫部1 9 u的位置 上,形成有要使該接縫部1 9 u在其與連通管部1 1內周 面之間能夠直達於Μ後方向的凹部1 9 b。此外,於襯套 筒1 9下端側的外周面,形成有凹部1 9 c。藉此,如第 6圖箭頭符號所示,在連通管部1 1所形成之排放道1 2 可確保有濾液通道1 2 a。 因爲有貼裝著襯套筒1 9,無機質微細粒子等即使流 入濾液中,連通管部1 1的內周面也能夠避開磨損受到保 護。又,即使磨損持續進行,只要更換襯套筒1 9就可持 續使用濾板4。 如第3圖所示,於貼裝著襯套筒1 9之連通管部1 1 ,安裝有如第5 A圖及第5 B圖所示之封環1 9 s。封環 1 9 s,安裝時’是由位於連通管部1 1前後面排放道 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210χ297公餐;Γ 一 -11 -
