Description of the invention (3) All human excrement disposal devices mentioned above are used by patients with chronic diseases', so they are administered by nurses or people with operating experience. However, in recent patent applications (EPO 97 1 1 0603,4 " constructed fecal treatment device ") and co-trial applications, it has been disclosed that infant-friendly fecal treatment devices are suitable for various occasions. Use, if the mother will put it in a tote. Since it will come into contact with various objects when placed in a tote bag, the body contact agent of the excrement disposal device will be mechanically injured, and at least dust and the like will adhere to it, which will cause a decrease in adhesion and cause excreta The treatment device leaks and even comes off. Of course, the device needs to be reliably protected from contact when it is being transported, packaged or stored, in a warehouse, hospital, or private home. When the mother uses the device, the release paper is preferably easy to remove, and preferably it can be done in one action. For example, the tab shown in the EP0753290 patent cannot be safely held and easily removed after it is connected to a strong adhesive. In addition to being easy to hold the release tab to facilitate its removal, it should also be safe and convenient to hold other parts of the device to prevent deformation of the piping and other parts of the device. In addition, the method of removing loosening tablets should be intuitive to the user and does not require much instruction or experience, especially when the mother or even the grandmother is using this device. In addition, 'in the hospital', because the training of the hands is expensive, the ease of operation of such a device is also very important. European patent application 99 1 00 1 1 9.9 (with anatomically shaped piping) discloses a device with a non-planar piping. The piping of the device may include a bulge to conform to the perineum or a three-dimensional shape. The device is It can also be folded before use. If the loosening sheet has a three-dimensional shape, or the size of the paper before use is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 mm) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) Ministry of Economy Printed by the Intellectual Property Bureau Employee Consumer Cooperatives • — — — — — — I— One by One, ° J «— — — — — — I — — — — — — I! — — — — — — — — — — — — — —. -6 487569 A7 B7 Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. 5. Description of Invention (4) There is a polyline in the structure, and it is more difficult to remove it. PCT / US 9 8/1 3 29 8 patent application (applicator for fecal management device) discloses a device combined with an applicator before use. The correct positioning of the device on the applicator will determine whether the device will be correctly and safely placed on the user. When it is known that when the release sheet is removed, especially when it is peeled off from each end, the piping will be subjected to unequal forces from all directions, which will cause the device to be positioned incorrectly on the applicator and cause misplant On the user, this will cause discomfort and even cause leakage or accidental shedding. Therefore, the excrement disposal device needs to ensure that a reliable adhesive is attached, and it is easy to handle and place. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the conventional art, it has been found that the excrement disposal device can be provided with a release sheet which is foldable by itself. Description of the invention: The present invention relates to a human excrement disposal device for infants, children or adults, and more particularly to health-care absorbent articles, such as paper diapers, urinary incontinence articles and women's protective articles. The present invention mainly provides a device for providing a release sheet (36) to an adhesive (20) provided on a piping (12) for attachment to a user. The release sheet (36) includes at least one adhesive contact The portion (41) and the at least one agent contact portion (42) 'are at least partially covered on the adhesive contact portion.

Description of the invention (13) Provides the required adhesive properties, so that the edge can be fastened to the sensitive perineal area. These skins, while allowing for painless application and removal, are formed from cross-linked polymers having a plasticizer to form a three-dimensional matrix. The adhesive (20) may be applied to the user-facing portion (23) of the piping (12) using a conventional groove coating, spiral or bead coating or printing. The adhesive (20) has a basis weight between 20 g / m 2 and 2500 g / m 2. , Preferably between 500g / m 2 and 2000g / m 2, more preferably between 700g / m 2 and 1500g / m 2, depending on the end use condition. For example, the amount of adhesive (20) of the excrement disposal device (10) used on an infant may be smaller than the amount of the excreta disposal device used on an adult incontinence patient. The whole of the adhesive (20) covering the rim (12) faces the user portion (23), and the rim (12) has at least one, preferably two to six non-adhesive portions. These parts are free of adhesives or may contain inactive or covered adhesives. As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the adhesive is not applied to the entire portion of the piping (12) facing the user portion (23) to provide a non-adhesive tab (1 3) on either side of the piping (12). ) To facilitate the positioning and removal of the device, while preventing contact with the adhesive. It has been found to be particularly convenient when the excrement disposal device (10) is used with clothing or diapers. Although the present invention includes a urine processing device and a fecal processing device, the following description is directed only to the fecal processing device. Invention Description (14) (4 1). In one example, the release sheet (36) is provided by the same material sheet, such as a thin plastic foil, which is folded by itself so that the non-adhesive contact portion (42) substantially covers the entire adhesive contact portion (4 1). Examples are shown in FIG. 2. The adhesive contact portion (41) is a part of the release sheet (36) which is in contact with the adhesive (20) of the piping (12). The adhesive contact portion (41) includes a material extending on the adhesive (40), and is on the same plane as the adhesive contact portion (41) of the release sheet (36). The non-adhesive contact portion (42) of the release sheet (36) does not contact the adhesive (20). Providing the release sheet (36) and the non-adhesive contact part (42) with a release sheet (36) that at least partially covers the adhesive contact part (41) can facilitate the release of the release sheet (36), because the release sheet (36) 36) can be removed at an advantageous angle, which allows the force applied to remove the release sheet (36) to be approximately parallel to the adhesive (20). When removing the release sheet (36), applying a force approximately parallel to the adhesive (20) covered by the release sheet (36) saves effort than applying a force approximately perpendicular to the adhesive (20). Since the reliable adhesive attachment of the excrement processing device is extremely important, and the adhesive that provides the required reliable attachment to the skin is also likely to require strong attachment to a release sheet (36), it can be easily removed. Except that it is extremely needed, the conventional loose paper cannot easily achieve this effect, because when it is removed, the applied force is approximately perpendicular to the adhesive. The adhesive contact part (41) and the non-adhesive contact part (4) of the release sheet (36) are not separated from the folding layer (37) in the release sheet (36). The release sheet (36) is folded by using the folding layer (37) or by using an interface line. This boundary line connects the adhesive contact portion (41) and the non-adhesive contact portion (42) with each other. The connection can be achieved by any conventional method such as adhesive, thermal bonding, and hot or cold curling. The fold layer (37) used in this article refers to a fold layer in the release sheet (36). The paper size is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 public love) -17- ---- ---------------- Order --------- line (Please read the note on the back? Matters before filling out this page) 487569 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention ( 15) (Please read the notes on the back before filling this page), it provides a fold line for the release sheet, so that the release sheet can be folded up by itself. Therefore, the layer formed in the loose sheet (36) due to folding and piping (12) in the structure of one use does not include the pleated layer (37) used in this paper. The structure before use refers to the structure provided by the device, which is selected according to the packaging and use of the device, and may be different from the structure of the device in use. Figures 2, 3, 5 and 6 show the device using the previous structure, in which the folding layer (12) is folded along a folding line. The release sheet (36) contains any number of pleats (37) or borders, preferably one to five ', more preferably two to four, and most preferably two pleats (37) or borders. Although the pleats (37) can be oriented in any direction, it is preferred that they be oriented parallel to each other. Preferably, the pleats (37) are oriented in the longitudinal direction or the transverse direction. The term "longitudinal" as used herein refers to the direction of the pleats in the hem in the pre-use structure in which the hem (12) is provided with a pleat. The horizontal term used in this article, in the excrement disposal device, in which the piping (1 2) is provided with a pleated layer before use, refers to a fold line perpendicular to the pleated layer (1 2), and contains the device (1 0 ) The direction defined by a line of mass centers. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs The loose film (36) may be composed of any suitable material, and may be a single piece of material or a combination of several different materials. Suitable materials include paper and all plastic materials, especially polyethylene. The material is preferably a thin sheet with a caliper between 1 and 100 OAm, preferably 10 to 300 # m, and most preferably 40 to 160 # m. The release sheet (36) may further include a coating, A preferred coating on the adhesive contact side of the adhesive contact portion (41) is a siloxane coating. The release sheet (36) can be made of a single piece of material or several pieces of connected material. For example, 'adhesive contact part (41) and non-adhesive contact part (42) can each contain separate pieces of material, or they can be connected by a boundary line, so that these parts do not need to be related. Description of the invention (16) It can be covered by folding each other. In the preferred embodiment, the release sheet (36) is provided by a single layer of material, but may be provided by two or more layers of material. The release sheet (36) may contain additional material to provide a * grip portion (39). The grip portion (39) is preferably made of a material that is connected to the non-adhesive contact portion (42). The surface area of the grip portion (39) is from 1 cm2 to 50 cm2, preferably from 5 cm2 to 20 cm2, and most preferably from 8 cm2 to 15 cm2. The holding portion (39) can be held by two or more, such as three fingers, according to the user's preferences and customary holding methods. Preferably, the excrement disposal device of the present invention is supplied in a pre-use structure, preferably in the form of a pleated layer. In a preferred pre-use structure, the piping (12) includes at least one pleated layer. In the case of the fecal management device (10), this fold is preferably aligned with the anal suture only later. The device (10) is preferably provided with an applicator (40) before use, as shown in FIG. 2 and described further in Patent Application No. PCT / US98 / 1 3298 (case name: applicator for fecal treatment device) By. When using the applicator (40), the pleats in the structure can be held by any device such as a rubber band before the use of piping. 1 and 2 show a top view and a cross-sectional view of a preferred embodiment of the present invention. In Figure 2, the device (10) is structured before its use, and the device is folded along the applicator (40). The release sheet (36) comprises a polyethylene sheet having two pleats (37) extending in the longitudinal direction. The two pleated layers (37) enable the release sheet (36) to be folded on either side of the piping (12), thus providing an adhesive contact portion (42) and a non-adhesive contact portion (42). The two non-adhesive contact portions (42) cover the adhesive contact portions (41). These pleats (37) are provided so that the tabs (13) (which help the positioning means (10)) on the piping (12) are not covered by the release sheet (36). The release sheet (36) may include additional material to provide a grip (39), and the grip (39) is preferably connected by a non-adhesive agent connected to it ------------ ------- Order --------- ^ (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) This paper size is applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 mm) -19- 487569 A7 ____ B7___ printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. 5. Description of the invention (17) Made of the material of the contact (42). The grips (39) are located on opposite sides of the longitudinal pleats (37). In this pre-use structure, the release sheet (36) includes two pleats (37), and after the pleats of the piping (12), it is " M " shaped (as viewed from the cross-sectional view of Fig. 2) ). The present invention effectively provides easy removal of the release sheet (36) in the following manner: the user of the excrement disposal device can hold the device (10) with one hand, generally placing the thumb and index finger on the applicator ( 40) On the tabs on both sides. The user uses the thumb and index finger of the other hand to hold the release piece (36) in the grip (39). In order to remove the release piece (36), the user pulls the release piece (36) away from the rolled edge (12) while holding the device with the other hand. The force applied during the pulling will be transmitted from the non-adhesive contact portion (42) of the release sheet (36) to the pleats (37) adjacent to the tab (13). These forces are further transmitted through the two-fold layer (37) to remove a part of the release sheet adjacent to the two-fold layer (37) and forming a part of the adhesive contact portion (41). Therefore, the pleat layer (37) provided by the adjacent part of the release sheet (36) is formed at a position closer to the line of the piping (12). During the removal operation of the release sheet (36), the pleats (37) will move toward the holes (21). Figure 4 shows one of the transition states removed. This removal procedure ensures effortless removal of the release piece (36), and evenly distributes the force of the relative applicator (40). Therefore, the device (10) can be kept in position on the applicator (40) and can be securely placed on the user. The device (10) can be held so that the user can pull the release sheet (36) towards. This method is considered to be the best removal method. After the release sheet (36) is removed, it can be easily handled and discarded by still holding its grip (39). In addition, after removal, the device can be held in an ideal manner, and a user can apply it continuously using an applicator (40). Description of the invention (18) In this example, the device also contains a sign (3 8) that can guide the user, see Figure 3, in The mark (38) on the release sheet (36) can indicate where the release sheet (36) is held and pulled in that direction to remove it. Such a mark (38) can be provided by an adhesive paper label fiber, or it can be directly marked with ink on the release sheet (36). Figures 5 and 6 show another preferred embodiment of the present invention. The fecal management device (10) is structured before use and is provided with an applicator (40). In the device (10) of this implementation, the release sheet (36) is provided with a pleating layer (37) in the horizontal direction. The release sheet (36) includes two adhesive contact portions (41) and two non-adhesive contact portions (42). Each of the two non-adhesive contact portions (42) covers an adhesive contact portion (41). The two non-adhesive contact portions (42) are each provided with additional material on one transparent side of the device (10) to provide a grip portion (39). The device (10) is additionally provided with a tab (1 3) containing a non-woven material, and the non-woven material constitutes a piping (1 2). When the release piece is peeled off by the grip portion (39), the hanging piece (13) helps to hold the device (10). The tabs can also be used later to assist in removing the device (10). The release sheet (36) is also designed to include another fold (37) extending in the longitudinal direction. Unlike the pleats (37) in the horizontal direction, the pleats (37) in the vertical direction are not functional in removing the release sheet (36), but can provide protection to the device before use. In another preferred embodiment, the release sheet (36) also covers any tabs (13) that can be formed by piping (12) to assist in positioning. In another example, the non-adhesive contact portion (42) can wrap the device before use, and they can be connected (eg, by adhesive, crimping, thermal bonding, perforation lines, etc.) to provide a pocket to hold the bag (U), other parts of the device, and applicator. (40). When preparing the positioning device (ίο), the non-adhesive contact portion (42) is stripped to cover the adhesive contact portion (4 丨), which can be additionally connected to provide the paper standard applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A4 specifications (210 X 297 Public Love) ----------- 4 (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs -------!线 —_---------------------- -21-487569 A7 B7 ------- V.
