Abstract
This invention is about standardized fast assembly structure for global receptacles. Particularly, it is about the fixing stand of receptacle that has one or more than one embedded assembly holes, in which the receptacles with different insertion holes from each nation in accordance with the requirement are embedded and assembled. Therefore, the receptacles from each nation can be fast assembled to complete the design of power source connection-configuration. For the bottom portion of the receptacle base, screwing holes or metal-pin connecting components for tightly closing insertion holes are installed at the bottom portion. Each one of the metal-pin connecting components is individually connected with the conduction racks inside the base and the grounding guide-rack. An electric conduction device with screw thread can be fast installed individually at the screw hole portion of each one of the metal-pin connecting components such that current can be guided into the interior of receptacle. In addition, the receptacle stated above can be fast embedded and assembled on the fixing stand of receptacle, in which the fixing stand of receptacle is composed of a bottom stand and the upper-case stand that has at least one or more than one embedded assembly holes. The clamping terminals are installed at the relative positions to each one of embedded assembly holes of the upper-case stand and the bottom stand.It can be individually inserted to connect as one body with the conduction device installed at the receptacle bottom portion. These clamping terminals are embedded and installed inside the rim of plural fixing frames. A safety separation plate is installed between bottom stand and upper-case stand. On the safety separation plate, the holes that can be passed through by the conduction device installed at the receptacle bottom portion are installed at the positions relative to each set of clamping terminals. By use of this design, the receptacles with different insertion holes from each nation can be individually embedded and assembled into each embedded assembly hole on the fixing stand of receptacle in accordance with the requirement. Therefore, the conduction device installed at the receptacle bottom portion is made to pass through the hole of safety separation plate and is inserted to connect as one body with clamping terminals installed at the bottom stand such that power source is conducted to receptacle and is provided for each type electric power plug to connect and use. Additionally, through the use of spring button installed at both sides of receptacle, receptacle can be fast locked and fixed at each embedded assembly position of receptacle fixing stand. Furthermore, through the design of safety separation plate, the clamping terminal with electricity will not be touched with the non-embedded receptacle as to reach the safety purpose. Therefore, this invention is a high degree invention that uses the technology idea of nature rule.
