Abstract
This invention relates to a laser system with a laser-active medium (3) which is provided inside a laser-resonator (2) in which the outer boundary surfaces (4, 5) of the laser resonator at least partially have a high or partly reflective mirror arrangement. The reflection-reducing and/or adsorptive coating (6) has a material that can reduce the reflection of and/or absorb the laser light (9) and/or adapt the refractive index relative to the material of laser-active medium. Said outer boundary surfaces of laser resonator (2) also have one inlet-window (7) to let laser pumping radiation (8) radiate in the laser active medium. Except for the inlet-window (7) to receive the laser pumping radiation (8) and except for the laser-opening (10) that allows an outlet for the laser light, the reflection-reducing and/or absorptive coating 6) on the outer boundary surface (4, 5) of the laser resonator (2) is coated at least nearly at the whole surface on the outer boundary surfaces (4, 5) of the laser resonator (2).
