Abstract

An air atomizer is designed for use with an airless spray gun and mounts a housing having a reversible airless tip therein over the front end of the spray gun. An air atomizer housing allows texture material to be atomized to produce a wide range of texture patterns. The reversible tip with the air atomizer allows the operator to reverse the tip to unclog a clogged tip without dismantling the air atomizer. Metered air flow internally mixes with material to vary the pattern style.
