Abstract
A kind of manufacturing method of soft plastic iron table which employs the plastic material, appropriate coherent resin and white wax oil with suitable additives and after pinching as plastics, to add magnetic iron powder with suitable ratio in which the additives are used as accelerator, stabilizer and plasticizer. The mixture after adding the magnetic iron powder is put into a sealed pinching machine for pinching. After completely uniformed mixing, employing extrusion machine or rubber roller to press the material as thin foils and then after cooling and cutting, the soft plastic iron plate with magnetism and glue property is produced. The soft plastic iron plate has the magnetism and glue property which can be attached or coherent at suitable locations and easy for cleaning and reuse even the surface attached some dust or sand.
