4-6 0374 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明説明（I ) 發明領域 本發明是關於一種混合器；尤其’本發明之混合器的 形式是用於混合流體與顆粒材料，諸如乾燥而可流動的顆 粒狀混合物、液體中之顆粒狀的泥漿和液體。這些物料的 例子包含乾式/溼式的水泥混合物、灰泥、砂漿、砂粒、乾 式/溼式的動物飼料、化學製品、咖啡混合物、豆製品以及 無刺激性的飮料混合物。 發明背景 習知用以混合物顆粒物質和流體材料之混合器的設計 種類繁多。其中最爲人所熟悉的混合器，是一種架設在卡 車上而具有圓柱或錐形捲筒且可預拌混凝土的混合卡車。 這種混合卡車係用以運送在批量生產的工廠中已經混合物 好的水泥，並且將其排出到顧客所要求的建築場地。 在這種預拌水泥的工業中，當水泥需要運抵一特定的 工場時，該預拌水泥需在批量生產的工廠中製作並且裝塡 到該可預拌混凝土的混合卡車上。然後，該混合卡車便駛 往欲運送的目的地。一旦到達建築工地，該預拌混凝土即 可排出該卡車。 由於該預拌混凝土必需從批量生產的工廠製作和配銷 ，故預拌混凝土的供應商便遭遇到很多的限制。首先，如 果同時有多個客戶訂購大量的預拌混凝土，則該批量生產 工廠的產製能量將使得預拌混凝土公司運送各批材料到達 各個工場的能力受到限制。此外’溼式預拌混凝土的特性 是不容許像這種高活動量的情形實施預先配製，因爲水泥 4 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS ) Μ規格U〖0X297公疫） ----------装------訂 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 4 6 03 74 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 ______B7__ __ 五、發明説明（y) 可能在接獲訂購之後的製作與配送之間的時程之內凝結和 固化。有時候，也會發生客戶要求水泥製造商在一般作業 時間以外運送卻無法達成的情形。 爲了解決關於溼式預拌混凝土之生產和運送的問題， 於是推展出乾式預拌混凝土。但是，由於習知技藝中之卡 車形式的混合器並不能夠有效貯藏乾式預拌混凝土，故而 貯藏效率仍然是一個問題。欲解決藉由這種卡車運送乾式 預拌混凝土之貯藏的唯一方法，是將所有的卡車逐一排成 一列。然而，由於運送工人、卡車以及場地之無效率使用 的資金投資很高，故這並不是一個解決運送乾式預拌混凝 土之貯藏的可行之道。 而且，現今混合器捲筒的後側開口均具有一個裝塡漏 斗。該裝塡漏斗會阻塞開口，而無法在該開口的上方有效 地採用一個罩子的設計。 預拌混凝土的生產---溼式或乾式混合物---是一種 污染工業。因此，最好是讓它們設置在遠離主要都市或其 它高污染密度的地區，並且將它們設置在低污染密度及/或 低成本、隨時有效的地方。例如，將這種預拌混凝土的工 廠設置在印尼，然後再將產品供應到新加坡。 現今的系統均需使得水泥從一個製造工廠及/或貯藏筒 倉運送到一個適當形式的運輸貨櫃。在運輸的期間，大量 的水泥灰麈會釋出到大氣之中。當貨櫃抵達該位在或接近 一主要城市的預拌混凝土工廠時，水泥會被輸送到混凝土 的製造廠。再次地，大量的水泥灰塵也會釋出到大氣之中 5 未紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS ) A4規格（210 X 297公釐） n*In I—ί— _ 1 I -I ^^^1----- 】， 分 '-° (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 46 03 74 五、發明説明（、） 。右把适顚有關触的工業設置補近主要城市的地 方’則極不可行。 類似的問題也同樣發生在混凝土製造業裡的顆粒和砂 粒等物料中。 。因此’本難的_個目的是要提供—種改良混合器的 十’其可減輕與運種產品及/或半成品在使用之前的貯藏 及/或運送的相關問題。 發明槪要 依據本發明’其提供—種用於建築工地以提供混凝土 拌合料的方法，其步驟包含： a) 將一或多種原始成分裝載至一混合器的混合捲筒中 ，該原始成分爲選自由砂粒、花崗岩、水份、化學製品和 水泥所組成之族群中’且每一成分的份量均須符合一定比 例的要求’而該裝料的動作係在一或多種原始成分的生產 地或其鄰近處進行； b) 用一個罩子覆蓋該混合物捲筒，以防止不必要的水 份滲入以及防止該一或多種成分不慎流出；以及 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 ϋ ·- ---1 -I -I I----- -I I ^^1 1 -
