經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 ___B7__ 五、發明說明（1 ) 【產業上之技術領域】 本發明係有關可適用於衣物等纖維製品之帶狀連結零 件、及採用此零件之附罩杯女性用衣物。本發明之帶狀連 結零件，非常適用於例如前開式之附罩杯女性用衣物之前 中心之連結零件。做爲有關如此之本發明之附罩杯女性用 衣物，特別詳之，包括有鋼絲型胸罩、緊身衣、束身等之 裝飾衣物、或附罩杯長襯裙、附罩杯短襯衣等之貼身襯衣 物，再者有韻律服、泳衣、附罩杯禮服等之衣物（洋裝） 【先行技術】 胸罩不僅是具有支持乳房的保護功能，也具有將乳房 做造型朝上提之挺胸功能。而，做爲此型胸罩之其中一種 ，在覆蓋左右一對乳房之罩杯部之下方彎曲部，縫入有弧 形（半圓弧形、或略呈U字形）罩杯鋼絲部之鋼絲型胸罩 ，已廣爲人知。做爲此種之胸罩，已知有構成左右一對之 罩杯部之兩罩杯用布用前中心布連結之胸罩。又，將前中 心布左右分割，以可裝卸之連結用具連結左右一對之前中 心布，即所謂前開式胸罩亦已爲人知。 例如，於日本實開昭5 7 _ 7 1 4 0 7、同實開昭 5 7 - 7 4 9 1 4號公報，揭示有關在穿著狀態上’靠著 於上下方向可轉動之連結用具連結前中心之胸罩。又’例 如於日本實開昭62 — 1 12304 6號公報，揭示有可適用於胸罩之前鉤之連結用舅r ，不過此類爲關於穿著狀態上於上下方向爲不能轉動之連 結用具。再者，於實開平7_6 2 1 7號公報揭示有授乳 用胸罩，被採用於此前中心之連結用具也是在穿著狀態上 於上下方向不能轉動。 【發明之揭示】 如上述之前開式胸罩，因於身體的前方（前中心）有 連結用具，故對穿著者有穿著動作容易之利點。再者’採 用鋼絲之前開式胸罩，沿胸下弧線（乳房下緣之半圓形輪 廓）之罩杯鋼絲部被縫入形成罩杯部’因此提高了罩杯的 保型性，實現了挺胸功能及豐胸功能。 不過，穿著者在做帶有上半身屈伸或扭轉的運動時’ 即使採用了鋼絲，兩罩杯部也會很容易地偏離當初穿著的 位置。又，乳房比通常較大（豐滿）、或有下垂傾向或向 左右分開之情形，穿著後兩罩杯部之下脅側會很容易朝下 側錯離。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印一^ 特別是前開式胸罩，下胸緣部份傾於鬆弛’罩杯鋼絲 部容易移動而錯開。具體說明此情形如下’例如曰本實開 平3 _6 9 4 1 2號公報揭示之鉸鏈結合型連結用具’其 本身爲在胸罩穿著狀態上於上下方向爲不能轉動。但是先 行技術則爲’在構成連結用具之雌、雄兩鉤子零件之基底 部形成有裙岔狀之貫通洞，在此穿過織布之布條織布 之帶子，將此縫在前中心布上來連結左右罩杯部°因此’ 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS)A4规格（2丨0x 297公釐） 劣，特別是乳房豐滿或有下垂傾向的女性、重視運動功能 性的年輕女性們不太使用前開式胸罩。 又，如上述之情形，對於胸罩以外之其他附罩杯女性 用衣物，例如附罩杯長襯裙或緊身衣等也是同樣的。亦即 ，在前開式附罩杯女性用衣物之場合，重要的是能夠在前 中心安定地連結兩罩杯部，且不給穿著者強迫的負擔或壓 迫感，而這些要求爲相互矛盾之關係（所謂交換（ trade off)的關係）要用向來的技術同時解決是 很困難的。 又，與上述問題類似之問題點，也存在於授乳用胸罩 之肩帶及罩杯部的連結、或於左右之背後部的背中心之連 結上。例如，在背中心行背後部連結之胸罩，其背中心之 連結用具不具備有一邊擁有彈性、柔軟性一邊還能連結須 保持一定重量乳房之左右罩杯部、或直接支持罩杯部之功 能。而，根據穿著者之體格或運動的程度則在裝有連結用 具的背中心之布條或帶子上容易產生變形，給予穿著感惡 劣或走樣之虞。 一零件能安定地裝卸，且能維持其柔軟性地連結起來是很 困難的，也期望能開發出解決這些問題點的新的連結技術 〇 本發明，是爲了解決這類問題點之作，可適用於附罩 杯女性用衣物等之各種纖維製品，目的爲提供一能將例如 像胸罩之兩罩杯部之纖維製品之各零件安定地裝卸地可連 結之帶狀連結零件。 又本發明之目的爲提供不損鋼絲型優於所謂胸部的造 型性和罩杯的保型性及安定性之特徵’又不發生起因於穿 著後之走樣或走位之穿著感之劣化’且優於易脫易穿之前 開式附罩杯女性用衣物。 有關本發明之帶狀連結零件’其特徵爲具備有可縫在 織布、不織布或此類之複合布上之一對的帶子構件，及分 別裝在此一對的帶子構件之先端處，彼此可互相裝卸地連 結的一對連結構件；一對之連結構件’具備有以塑膠一體 成形之連結部及基底部，同時其基底部被固定於一對的帶 子構件之先端部，且在基底部至少形成有一個凹部，讓縫 之互相對應的位置上形成上述之凹部。因若設計成如此之 埋入型，則連結構件及帶子構件堅固地結合一起’且兩面 之凹部的位置對應，就可將縫針穿通此處縫在布料等上面 〇 有關本發明之帶狀連結零件，一對連結構件，亦可將 一對之帶子構件之先端部插入成形用之模型，將塑膠注入 成形用模型之模槽（cavi ty)來成形。如此做的話 ，因藉著調整突出於成形用模型之模槽（注入塑膠用之空 洞）內之壓住帶子構件用之突起的位置，則連結構件之凹 部自動成形，故可大量生產同一之規格品使得降低成本得 以實現。 有關本發明之帶狀連結零件，一對連結構件之基底部 及一對帶子構件之先端部亦可用塑膠黏劑固定。如此做的 話，因將連結構件事先成形，在後續工程上將帶子構件例 如只要以低溫黏劑黏著即可，故適用於多品種、少量生產 〇 有關本發明之帶狀連結零件，一對連結構件以熱可塑 超音波施加熱等融化連結構件，讓帶子構件含浸塑膠後再 讓其硬化，故適用於低成本之多品種、少量生產。 有關本發明之帶狀連結零件，一對連結構件，也可以 是沿著該當帶子構件之帶面以彼此不能轉動的方式連結一 起°如此做的話，連結對象之複數之纖維製品的各零件可 安定地各就其位。 有關本發明之帶狀連結零件，一對帶子構件，也可由 編布、織布或不織布、或在這些布材上施加入樹脂之複合 材 '或用樹脂將這些布材黏合起來之黏合體、或將這些布 材中之任一種與纖維材層積之層積材（例如將樹脂與纖維 材層壓（1 ami na t e)或黏合（bond i ng) 加工）形成。如此做的話，可提高與塑膠製之連結構件之 堅固性，並可低價實現可簡單地縫著在布料等上之帶子構 件。 有關本發明之附罩杯女性用衣物，其特徵爲：具備有 於罩杯部下方彎曲部縫接有弧形之罩杯鋼絲部之左右一對 之罩杯部，及連結於罩杯部之脅側緣部之背後部，及分別 於左右一對之罩杯部之下方彎曲部之前中心側縫接有各端 部之左右一對之前中心布，及分別於罩杯部之前中心側縫 接有其基端部之左右一對之帶子構件，同時具備有擁有分 別設置於左右一對之帶子構件的先端側，彼此在上下方向 以不能轉動的方式連結之可裝卸的連結構件的帶狀連結零 件，其基底部被固定於一對帶子構件的先端部，且於基底 連結構件之凹部將前中心布之先端縫接於帶子構件上，故 可將前中心布的先端部重疊固定於連結構件的前面。因此 ，可讓左右一對之前中心布的先端更靠近前中心，其結果 爲可讓左右之罩杯部更靠近前中心。又，由於在穿著狀態 上可將塑膠製之連結構件隱藏於前中心布之靠靠肌虜側， 可提高前開式之有相形見拙傾向之時尙性。再者，由於前 中心布及塑膠製之連結構件介由凹部直接被固定，故可防 止兩方一向會在先端部分離（前後分離）之前開式胸罩等 之不當。 又於本發明，帶子構件之基端部與前中心布一同縫接 於具剛性之罩杯鋼絲部，且帶子構件的先端部，在固定於 此處之塑膠製連結構件（鉤子）之凹部處，被縫接於中心 布的先端部，且由於一對之連結構件做成不能轉動，帶狀 連結零件及前中心布可互補兩罩杯部之連結功能，在所謂 前開式之胸罩等上，亦可安定其下胸緣。因此，初穿時穿 著者自身用手從下脅處往上推入兩罩杯使其罩上之乳房， 即使在穿戴上後也不會走位或走樣，可長時間地從胸下弧 線（乳房下緣之半圓形輪廓）處整體的且徐緩地、繼續從 下脅處往上提起，持續保持自然而美麗的胸腺。 有關本發明之附罩杯女性用衣物，也可於一對之連結 構件之基底部埋入一對帶子構件之先端部，且於基底部兩 面之互相對應的位置上形成上述之凹部。若做成如此之埋 件之先端部縫接於前中心布之先端部，且可將連結構件堅 固地固定於其上。 有關本發明之附罩杯女性用衣物，也可於後背部之下 緣部裝置具有伸縮性之下胸緣帶，同時此下胸緣帶延伸至 前中心布之下方被縫接，前中心布之先端部及下胸緣帶之 先端部介由連結構件之凹部互相縫接。如此做的話，藉著 在塑膠製之連結構件上再固定下胸緣帶於前中心布上，帶 狀連結零件及前中心布及縫接於此二者上之下胸緣帶成爲 一體，可發揮做爲兩罩杯部的連結部之功能。特別是，下 胸緣帶由於被縫接在非伸縮性之前中心布喪失其實質的伸 縮性，故更可提高由脅部上提而來之立體造型效果及安定 性。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 又，有關本發明之附罩杯女性用衣物，其特徵也可以 是：將帶子構件之基端部縫接在罩杯部之前中心側下緣部 ，且罩杯部之下緣部及下胸緣帶及帶狀連結零件在穿著狀 態時大致位於同一平面上。如此做的話，裝置於左右罩杯 許多前中心之安定感。 有關本發明之附罩杯女性用衣物，也可由—對連結構 件構成之塑膠製之連結用具，在靠靠肌膚側做最大仰角 1 8 0°之鉸鏈結合。如此做的話，於穿著時連結構件可 以靠中間部份（連結用具之部份）防止其朝前方（靠靠肌 虜側之反側）褶曲，且穿著動作本身較容易。 有關本發明之附罩杯女性用衣物，也可以是帶狀連結 零件的寬度比罩杯鋼絲部的包鋼絲斜紋布帶的寬度寬，且 在2 5 m m以下。如此做得比包鋼絲斜紋布帶的寬度寬的 話，可防止兩罩杯鋼絲部連結的不堅固，且若做成2 5 mm以下，可減緩起因於穿著者動作之兩罩杯鋼絲部之獨 立相對的動作之過度限制。 有關本發明之附罩杯女性用衣物’也可以是’ 一對連 結構件，以一對帶子構件之先端部插入成形用之模型，藉 著將塑膠注入成形用模型之模槽來成形。如此做的話’因 藉著突出於成形用模型之模槽（注入塑膠用之空洞）內之 ，係模式地顯示第5圖之連結機構之圖。又，位於其他構 件內側之構件的緣部以一點鎖線示之，縫接部份（縫線部 份）以虛線示之。 爲易於理解，事先說明實施形態之胸罩之整體構造， 如第4圖所示，覆蓋左右一對乳房之罩杯布部1 1 (L、 R )分別縫接下罩杯布及上罩杯布（不圖示區別）而形成 ，於罩杯布部11之下緣彎曲部（下方之彎曲緣部），縫 接著插入有半圓弧形鋼絲（不圖示）之罩杯鋼絲部1 2 ( L、R —體之伸縮性帶材，且也縫 接於罩杯鋼絲部1 2之下端。 於本實施形態之胸罩，與向來做比較，其特徵在如第 4圖、第5圖所示做爲胸罩之前開鉤所做之裝置。如第1 圖、第2圖、第3圖所示，帶狀連結零件4由構成一對帶 子構件之連結帶41(L、R)，及構成一對連結構件之 雌、雄鉤零件42 (L、R)所組成，於鉤子零件42之 平板狀基底部固定有連結帶4 1之先端部。雌、雄鉤部 42由平板狀之基底部42 1 (L、R)及雌、雄連結部 422 (L、R)以塑膠一體成形做成，連結帶41之先 端部如第3圖所示被埋入固定於基底部421。於基底部 42 1之兩面在縱行方向形成有3個凹部42 3 (L、R )’在其底面（凹部之凹面）露出連結帶4 1之表面。 顯示於第1圖、第2圖、第3圖之帶狀連結零件4， 如第4圖所示般裝在胸罩上。亦即，連結帶4 1之兩端（ 基端）縫接於左右罩杯鋼絲部1 2之前中心側下部，鉤子 五、發明說明（13 ) 5 2之先端部。於基底部4 2 1之背面，形成有延伸在連 結3個凹部423之縱行方向之淺凹溝424 (L、R) (參照第1圖、第3圖）。由於在凹溝424內並排著3 個凹部4 2 3，縫線在此被納入。 換言之，於基底部4 2 1之背面，形成有延伸於縱行 方向之凹溝424，在凹溝424內，形成有3個凹部 423。此故，搭在凹部間之縫線，會被納入凹溝內。又 ’只有在凹溝4 2 4內之凹部4 2 3之凹面部份會顯露出 連結帶4 1之表面，至於凹溝之其他部份，並無露出連結 帶。因此，縫接於前側下胸緣帶5 2時，基底部4 2 1也 將同時和連結帶4 1 —起被縫接，堅固地結合一起。 再者，此凹溝4 2 4，延伸於縱行方向（溝之縱行方 向），到達基底部421之端部，於凹溝之兩端部有開口 。因此，與前側下胸緣帶5 2縫接時，即使縫線之一方通 過基底部4 2 1內之凹溝，另一方通過基底部4 2 1之外 側以搭架縫線，縫線也會納入凹溝4 2 4內。 又，雌、雄鉤子零件4 2於連結狀態上在帶面方向爲 不能轉動。連結帶4 1被做成兩端被斜切斷成梯形之形狀 (參照第5圖），在此梯形斜邊部份從上邊到下邊，被縫 接於兩罩杯之罩杯鋼絲部1 2之斜紋布帶及罩杯布部1 1 ’及前中心布上。再者，前側下胸緣帶5 2沿著其上邊及 縫接位置（第6圖之A、B之位置）藉著延伸至塑膠製連 結用具（鉤子）之連結帶4 1及前側下胸緣帶5 2以保持 安定，且構成三角形二斜邊之連結帶4 1及前側下胸緣帶 5 2，由於在夾在其先端與基端的中間部並沒有相互縫接 故可自由移動，因此，不會讓罩杯鋼絲部1 2之移位等事 發生，且穿著者恢復通常之（運動前之）姿勢或從片面的 壓迫解放出來時會恢復當初之狀態。 再者，於本實施形態，可將前中心布7 (面積）縮小 或將鉤子零件4 2之連結位置移至下方。也就是說，只靠 前中心布7及前側下胸緣帶5 2連結兩罩杯鋼絲部1 2 , 而要對抗施加在連結部上邊及下邊之不均衡之拉張力，是 無法保持兩罩杯鋼絲部1 2在一定之位置關係。因此，於 向來之胸罩，從兩罩杯鋼絲部1 2之前中心側上部（末端 )到下部，縫接上下寬度寬之前中心布7，或讓拉張力能 均等地施加在上邊及下邊地在前中心側之上部及下部之中 根據本實施形態上述之立體功能及下緣之安定化效果 ，可想見乳房豐滿之穿著者之女士當特別明顯，因此，可 大幅改善向來之前開式胸罩所持有之問題點。亦即，於前 開式胸罩因下緣容易變得鬆弛，於乳房豐滿之場合，則立 體造型功能或運動功能更形拙劣，在最近已不太被利用。 根據本實施形態，可實現克服此類向來之缺點、下緣不會 變鬆弛、於運動時及運動後也保持貼切感、且立體功能強 之前開式胸罩。 又於本實施形態，連結帶4 1的寬度比罩杯鋼絲部 1 2的寬度（鋼絲斜紋布帶）還寬，理想爲這些寬度之 1 · 1〜2 . 5倍之寬度，特別是理想爲.1 . 3〜2 . 0 倍之寬度。具體爲，連結邊之寬度0 . 7〜2 . 8cm， 希望能在0 · 8〜2 . 5 cm左右。連結帶4 1的寬度太 窄，例如與鋼絲斜紋布帶同程度以下時，於穿著時拉張力 施加上時，作用於罩杯鋼絲部1 2的力量之方向會不安定 房的重量或隆起被拉引至左右，安定於初穿時之位置，保 持苗條之下脅部線條。 又，於本實施形態之胸罩，因連結帶4 1具有充分之 柔軟性，對穿著者之身體安全性高，對於將胸罩在前中心 處折叠起來收納、保管沒有障礙，洗滌時也不必特別的考 慮。再者，於本實施形態，將所謂帶狀連結零件4之低價 且隨手可得之材質，只靠縫接於罩杯鋼絲部1 2上即可簡 單製造，所以在材質或製造過程上特別不會招致成本提高 〇 .
