t麵!_, <請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填贫本頁) -13- A7 4495 6 ______B7 五、發明說明(11 ) 而在於互相抵接的第1、第2引擎區塊3 2、33的 座部7 8與第1變速機外殼3 7的座部7 9,以及互相抵 接的第1、第2引擎區塊32、33的轂部81、81 ; 83、83與第1變速機外殼37的轂部82、82 ; 8 4、8 4之間,係形成可構成隔熱空氣層的空間S (請 參考第3圖)。藉由以這種方式在於第1 、第2引擎區塊 3 2、3 3與第1變速機外殼3 7之間形成可構成隔熱空 氣層的空間S ,可以防止引擎E的熱傳遞到皮帶式無段變 速機T,所以不必特別地提高皮帶式無段變速機T的冷卻 功能,即可確保較爲怕熱的V型皮帶6 4的耐久性。 又,如第1 1圖所示,當組裝動力單元P的時候,可 預先將皮帶式無段變速機T的驅動滑輪5 4組裝到被當作 一個總成已經組裝好的引擎E的曲軸3 1 ,然後,再利用 四支螺栓74、74 ; 75 、75來將第1 、第2引擎區 塊32、33與第1變速機外殼37結合在一起。此時, 因爲第1變速機外殼3 7的開口 7 7的直徑大於組裝到曲 軸3 1上的驅動滑輪5 4的最大外徑,所以可毫無阻礙地 將第1、第2引擎區塊32、33與第1變速機外殼37 結合在一起,而提高組裝性。 如第2圖和第3圖所示|踩踏式起動桿2 5的軸桿 2 6以及起動軸8 5係以懸臂狀被支承於位在車體外側的 第2變速機外殻3 8,軸桿2 6係從第'2變速機外殼3 8 突出到外部,並且起動軸8 5係以同一軸心面對於曲軸 3 1的軸端。受到彈簧8 6朝恢復原本位置方向彈推之被 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 * 297公釐) I----- Ί----!_ 裝!l·!
