The controller compares the reference time of main timer and system clock reference of title of data pack to generate the data unit by storing the specified packets into memory. When the counting of main timer is larger than the presentation time stamp of data unit, it executes the decoding of data unit. Based on conversion to normal regeneration mode from special regeneration mode of the control device, the main time is reset by using the system clock reference from the latest taken packet.
