Abstract

This invention is about the input apparatus that uses the device, which is used for computers and so on, for detecting distortion. The subject of this invention is described in the following. For the conventionally known input apparatus, there is no shielding component for distortion detecting devices 53, 54 and conduction wires 55, 56. Therefore, there are destruction problems occurred in distortion detecting devices 53, 54 and conduction wires 55, 56 due to the static electricity generated when the operation portion 51a is operated. The solving means of this invention is shown below. For the input apparatus of this invention, under the status that the conduction pattern 18 formed on the soft substrate 13 is electrically insulated from the distortion detecting devices 20a to 20d, the shielding plate 29 is installed at the upper portion of the conduction pattern 18 and the distortion detecting devices 20a to 20d. Therefore, the static electricity generated when the operation portion 3 is operated can be eliminated through the shielding plate 29 such that the input apparatus without destructing the conduction pattern 18 and the distortion detecting devices 20a to 20d can be provided.
