Abstract
The present invention provides a group of thymidylate analogs having a structure shown in the following formula I, wherein R1 is a hydrogen, a cyano group (-CN), a halogen or a tri-nitrogen group (N3); R2 is a hydroxy group, aminoester group (-NHR4COOR5, wherein R4 is a C1-C4 ethylene and R5 is a C1-C4 alkyl group); and R3 is a hydroxy group or a thymidyl group having a structure of the following formula. The present invention also discloses an anti-HIV (human immunodeficiency virus, HIV) medical composition containing novel thymidylate analogs of formula I as effective constituents.
