The said air conditioner (10) contains refrigerant recalculation (2), compressor (21), condenser (22) and vaporizer (24); drain ditch (3) will receive the dew water which come up around the vaporizer (24); blower (4), to induce the air flow and blow out the wet air from the vaporizer (24); steam generator (5), water supply tank (6) and heater (7) in which the water in the water supply tank is heated to produce steam; a heat barrier is installed between the compressor and the heater to cut off the heat transmission from the heater to the drain ditch.
