Abstract
The purpose of this invention is to provide a kind of fuel bar and its producing method which does not raise additional production cost, and can fix and stabilize the radioactive material in the furnace water. First invention is under the condition of neutral salt electrolyzed liquid to add AC electricity from the outside with greater than 200 V, to form oxidized film on the surface of covered pipe. Second invention is to form on the surface of the covered pipe from external opening that comprising many tiny holes as first oxidized substance layer; and first oxidized substance layer inner side having tight structure as the second oxidized substance layer to form oxidized film.
