The present invention relates to a method of producing mannequin and its structure, characterized by first using a plastic metal frame to construct a basic skeleton of human shape, then using a foaming machine to cover the human skeleton with a foam body in the shape of a bust. The foam surface is coated with a layer of adhesive, and piles are planted to the said foam surface using a static hair implanter and subjected to drying, thus completing the production of mannequin. The resulting construction is centered around a skeleton which from inside to outside is covered with foam, adhesive and piles in sequence. The skeleton is made of pliable metal. The aforesaid process and the resulting construction can reduce the occupational hazard during production and pollution of the environment during its disposal. The implantation of villi into the surface of the foam body also adds to the quality of the final product.
