Abstract
The invention provides a method for obtaining juvenile leukocyte count with high precision, that carries out classification and counting of leukocytes at the same time by the steps: (1) keeping the juvenile leukocyte in viable state and destroying other leukocytes with hemolytic agent to gain the hematological specimen; (2) dyeing the damaged leukocytes with fluorescent pigment that can dye damaged cells; (3) measuring at least one scattered light and at least one fluorescent light of leukocytes processed above to obtain classification and counting of leukocytes based on intensity difference.
