Abstract

The present invention relates to a refrigerator with enhanced thermal insulation property, comprising a refrigerator having a front door comprised of outer panel and inner panel with thermal-insulation material filled between them, and characterized in that a protrusion member is mounted on one of the side walls of the door and projecting out of the inside edge of the door. A passage is formed between the one side wall of the door that is mounted on the protrusion member and an opposite side and the extending toward to the sidewall. A filling point for the above thermal-insulation material is connected to the passage.

9 - 530145 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 _—____ 五、發明説明(7 ) 片2 b )側地設有凸出於隔熱材之框構件3,而此凸出框 構件之凸出壁面3 b與門扉體1之豎立壁(下端片2 b ) 之間形成了塡充空間5之構成中,在沒有本發明之導引構 件4時之狀態中, 首先以注入點Y爲基準,而比較門扉體1之塡充空間 5內之流路時,即框構件3所形成之一方側之塡充空間5 之部份乃由於框構件3之存在之緣故而對於塡充空間5之 烏拉丹原液之流路阻抗會變大。所以流入於沒有框構件3 之阻抗體之另一方側(上端片2 a )側之塡充空間5之烏 拉丹原液之量變多,相反地流入於一方側(下端片2 b側 )之流量會變少。換言之上述塡充空間5 ,以注入點Y爲 基點時,會成爲流路阻抗非常大之塡充空間。所以對於此 塡充空間5之烏拉丹原液量變少,在此阻抗大之部份而會 發生烏拉丹泡沬之塡充不良或空洞者。 爲了達成此烏拉丹原流之流動均一,且在於門扉體內 之烏拉丹泡沬之塡充量之均一之分配起見,在於本發明乃 將上述烏拉丹注入點Y之位置,以框構件3之凸出壁3 a 與此凸出壁面3 a具有大致同等寬度之導引構件4來挾持 之位置關係地予以構成者。 依此構成之下,所注入之烏拉丹原液係首先於上述導 引構件4與凸出壁面3 a之壁面間’而左右均等地分烏拉 丹發泡之液量。並且爲了對於前述之阻抗大部之塡充空間 5流出烏拉丹原液起見,將上述導引構件4之兩端形成爲 朝向框構件3之方向傾斜之形狀。而碰至傾斜部4 a之烏 :本紙張尺度適用中國國家樣準(CNS )i4規格(2】0X297公釐) _ 1〇 _ ^ '~ I--------辦衣------1T------線、 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 530145 A7 B7 五、發明説明(8 ) 之大的空間。此導引構件4乃與框構件3之間而成爲引導 烏拉丹之通路。而由於凸出框體之被配置於該通路’因此 得使烏拉丹朝向於門扉內之流路之寬或面積之變小之部份 流出。本實施例中,框體之凸出壁面3b、3 c、3 d與 門扉側壁之間之流路之寬度或面積乃與凸出壁面3 a側之 通路(空間)相比較而變小。又凸出壁面3 b之側係具有 階段差(段差),所以寬度或面積乃變爲更小。在這些領 域中烏拉丹之通流阻抗乃變爲很大,而本實施例乃使烏拉 丹能流入於這些領域地予以構成者。 以第4圖說明如上述構成之門扉體構造之烏拉丹泡沬 之發泡時之流動方式。 首先從注入點Y進入之烏拉丹原液係沿著凸出壁面 3 a與導引構件4之左右壁面大致均一的流動。其後一部 份係流至導引構件4之上端片2 a側之大的塡充空間,一 部份係沿著框構件3之凸出壁面3 c,3 d流去而分別予 以塡充。 本例中,流至上述導引構件4之兩端之傾斜部4 a之 烏拉丹原液係沿著此傾斜面方向而流至上述框構件3之兩 側空間部。又從上述導引構件之傾斜部4 a之一部份係沿 著正面門扉板2之兩側壁內,而朝向門扉體1之下端片 2 b側,及塡充空間5。 接著以上述導引構件4而朝向阻抗大部之塡充空間5 之烏拉丹原液係首先到達於阻抗大部之塡充空間之入口部 5 a ,而後與左右之塡充空間之入口部5 a流入之烏拉丹 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規袼(210X 297公楚) -11 -
