The wrench comprises a inner peripheral teeth provided on an annular portion formed at a tip end of body handle allowing swaying operation; a segment cam, capable of being engaged with or disengaged from the inner peripheral teeth, contained in the annular portion; a driving body having a driving salient; a spring provided on the driving body capable of urging the segment cam towards the inner peripheral teeth to engage with the inner peripheral teeth; and a cap body provided on a switching board, indicating with switching letters (R, L), which is above the driving body, and marked with an arrow on the surface.
