Abstract

A method and a device for impact shielding capable of safely binding an infant with less impact at the time of vehicle collision, wherein an impact shielding device (10) with a rear plate panel (20) bound primarily by a three-point seat belt of the vehicle binds a protected body (infant) secondarily by a plurality of auxiliary belts (1a) to (1c) deploying forward from the rear side of the rear plate panel, and one or two or more of the auxiliary belts comprise a fuse mechanism part released by an overload in longitudinal direction and extending an effective length of the belt, whereby the fuse mechanism part overloaded according to the motion of the protected body at the time of collision of the vehicle is released gradually so as to gradually relieve a shock given from the auxiliary belts to the protected body.

/ A7 B7 五、發明說明(1 ) 〔技術領域〕 本發明係關於衝擊蔽護裝置及方法;特別是關於與車 輛等的3點式座位安全帶倂用而安全地蔽護(在容許的空 間及衝擊強度以內束縛)乘坐者(幼兒、年少者等)的身 體使乘坐者減少車輛衝擊時的衝擊之衝擊蔽護裝置及其方 法。 成爲強制使用之汽車用安全帶對減輕交通事故時的受 害極爲有效。但是附設的安全帶係供具有一定以上體格的 大人使用,不過幼兒等由於體格較小且在座位中也不斷改 變姿勢,因而萬一安全帶未扣上或是身體脫離安全帶等, 未達到使用安全帶的目的之情況也時常發生。此點,所謂 的兒童安全帶對減輕幼兒等的被害有效,日本警察廳爲了 令其普及化,已將此種的座位安全帶輔助用具(兒童安全 帶等)的裝備義務法制化。 本發明換言之係關於依據日本運輸省的年少者汽車輔 助乘車裝置型式指定基準的2 · 4所定義之「幼兒用座椅 」中2 . 4 . 1及2 . 8的「衝擊蔽護」。此處’ 2 . 4 中「幼兒用座椅」主要是不以座位的安全帶直接束縛幼兒 ;2 . 4 . 1〜2 . 4 . 4則是後方向或是前方向束縛或 是固定之裝置。另外,2 · 4 · 1及2 . 8的「衝擊蔽護 」係爲了當正面相撞時限制年少者往前方移動’而安裝在 年少者的正面之裝置。另外在於2 · 2 1中因應於年少者 的體重範圍而作區隔之年少者用輔助乘車裝置(本發明其 一例的製品)的對象區分爲限於w2 ( 9 k g以上· 1 8 本紙張尺度適用令國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁' r----訂--------- 經濟部智慧財產局員工消费合作社印製 ^4- 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明說明(2 ) k g以下)。另外考慮到車輛(汽車)的構造,從座位側 的基準(Z )點經量測之各基準値爲:頭部重心的移動容 許値S 6 0 0 m m、膝部間接的移動容許値S 7 0 0 m m 、頭部合成加速度的容許値S785m/s2、胸部合成速 度的容許値S588m/s2等。 〔先行技術〕 第2 5圖、第2 6圖係爲說明先行技術之圖(1 )、 (2):第2 5圖表示過去的兒童座椅(衝擊蔽護裝置) 之一例。在汽車的前部座椅搭載兒童座椅9 1,利用所要 (特定或配備)的座位安全帶41將該兒童座椅91束縛 (固定)在座位側。此兒童座椅9 1具備:豎立設置在幼 兒等的臀部間之豎杆構件9 3、及從這種兒童座椅的靠背 繞過幼兒的兩肩部展開到前部之2條輔助安全帶;使用時 讓幼兒等坐在兒童座椅9 1 ,且將輔助安全帶9 5連結到 豎杆構件先端部的帶扣,能夠對汽車的行進方向’前向安 全地束縛幼兒。 〔發明所欲解決之課題〕 但是上述過去的兒童座椅9 1只是體積龐大’對座位 的固定/卸取並不容易。因此對常設在自用車等時較方便 ,不過對放置在別人的汽車或汽車等時則無法容易地使用 。另外,將兒童座椅9 1常設在計程車等的營業車義務化 ,也對運作上會造成問題。 ^----K----訂--------- (請先閱讀背面之注音?事項再填寫本頁) 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) ^ A7 B7 五、發明說明(3 ) 另外第2 5圖重疊表示幼兒就座之正常狀態(虛線) 、及衝撞而拋向前方之狀態(實線)。依照過去的兒童座 椅9 1,則幼兒的腰部重心B由於從就座的當初至D = B 0 (大)的位置,所以能夠用於衝擊蔽護作用之剩餘空 間較窄。 另外,依照過去的兒童座椅9 1 ,由於安裝座位安全 帶4 1及輔助安全帶9 5都有遊隙,所以被拋到前方的幼 兒等起初未受到任何阻抗地被加速,其後的D = B 1的重 心位置突然間抵接到輔助安全帶9 5 ,利用該輔助安全帶 9 5急速地被減速。另外安裝各安全帶若沒有遊隙時,起 初就以輔助安全帶9 5被堅固束縛,急速地被減速。然後 ,這些狀況時幼兒等承受非常大的衝擊(反作動)。 第2 6圖表示車輛衝撞時的時間及速度•加速度的關 係。由於在t 0的時間點衝撞的汽車加諸負向較大的加速 度A,所以使該速度V急速減少,在t 5的時間點停止。 此外,由於車內的幼兒等慣性上承受相對較大的正向加速 度a ,安裝各安全帶若有遊隙時,則較輕的幼兒起初未受 到任何阻抗地急速地昇高其相對速度V。因此,抵接到輔 助安全帶9 5時的初速度V變大;由於此因幼兒由輔助安 全帶9 5承受非常大的反作動。另外安裝安全帶若無遊隙 時,則起初就因輔助安全帶9 5而承受非常大的反作動。 本發明鑑於上述過去技術的問題點,其目的係爲提供 車輛衝撞時安全地束縛幼兒等使幼兒受到較少的衝擊之衝 擊蔽護裝置及方法。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公楚) f請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁. -----訂·! - 經濟部智慧財產局員工消费合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明說明(8 ) 另外理想上本發明(7 )係如同上述本發明(1 )或 (2 ) ’其中例如如第1 3〜1 5圖所示,在護背板2 0 、兩肩安全帶1 a及1 b'臀部安全帶1 c及/或連結構 件5和7的各內側具備以防震性的彈性發泡樹脂等爲芯材 之衝擊緩和襯墊4 2。因此,能有效地緩和從護背板 2 0或各輔助安全帶1 a〜1 c所承受的衝擊或磨擦。 另外本發明(8 )的衝擊蔽護方法,係爲利用車輛等 的3點式安全帶第1次束縛護背板的前面之衝擊蔽護裝置 ,利用從前述護背板的背面側展開到前方之複數個輔助安 全帶第二次束縛被保護體(幼兒等)之衝擊蔽護方法;前 述輔助安全帶當中的1條或是2條具備以長條方向的負荷 解離而延長該輔助安全帶的有效長之保險措施機構部,車 輛衝撞時因應於被保護體的作動而使承受負荷之保險措施 機構部解離,因而階段地緩和被保護體從輔助安全帶所承 受的衝擊。 依據本發明(8 ):如同過去,並不是利用輔助安全 帶急速地止動車輛等的衝撞而拋到前方之被保護體(幼兒 等)’而是一邊適度地緩和被保護體從輔助安全帶所承受 的衝擊一邊漸漸地使其減速被保護體後才靜止之方法,因 而最終是能夠安全地束縛(衝擊蔽護)被保護體使其受到 較小的衝擊。 ‘另外,本發明(9 )的衝擊蔽護方法,係爲利用車輛 等的3點式座位安全帶所第1次束縛的申請專利範圍第1 項的衝擊蔽護裝置第2次束縛被保護體(幼兒)之衝擊蔽 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) -11 -
