Description of the invention (/) Field of the invention The present invention relates to the field of induction devices, and more particularly, it relates to Coil, coil, ballast, and similar metal core iron induction device. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION For transformers and other inductive devices for low-frequency applications consisting of a magnetic core, it is common and common that it is composed of multiple layers of steel sheets, and the steel sheets are punched and stacked to produce the desired Core thickness. In recent years, the thickness of the embossing (such as the number of pieces required) has been determined by a set of eddy current currents that carefully limit the number of pieces required. For this reason, individual steel sheets of a selected thickness are coated with an oxide, lacquered or otherwise electrically insulated from each other, thereby reducing / minimizing eddy currents in the magnetic core. The magnetic core of a transformer or the like usually passes through the center of the conductive winding and terminates thereon, thereby providing a closed magnetic circuit. Since the 5 core can also support conductive windings, it is logical to also use the core to support the transformer. In other words, a magnetic core is attached to a container or a substrate to support the transformer. Transformers and other inductive devices generate heat in nature, and they must be dissipated, otherwise their power characteristics will be changed. If the transformer and other induction devices are overheated, the conductive windings will be shorted and burned. > In small devices, air is usually used for cooling, and sometimes heat sinks / heat sinks or the like are used to assist heat dissipation. In large installations, windings and magnetic cores can be propelled by accelerating air, or immersed in oil or other 4 paper sizes applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 mm) ^ ---- -------- ^ .'- ^ —_---- Order --------- Line :, (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) Employees of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs Consumption Cooperation Du Yin 45421 3 A7 ___ B7 V. Description of the Invention (I) Cooling in liquid. Heat sinks, radiator ducts, or both are also used on the container, and this concentrated stream of water flows through the cooling fins or ducts to the heated liquid. If further cooling is required, a pump is generally resorted to to force the liquid to flow 'and / or a fan' to allow more air to circulate through its cooling mechanism. When a stacked metal sheet is used as the magnetic core of the induction device, it usually mentions its appearance, such as E, which has a conductive winding on the center leg of E. After the winding is set, the end of E is usually connected in another I-shaped stack to complete its magnetic circuit. Using this technique, it will be understood that the windings need to be individually wound and thereafter placed on a magnetic core. The windings must therefore be large enough to pass through the magnetic core. Since the conductive winding must be loosened slightly from the core, such a structure will contribute to the inherent noise. Therefore, when the AC voltage should be dropped to the conductive winding, the metal piece will follow the AC magnetic field or subharmonic response, causing the iron core to vibrate. Any gaps or spaces created between conductive and magnetic components will also reduce the efficiency of coupling and implementation. Transformers and other inductive devices also generate electromagnetic fields in nature. Such an electromagnetic field outside the device would reduce its efficiency and interfere with the external environment at the time. Although the strong reading of the electromagnetic field decreases with the distance from the transformer, the protection of the electromagnetic field source or the affected components is usually required. As components in today's electronics world are made more sensitive and packaging is denser, it is striking that its susceptibility to electromagnetic interactions has increased. To ensure the best performance of these components, stray electromagnetic fields must be minimized at a substantial cost. As mentioned above, these paper fields can be applied to the 5 paper sizes of the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 public love) '------------ < sincere --- K ----- Order --------- Ί / ί \. '((Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) 4542 1 3 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (3) Reduced to The minimal method will provide protection around its source to suppress electromagnetic fields and avoid interference from external sources. Therefore, an important aspect of the present invention is to provide a metal wire core induction device in an efficient and cost-effective manner, Such as a transformer or a protected transformer._ The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a method and mechanism for overcoming the limitations of the conventional technology, and to provide a magnetic core formed by a plurality of metal wires. The improved induction device .. Another object of the present invention is to provide an induction device which extends the metal wire surrounding the magnetic core to surround the conductive winding, so that the magnetic core will substantially suppress the electromagnetic field radiated from the device.

Description of the invention () As best shown in FIG. 2 and according to an important aspect of the present invention, the magnetic core 16 of the transformer 10 is composed of a plurality of metal wires 17 instead of a conventional steel sheet. The conductive windings 18 and 19 is usually received on the magnetic core. A plurality of metal wires 17 used to form the magnetic core 16 extend and further surround the core 16 and enclose the conductive windings 18 and 19. The ends of the plurality of metal wires Π meet, And held together by the cuff 15 to form a complete magnetic The wires 11 and 12 pass through a plurality of metal wires 17, respectively, so as to be connected to the conductive windings 18 and 19. According to another object of the present invention, the metal wires 17 form a shield 13 to substantially suppress the radiation from the transformer 10. Electromagnetic fields, and reduce electromagnetic field intrusions including electromagnetic interference and / or magnetic flux from external sources. The metal wires forming at least a part of the shield 13 are bundled by metal wires 23 wound laterally, as shown in FIG. 3, which can provide additional Protection. Preferably, the metal wire 23 is a pure iron or steel wire, which is used to bind the end of the metal wire I7, thus replacing the cuff 15 or at least a part of the protective body 13. The mounting post 14 extends through the bottom of the transformer 10 to provide a convenient mounting member for the transformer 10. It is located at the center of the magnetic core 16 and supports the mounting pillars 14 appropriately and simply by being buried within a plurality of metal wires 17 forming the magnetic core 16. Of course, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the mounting post 14 may support the transformer 10 from the bottom, or the transformer 10 may lean against the mounting post 14 and instead extend beyond the top of the transformer 10. As shown in FIG. 3, an alternative embodiment of the transformer 20 according to the present invention is similar to the transformer 10, and the conductive windings 21 and 22 are disposed on the magnetic core 24 near each other, instead of the same as the transformer. 1 One of the 11 paper sizes is in accordance with the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 mm) ^ ----------- ^^ --- ^ ----- ^ Order- ------- line r ......_ / V (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) 454213 V. Description of the invention (?) (Please read the precautions on the back before completing this Page) windings on top of another winding. In addition, the mounting pillars 25 extend beyond the top and bottom of the transformer 20. It is inevitable that the transformer 20 may be mounted from the top or bottom, or from both ends thereof. Although the use of mounting posts provides an easy and convenient way to mount the transformer, it is still desirable to use the transformer of the present invention in a conventional installation, where the mounting posts are not convenient. Traditional transformers are typically supported by the structure of their magnetic cores. Since the magnetic core of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is not suitable for providing similar support, a mounting post 14 or 25 can be used to fix the transformer to the bracket, and it can be provided to serve as a conventional transformer. Alternatively, the area of the magnetic core may not have pillars, but be filled with core metal wires firmly secured by other members such as an external endless belt. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs The use of multiple metal wires to form a magnetic core and electromagnetic shield will produce an efficient method for making induction devices. According to its method, Fig. 4a shows a step of forming a magnetic core 29, which gathers a plurality of metal wires drawn from a spool frame (not shown) into a wire bundle 28, and bundles the wires to a predetermined length. . The magnetic core 29 produced is held together by a cuff 30 or the like. It will be acknowledged that the multiple wires drawn from the spool frame can all be the same diameter or a combination of different diameters. As mentioned above, metal wires of different diameters are used to provide a denser packing of the magnetic core 29, thereby improving its magnetic characteristics. According to this preferred method, one less conductive winding 31 in the chamber is then disposed on the magnetic core 29. According to the conventional technology, a conductive winding can be formed by winding a metal wire coil or a main shaft S, so as to penetrate the magnetic core. However, 12 paper sizes 1¾ use Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specifications (210 X 297 mm): " 45421 3 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (θ), according to an important aspect of the present invention is better, 'conducting winding 31 It is directly wound on the magnetic core 29. As shown in P 4b, the β shown by the arrow A is beneficial. The conductive winding 31 so directly provided on the fe core 29 provides a more efficient method and eliminates the conventional Some steps in the manufacturing method are more economical. -Another advantage is that by winding the conductive winding 31 directly on the magnetic core 29, the conductive winding 31 assists to bind the metal wires tightly together to form a core, thereby providing several mechanical and electrical advantages. These advantages include tighter magneto-electric coupling and reduced vibration noise from the core. Figure 4c illustrates an alternative method of forming a magnetic core according to the present invention. In this alternative method, a magnetic core 32 is formed by supplying one or more metal wires 33 to the winding machine W. Since this type of winding machine W can be very high speed, a single thin wire is used to form the magnetic Iron core 32 is the most feasible. However, it is also possible to use various metal wires having different diameters, geometrically size these metal wires, and arrange them in a tightly packed manner. The plurality of metal wires 33 are removed from the winding machine W 'to a predetermined length, and are straightened as shown in Fig. 4d. Prior to cutting, by appropriately deforming the wound metal wire 34, its ends will become substantially square. As in the preferred method shown in Fig. 4a, the cuff 30 or the like holds a plurality of metal wires 33 together, thereby forming a magnetic core 32. The conductive winding 35 is set on a better magnetic core 29. The next step of the preferred method is to protect the induction device by forming a plurality of metal wires 28. The metal wires extend out of the magnetic core 29 and surround the winding. 'Use ... to wrap the winding and form a complete magnetic circuit. A pair of cones C expands their metal wires in a generally radial manner. The conventional components can then be used to form the metal wire 28, which is completely wrapped around the conductive winding 35 'to form a shield, which is generally not shown in Figure 1. Those skilled in the art will recognize that the magnetic core of the induction device preferably forms a complete magnetic circuit. As best shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the formation of the plurality of metal wires 17 surrounding the conductive windings 18, 19 by extending the magnetic core 16 causes the ends of the metal wires to be connected. According to the method of the present invention, it is preferable to prepare a clean metal wire 17 at the ends; when the ends of the metal wires are connected, they are held together by a cuff 15 or other connecting members. Alternatively, the cuff 15 may be connected or replaced with pure iron or steel wire and wound around its device laterally. In addition to providing a complete magnetic circuit, it will be known that the entire inductive device, such as the transformer 10, will be covered by a metal wire 17 forming a shield 13. The device made according to the method of the present invention can therefore be used in an environment of electrical noise without adversely affecting or being affected by surrounding components. Therefore, it is to be understood that the present invention provides a high-efficiency method for manufacturing an induction device and a high-efficiency induction device. It should be noted that the core metal wire of the present invention will be substantially made of silicon and other steel materials similar to those used in conventional cores. Furthermore, the procedure for obtaining the metal wires will & produce the same essential structure that is desired, and it will also be found in stamped metal sheets in an appropriate manner. The surface of the metal wire of the present invention will be coated with a layer of material that is electrically insulated from each other, thereby reducing eddy currents' and will affect 14 ------------- {装 ------------ V ---- III 1 V.
