V. Invention Description G) The present invention relates to a method and device for sports, and in particular, it relates to driven components and legs of arms suitable for various sports equipment. Unique connection configuration between driven components. Exercise equipment has been designed to facilitate a variety of movements, many of which allow movement of both arms and legs. Examples of such equipment include elliptical exercise machines (see U.S. Pat. Nos. 5,242,343, 5,423,729,5,540,673, 5,725,457, And 5,792,026); free exercise machines (see U.S. Pat. Nos. 5,290,211, and 5,401,226); ride-on exercise machines (see U.S. Pat. Nos. 2,603,486, 5,695,434, and 5,997,446); slip / step exercise machines (see U.S. Patent Nos. 4,940,233, and 5,795,268); step exercise machines (see U.S. Patent No. 4,934,690); bicycle exercise machines (see U.S. Patent Nos. 4,188,030, and 4,509,742); and other, various exercise machines (see (U.S. Patent Nos. 4,869,494 and 5,039,088). All of these patents are incorporated herein by reference to show the proper use of the invention. On many of these exercise machines, the arm-driven and leg-driven components are synchronized for a coordinated "whole body" motion, which is considered advantageous as it makes the device fairly easy to use of. On the other hand, the quality of exercise you feel will outweigh the quality of real sports ’because these arms usually do very little work. In industrial parlance, these arms are usually the “competitive supporting roles”. Contrary to the aforementioned machines, other exercise machines have been developed to provide independent upper body movements and lower body movements. One such machine is the Nordic Track ski machine (see US Patent No. 4,728,102). The quality of the sport and the quality of the sport are relatively more suitable for this paper. Applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A4 (210X297 mm) --------- Λ ------- -^ ---- ^-k-(Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) • 4- 457106 7 V. Description of the invention (2) Intense 'improper exchange conditions are due to such arm movements and leg movements 'Independent features' Many people find these machines difficult to use. Compared with skis and other machines with independent movements, another disadvantage of "synchronous" machines is that the grip is usually restricted to move back and forth regardless of whether the user wishes to move his arms while moving his legs, at In this case, the grips may be a nuisance and / or a potential source of injury. A conventional solution to this problem is to selectively connect the grips to the leg-driven members or On this frame (see U.S. Patent No. 5,792,026), this method still has room for improvement in terms of the limits of movement that must be stopped to match the insertion of the pins. At the same time, there is an intermediate configuration in which each of the grips The position is not commanded by either the leg-driven member or the frame. 'Accordingly, the 5,792,026 patent discloses that when the pins are completely removed,' the arms can move independently of the legs. But ' The operation of this selection mode will only bring the user back to the difficulty often associated with machines with uncoordinated arm and leg movements, and it does not state that movement must be stopped in order to Change between modes. After learning that the aforementioned various body exercise machines have certain shortcomings, there is still room for improvement relative to body exercise machines. The present invention provides a leg-driven member and an arm cover for connecting to a sports machine. The unique method and device of the driving member, the present invention can be implemented in different ways to achieve different results. For example, the present invention can limit the driven member of one arm at the same time (a) synchronized with the driven member of one leg and (b) when The leg driven member can be moved through a variable range of motion when it moves through a fixed range of motion. The present invention can also limit the size of a paper wave to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm), .ϋ ϋ I In-. Description of the invention (3) At the same time, the driven member of the arm (a) is synchronized with the driven member of one leg and is optional at any time It can be implemented by moving. The present invention can also be implemented in a way that restricts one arm driven member at the same time (a) being synchronized with one leg driven member and (b) receiving resistance irrespective of the leg driven member. The present invention It can also be implemented in a way that restricts the driven member of one arm to (a) be selectively determined by the frame and the leg member and (b) be determined by one or the other. Various embodiments of the present invention generally include A frame; a leg driven member; an arm driven member; and a transmission assembly connected therebetween, generally speaking, at least one of the leg driven member and the arm driven member is pivoted to the frame And at least different connection points are formed between the frame, the leg driven member, and the arm driven member. In certain embodiments, the transmission assemblies are provided as described in the preceding paragraph. All the characteristics are connected between the leg driven member and the arm driven member. In some embodiments, the 'first and second link systems are pivotally connected to each other and pivotally connected to the leg-driven member and the arm-driven member to pivot together in a common direction of rotation. Between the leg driven member and the arm driven member 'In these embodiments, the range of motion of the arm driven member is a function of the position of the pivot between the first and second links. Description of Invention (6) The dynamic assembly is shown in Figure 4 It is positioned on the ground; FIG. 10 is a side view of another transmission assembly constructed according to the principle of the present invention, which is mounted on an elliptical motion machine, and its configuration allows the grip to move through a relatively small Fig. Π is a side view of the transmission assembly and elliptical motion machine of Fig. 10, Shaped grip can move through a relatively large range of motion; and a pigsty 12 is a schematic diagram applicable to the transmission assembly and the elliptical exercise machine of FIG. 10-11 of a control system. A transmission assembly constructed in accordance with the principles of the present invention is shown as 100 in Figures 1-9. The transmission assembly shown in FIG. 1 is connected to a motion device 200, which can be roughly described as similar in many respects. An elliptical motion machine disclosed in U.S. Patent No. 5,895,339, which is incorporated herein by reference. However, the present invention is not limited to this specific exercise machine, nor is it limited to any particular exercise machine, but can be applied to various exercise equipment having first and second limb movement members. Other applicable examples refer to the other patents mentioned above, which are hereby incorporated by reference. The transmission assembly 100 and the movement device 200 are generally symmetrical with each other in a vertical plane extending longitudinally through the center thereof. The only exception is the relative orientation of the link assembly components on opposite sides of the symmetrical plane. To say 'the right' component is 180 degrees out of phase relative to the 'left' component. However, the class labels are used to indicate both "right" and "left" components, and when referring only to one or more components on one side of a device, it should be understood that the corresponding components are provided in The paper size on the opposite side of the device applies the Chinese National Standard {CNS) A4 specification (210 > < 297mm) --------- Λ --------- ^ ---- (Please read the notes on the back before filling this page) -9- Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 4 5 7 1 0 6 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (7), at the same time as the plane of symmetry Most parts of the frame that cross over exist individually and therefore do not have any "opposite side" opposing parts. In addition, in terms of referring to the front or rear part, it should be understood here that a variety of configurations can be made for a user to move while facing either direction with respect to the link assembly. The transmission assembly 100 is mounted on a frame member and connected between a leg driven member 120 and an arm driven member 130. In this embodiment 100, the leg driven member 12o It is pivotally connected to the frame member 110 at a pin joint or yoke axis pA, and the arm driven member 13 is pivotally connected to the frame member 110 at a pin joint or pivot PB. However, other embodiments of the present invention may be constructed in such a manner that one of the two driven members is pivotally connected to the frame, and the other member is supported by the pivoting member and / or some other link. The transmission assembly 100 includes first and second "guide" links 140 and 150 pivotally connected to each other and operatively connected between the leg driven member 120 and the arm driven member 130, and pivotally connected to each other. And each of the first and second "limiting" links 160 and 170 operatively connected between the frame member 110 and each of the first and second guide links 140 and 150. These modifiers "lead" and "restriction" are used only for ease of reference in this specification and the scope of patent application described below. The leg-driven member 120 includes upper and lower sections extending radially away from the pivot PA in substantially opposite directions. One of the lower ends is connected to a leg movement assembly described below. Pivot to the first guide link 140 at the pin joint or pivot PC. In other words, the pivot pc is restricted. Invention Explanation (8) Formed around the pivot with the leg-driven member 120? Eight pivots. nnn: I 1--ϊ I—--: n *. r (Please read the notes on the back before filling this page) The arm is driven radially by the driving member 130 away from the pivot pB and is terminated at a A grip 133, a middle portion of the arm driven member 130 (relatively closer to the pivot pB than the grip 133) is attached to one of the pin joint or the pivot pE and the second guide link 150 The first part is pivoted, in other words, the pivot PE is restricted to rotate around the pivot together with the arm driven member 13o. Another part of the second guide link 150 is pivotally connected to another part of the first guide link 140 at the stick shaft pD. The member of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, X Consumer Cooperative, printed the distance between the pivotal PD and the pivotal sleeve PC which is approximately equal to the distance between the pivotal PC and the pivotal PA 'and the pivotal pd is movable and Roughly align the pivot PA (see Figure 4-5). When the pivot PD is nearly aligned with the pivot PA, the 'first guide link 140 is substantially restricted to pivot about the pivot PA together with the leg-driven member 120, and therefore the second guide link 150 produces the smallest movement effect. On the other hand, when the Z axis pd moves away from the alignment position relative to the pivot PA (moves to the configuration shown in Figs. 2-3), the first guide link 140 will be relative to the pivot PA Move more (and rotate less), so a more obvious movement effect is produced on the second guide link 150. This structure enables the leg-driven member 120 and the arm-driven member 130 on the same side to pivot about their respective pivots PA and PB in a common rotation direction, and its configuration can make the latter configuration (shown (Figures 2-3) provide a full arm swing, and the former configuration (shown in Figures 4-5) provides a greatly reduced arm swing and / or insignificant arm swing. In this way, what we can understand here is the term "minimum motion" or "minimum stroke length", which is intended to indicate that there is no movement 'and that the paper size is relatively small. The weight of the connecting rods 150, 160 and 170 also contributes to this biasing force, and it may even be sufficient to omit the spring in another embodiment. In any case, the buffer in the telescopic member 180 prevents the assembly 100 from suddenly moving from one extreme to the other extreme 'depending on the magnitude of the biasing force' the shrinkage of the buffer to the telescopic member i 80 (relative to Stretch) impose a larger limit D according to an appropriate external influence 'the second limit link 170 is pivoted upward and backward about the pivot PB in an opposite direction, in embodiment 100, this The so-called "external influence" means that the user exerts force on one or two grips 133, according to which the user can pull and / or push each of them in a manner that is better coordinated with the movement of the leg-driven member 120. Grip 33 to increase the arm stroke (during exercise). In general, the length of the arm's motion stroke is a function of the force applied by the user to the grips 133 (under a predetermined set of operating parameters). In Example 100, the buffering characteristics of the telescopic member 18 limits the length of the arm's movement strokes in a single motion cycle. Regardless of the size of the arm's movement strokes, the grips 133 remain the same. It is synchronized with the leg-driven member 120. If necessary, the usable range of motion can be selectively limited by adjusting a stop in the telescopic member 80 and / or relative to one of the links in the assembly 100. In other embodiments, the telescoping member 180 may be omitted or replaced by other suitable devices. For example, a linear actuator may be used to replace the telescoping member 180. The transmission assembly ι00 shown in Figures 7-9 is attached to an elliptical motion device 200. The leg motion part of the device is similar in many respects to the motion disclosed in U.S. Patent No. 5,895,339. Machine (which is added here as a reference). The frame member 11 (or front pillar) is connected to a base 212 extending from a front end to a rear end and configured to be placed on a floor surface, and a rear pillar or frame member 2 14 is formed by a base near the rear end. 212 extends upward. A chain assembly (including the leg driven member 120) is movably connected between the rear pillar 214 and the front pillar no. Generally speaking, the link assembly is opposite to the frame to connect the leg driven members 120. The knuckle moves in a manner of a substantially elliptical motion of the foot platform 222. The term "elliptical motion" is intended to broadly describe a closed motion path having a relatively longer first axis and a relatively shorter second axis, which is perpendicular to the first axis. In addition to the left and right leg driven members 120, the link assembly generally includes left and right foot support members 220, left and right connecting links 230, left and right cranks 240, and left and right swing links 250 . The operation of the leg movement part of the machine 2000 is roughly the same in these two different states, and there is no need to interrupt the leg movement when switching between the two states. The Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Intellectual Property, Ma β Industry Consumer Cooperative, printed a flywheel 280 that is fixed on the crankshaft and is therefore restricted to rotate with the crank 240. The flywheel adds inertia to the connecting rod assembly, and any known impedance mechanism can Also (or alternatively) connected to the flywheel (or directly connected to the cranks 240) to increase impedance, for example, a tow band 288 can be placed around the circumference of the flywheel 280 and maintain tension, as in the United States The one shown in Patent No. 4,023,795 (which is incorporated herein by reference). Other suitable impedance mechanisms include conventional electric brake structures and other conventional types of mechanical brake structures. The response comes from a button 338 (or a force sensor) on a grip 333. ) Control signal, the motor 381 rotates the guide screw 383 to reposition the coupling member 385 along both the guide screw 383 and the distal end portion above the leg-driven member 320. The button 338 on the left handle 333 preferably sends a signal to each motor 3 8 1 to turn each guide screw 383 ′ in a first direction and the button 338 on the right handle 333 preferably sends a signal to each The motor 3 81 rotates each guide screw 383 in a second, opposite direction. The buttons 338 are connected to a common controller, and the controller is connected to each motor 38 1 via, for example, each metal wire 336. The controller is preferably contained in the user interface 319. On each side of the assembly 300, a leg driven member 320 is pivotally connected to the frame 391 at the stern shaft QB, and a guide or slot 336 is provided in the middle portion of the arm 330 to accommodate a roller or The protruding post 360 connects the pivot of the leg driven member 320 to the pivot of the arm driven member 330. When the convex column 360 is adjusted toward the Z axis QA (see FIG. 10), the angular movement of the arm driven member 330 approaches zero because the convex column 360 moves through a relatively small arc. On the other hand, when the convex column 360 is adjusted away from the pivot paper size, the Chinese national standard {CNS) A4 specification (210X297 gong) is applied (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page)-Order the wisdom of the Ministry of Economy Finance 4 Bureau employee consumption cooperation Du printed -18- 457106 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (16) When the axis is QA (see Figure 11) 'The arm is moved closer by the angle of the driving member 330, due to the position of the convex column 360 Moving through a sizable lone line. In embodiments with most linear actuators or other powered mechanisms to adjust the range of motion of the arm, independent arm impedance can be provided by controlling the impedance to the motion of the legs. As shown in FIG. 12, for example, the force sensor 339 may be placed on the arm driven member 330 and connected to a controller 3 1 9 ^ The controller 3 19 may also (for example, via the crank 394 ) An impedance device 399 (such as an electromagnetic brake) connected to the leg-driven members 320 is connected. For a predetermined leg motion impedance setting, the controller 319 increases the resistance of the device 399 in response to the user's application of force against the driven members 330 of the arms, and then responds to the user's reduction in resistance against the driven members of the legs. The applied force reduces the resistance of the device 399. On machines that use a powered adjustment mechanism or a spring-biased adjustment mechanism to adjust the range of motion of the grip, these machines can be designed to move the arms to a special position when released by a user Up (for example, a foremost position). At the same time, the powered adjustment mechanism can be designed to quickly adjust the arm's motion in response to sensing that the user's hand is on or off such grips or turning — a switch 'instead of responding to the force applied by the user. Action range. Taking the foregoing embodiment as an example, the present invention may also be described in functional terms in the following multi-line text. For example, on a motion device, the motion device includes a frame designed to rest on a floor surface; a left arm driven member and a right arm driven member; and a left leg driven member and a Right leg driven member, each leg driven member and each paper size are applicable to Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page} -Installation. 嗥 Ministry of Economics Printed by the Intellectual Property Bureau's Consumer Cooperatives-19-457106 A7 B7 V.
