Description of the invention (Field of invention Step profile belts are mainly used for lead frames, relay terminals, and power transistor connectors. The present invention relates to a By forming a copper, steel alloy, or metal strip to produce a one-step strip, the strip can be subjected to a pressing process so that both sides in the width direction are thinner than its center portion. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION: Related to tradition A method for producing a stepped section belt is known as follows: a trimming method for thinly cutting the surfaces of both sides of a belt to reduce its thickness, and at the same time, using a cutting tool to make its center portion Keep it still; a ping method 'joins thin material to both sides away from the center of the belt; a reciprocating method (hereafter referred to as SS) to roll at a right angle to the forward direction of the material feed; and a straight rolling method (hereafter (Referred to as RL), rolled in the direction of feeding the material. The specifications for the one-step profile belt are as follows: shape, thickness, accuracy, surface roughness, linearity, hardness, etc. On the other hand, the dressing method of the other methods mentioned above 'results in the material quality of the thick part and the material quality of the thin part are the same as the results of trimming the surfaces of both sides of the same material. Therefore, this method can meet the requirements of hardness, but It causes difficulty in meeting other specifications. Furthermore, 'there are losses related to the cutting part, the size of the material is set to be larger than the size of the finished product' and these factors cause the disadvantage of reducing the utilization rate of the material. Regarding the welding method 'even Welding can be completed immediately, and a high-temperature heat source is still required for this welding. To avoid oxide insertion due to this welding, page 5. Description of the invention < A non-oxide gas flood and maintaining this non-oxide atmosphere, it must be. ^ ,, and n two installation and operating costs, resulting in a high raw material cost In addition, ^, called the juncture area, the quality reliability is reduced, which tends to limit the use of the belt. One of the above methods is the reciprocating method (ss) or a v mill method in which the pressure is placed in a belt In the material (M), the material is then placed on a metal mold (TL) as shown in Fig. 1 and is rolled in a rolling direction, or processed from left to right, like the same seesaw, The material (M) is processed at a right angle (RA). In this way, the central part of the belt material (M) is pressed by the lower surface (S) of the mold, and its two sides in the width direction are stretched to Individual spaces (S) on both sides, in which a thick part (TK) and a thin part (TN) are formed. In this method, the pressure is applied vertically to the material, which is then placed in a flat metal mold on. Therefore, the stretching process on the material becomes difficult due to the adhesion caused by the friction between the mold and the material. Compared to drawing, it requires dozens of times more pressure, which subsequently requires large-capacity equipment in addition to high-strength metal molds. Furthermore, because the operation of rolling a roller or a metal mold must be performed on the left and right of the material advance direction, a large-capacity special-purpose equipment at a south price is required instead of a general-purpose equipment. Furthermore, because the material must be tilted on both sides in the width direction when the material is stretched for continuous formation, the feed speed is limited to 1 to 2 meters per minute, which subsequently greatly reduces productivity. Furthermore, the linear rolling method (RL) in the above method involves transferring the material (M) between two rolling rollers (R), one on top and the other on the bottom, each having Straight depressions and protrusions. In this way 'by using the winter paper standard on page 6 to use the Chinese National Standard (CNb) A4 specification (210 X 297 male f) nnnt— nnnnn ϋ · n Is I · ϋ inn tmmmw nn Order ------- --Wei (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) Printed by the Employees' Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and printed on 506863 A7 V. Description of the invention RL1) is implemented by having a protruding portion at its central portion (V1). Then, in the secondary rolling (RL2), the width (LI, VI, W1) and the thickness (Tl, tl) formed by the primary rolling (RL1) by compressing the upper end of the central portion (VI) are covered. It is formed in the following width (L2, V2, W2) and thickness (T2, t2). The material is received from here, and the rolling process is performed using three rollings (RL3) in the same direction of one rolling (RL1) to make the material have the following width (L3, V3, W3) and thickness (T3, t3) shapes. By repeatedly performing the foregoing processes, the material is formed to have specifications of width (L, V, W) and thickness (T, t). Here, the width of the central portion is reduced from V1 to V2 and then to V3, and the width of both sides is widened from L1 to L2 and then to L3. The total width is enlarged from W1 to W2 and then to W3, and the thickness at the center is reduced from T1 to T2 and then to T3. The thickness from both sides of the central part (VI) also decreases from U to t2 and then to t3. In this way, a one-step profile belt system is formed, a technique known in the art. However, in the above-mentioned linear rolling method, due to the characteristics of the rolling process, the material's direction of extension (stretching) is such that the strain of the material is only completed in the longitudinal direction of the material, that is, the direction in which the rolling progresses. It is not important that the material is strained in the width direction perpendicular to the direction in which the material progresses, or that the lengthening is due to the result of stretching, compared to the direction in which the material progresses. Therefore, by compressing to the lower side of the center portion (V 1) in the width direction, the end portions on both sides are widened, and at the same time, the thickness (tl) on both sides is reduced to the thickness (t2) by the rolling process. Therefore, a rolling machine with 8 to 10 units must be continuously arranged therein, because the above-mentioned widening process by stretching on both sides (L2) in the width direction must be repeatedly performed about 10 times. On page 7, this paper size applies Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 male f) -----! --------- Installation -------- Order-- -------- Mian (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) 506863 A7 _____B7 _ V. Description of the invention () Therefore, in terms of factory investment, this is indeed a question of economic efficiency. Furthermore, as for the continuous rolling method in which continuous rolling rollers are placed in a continuous manner, continuous rolling is performed so that a rolling process with a given length of belt in the preceding roller (R) is performed by the latter Received by the roller (R), which is then received by the next roller (R). Regarding the length of the material extended by this time, the length of the belt is increased in the order of one time, two times and three times of rolling. Therefore, it is not possible to perform continuous processing at the same rotational speeds related to primary, secondary, and secondary rolling. To solve this problem ', a device having a special function to control the rotation speed of the rollers (R) is also a problem in itself. Furthermore, 'the roller (R) used for the rolling process is a tool having a step profile with a material (P), and the rollers (R) of various specifications must be provided in advance'. During processing, the operation and management of unloading and changing the roller (R) is inconvenient, and the cost rises. At the same time, from the position ⑷ to (b) on the inner circumference of the semicircle 3, there is a gradually curved curved surface 42 with a protruding portion forming a " u " shape 4 ° In the above process, the upper mold 2 The diameter (rl) of the inner circumference is the same in parts a, ~ a. From positions (a) to (b), the diameter (r2) of them gradually decreases. In the part a '~ a, the belt material is formed into a semicircle 3 ^ In the part a ~ b, the " u, the thickness (t2) of the sides 41 of the shape 4 is formed, the semicircle The thickness (T2) of the rain side 3Γ of the shape 3 gradually decreases. In this way, the thickness (t2f) portion with the oblique line becomes longer and the oblique line 32 is formed at the end of the semicircle 3, which finally becomes the two ends 33 of the "U" shape 4. At the same time, there is about the The groove 43 at the upper end of the outer circumference of the mold for a curved surface. The definition of the bite of the material (M) is gradually increased from the position (a) to (b). Therefore, the direction (b) A protruding portion of a curved surface 42 * is formed thereon. On the upper side of the oblique side 3 2, the end 3 1 of the semicircular 3 is connected to the "U" -shaped end 33 formed as above. Parts a ~ b have reduced thickness on both sides (the part t2J extends in the length direction, and a wider area (△ τ) is formed on the upper end of the oblique side 32. Description of the invention () In part a ~ b ^ In this state, the upper mold 2 is lowered, so that part a, ~ a and part a ~ b, as above The same method is used to form a semicircle 3. The ends 3 Γ ′ of the sides 3 1 of the semicircle 3 and the ends 3 3 of the sides 4 1 of the U 4 are formed to connect as a diagonal line. Parts b ~ c, the unformed part (portion) at one end of the oblique side 3 2 a where part a ~ b is not formed is lengthened to form a U-shaped 4, in which the semi-circular 3 ends · 31 to 33 based on a straight line "U " shaped end 4 of the end 33. From the positions (b) to (c), the protrusions 42 inclined to the curved surface 42 on the inner circumference are formed as the protrusions 42 having curved surfaces having the same protruding amount. In other words, the "U" shape 4 after the aforementioned forming process has the same amount of protrusion as the protruding portion 42 of the curved surface. Furthermore, the thicknesses (t2) on both sides are equal, and the lengths on both sides are also equal. Therefore It is formed into the same shape of a one-step section belt, which is folded into a U " shape. After receiving the aforementioned forming process, the "U " shape 4 is fed into the part c ~ d, of which the upper mold 2 The lower surface 55 and the upper surface 53 of the lower mold 55 are a flat surface. By a pressing pressure, the protruding portion 42 of the curved surface is elongated into a flat protruding portion 52, and at the same time, both sides 41 of the "u" shape 4 are extended in the width direction to form a curvature with curvature on both sides. With 5. At the same time, in order to avoid interference by the gradual start of the sides 4 1 of the n U " shape 4, both sides of the upper die 2 are cut to ensure space. The two sides 54 of the lower die i are connected to the two sides 64 at a position (e) via an upward oblique line (not shown), which then completes the entry of the material from position (d) to (e). The belt 5 with curvature is sent to the next part d ~ e, and then fed through the space between the lower mold 2 and the lower mold 1. The belt has a step profile. Description of the invention And the recessed surface used for the flat protrusions are both parallel. In this method, a flat step profile is formed by the pressure of the flattening die, wherein the surface of the protrusion 62 and its two sides 6 1 The ends of both sides 61 of the flat step belt 6 are cut (sh), and are lowered by attaching a punch attached to one side of the upper mold 2. In this way, the forming process system is It is properly completed. In addition, the aforementioned cutting process can be omitted in the manufacturing process after the tempering and rolling are performed. 、 Pull a flat belt material (M) into The cross section of the metal mold, as shown, the pressing direction of the press is perpendicular to the direction of the material. However, even with a small pressure, a large amount of strain on the material may be completed, which can be more difficult than the traditional rolling process. Easily completed. The stretch and flat presses formed in parts d ~ e are equivalent to the elongation process, and are not applied to the material after processing. In particular, because the upper mold 2 and lower mold 丨 are partially shaped ( e) It has the same shape as the step profile according to the requirements of a given specification. Therefore, it can be used to achieve high accuracy with stable material quality. As shown in Figure 3, the implementation of the other embodiment is the same. In the above method, except that the protruding portions (42, 54, 62) are formed on the outer side, this is the upper end of the circumference except for shape 4. The present invention is not limited to a single-row process, and can also be performed within a given bed capacity. There are many columns. Regarding the method of cutting by the punch (SH), the method of cutting the end with a rotary cutter can be applied to it.
