Abstract
A kind of synchronized integrated circuit apparatus which decides the clock pulse edge of the activation time sequence of transmission inductive amplifier in which the clock pulse edge is different from the clock pulse generated from the time sequence of transmitting the data from word lines to byte lines until the data reaching the inductive amplifier. The invention can reduce the cycle time and also the edge of time sequence of the inductive amplifier.
