This invention provides an anti-copy method of memory device, especially a method for protecting the main data program file of memory device. It uses an anti-copy program to code partially or entirely the main program to be protected, which is then replaced by a checking program used as a main program. Besides, the anti-copy program can use the transmission method of ""specific prime number"" to deal with data to prevent general program copy. Thus, it can add a check code at a specific location for comparison. If the checking program and the anti-copy program detect a wrong check code, it is known that the software stored in the memory device is not the original version. Therefore, this invention can block or stop the copy of data and achieve the goal of protecting intellectual property rights.
